Nur wenige Sekunden vom Burrill Lake entfernt ist dieses moderne und makellos gestaltete Cottage mit 2 Schlafzimmern der perfekte Erholungsurlaub für Familien oder kleine Gruppen. Das Haus ist klimatisiert und verfügt über ein komplettes modernes Bad sowie eine separate Dusche und Toilette in der externen Wäscherei. Es hat ein Queen-Size-Schlafzimmer und das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppel- / Einzel-Etagenbett sowie ein Klappbett im Wohnzimmer. Es ist eine sehr bequeme Couch im Wohnzimmer mit Digital-TV und DVD-Player.
Das Haus verfügt über 2 separate Veranden, auf denen Sie sitzen und sich entspannen können. Von der Vorderseite blicken Sie auf den See und von der Rückseite auf den schönen privaten Garten.
Das Haus liegt nur wenige Sekunden vom Wasser entfernt und gleich um die Ecke von der Bootsrampe. Außerdem ist es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom riesigen hundefreundlichen Park, der Lagune und dem Burrill Beach entfernt. Der See ist ruhig und bietet sicheres Schwimmen für Hunde und Menschen.
Zum örtlichen Café sind es max. 3 Minuten zu Fuß, großartiger Kaffee und großartiges Essen. Zeitungshändler und Supermarkt. 10 Minuten zum Flaschenladen, Angelgeschäft und einem der besten Fish & Chips zum Mitnehmen an der Südküste.

the step into the dining area to lounge was very dangerous my elderly husband fell once not remembering they were there. you need a dry fryer and a sandwich press. the dog next door had a hissy fit everytime we went outdoors

Have been to this property a few times. It is always clean and fresh and has everything me and dogs need. Great yard for the dogs - very secure. Handy to everything. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Burrill. Great communication with Justin the owner.

The house was perfect for us, it had everything we needed, including a well-fenced yard for the dog. Very close to the water and the beautiful Burrill Lake amenities.

Exactly what we needed for family of 4 plus the four legged family members. Nothing to fault, lots of kitchen extras, such a comfy mattress in main bedroom too. Nice to have 2 showers available. Location is excellent, so close to the lake, lovely area to walk dogs, close to beaches and shopping. Hope to come back, thanks Justin :)

The location was great and central to everything. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. The only issue we had was the back fence had a couple of loss palings and the gate wasn't very secure.

Out trip was to visit an extremely sick relative in a nearby nursing home. I was travelling with my father. The house was close to everything we needed. Although extremely well presented the house smelled strongly of mould and the curtains were very dusty which may bother people, who like me, have allergies.

Cozy, clean, convenient & comfortable. Lovely quiet location, so close to lake, cafes & grocery shop. We parked the car in the carport & walked everywhere during our 3 days stay.

Simple little house with everything needed for a short holiday by the coast. Furnishings are a little dated, but the entire property was very clean. Pet friendly with a large enclosed backyard and covered outdoor deck. Short walk to lake, beaches and a great cafe for breakfast.

Always enjoy staying here. The house contains all that is needed for dine in and lounging around with expansive living space and back and front fenced in areas for the dog. Perfect.

Nice and clean…. No pull out sofa, but this didn’t affect us. Private secure garden which was great for the floor member!
Unfortunately the Gardener came one day and opened side gate… luckily we had our dog with us!
