Es gibt zwei helle und luftige Hauptschlafzimmer-Suiten, beide mit Spa-ähnlichen Badezimmern und begehbaren Kleiderschränken. Ein Meister bietet einen Plüsch an, Cal. We loved the cleanliness and updated aspect of this condo. The location was perfect when it came to getting around the island. The living space was comfortable and we loved the kitchen and spaciousness of it. We will definitely come back. The resort amenities were fantastic too!

The House is nice, there is everything which we needed. The furniture is a little out of date, the carpet in the master bed room needs to be change or wash. Otherwise the house is nice, plenty of spaces.

The location and privacy of the home are wonderful. The home itself is lovely as well. We appreciated the beach gear in the garage to use, as well as the kitchen being well stocked. However there are quite a few maintenance issues in the house that need attention. The locks on the sliding bathroom doors don’t work properly. The toilet paper holders also don’t keep the paper rolls on them without falling off. There was a piece of cabinet corner molding in the kitchen that fell off randomly one evening and we had to try our best to put it back on. The shower caddy in the master bathroom fell off the wall while trying to get shampoo when shower. The back deck area is a gorgeous place to hang out, but there are tons of tiny ants that bite on the chairs and patio itself. The bathroom towels could use updating as well, they aren’t very white and clean looking. We would stay again but it would be great if the house could have certain things addressed and fixed up, to improve the stay, especially in the price range of this rental.

The fan on stove does not work. The door on the refrigerator does not open without force. There is mold in the Master bedroom shower. There needs to be a bright decal on the plexiglass on the Master shower as we ran into it as it is difficult to see, especially at night.

Our family of 4 just returned from a great week at Mauna Lani and amazing stay in Kamilo 406. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home was beautifully furnished, very well equipped and immaculately clean. We wanted for nothing - kitchen was stocked with everything right down to basic spices - and the garage contained everything we could possibly desire for a fun day at the Mauna Lani Beach Club... including great snorkel gear and bikes. We were fortunate to be granted a late check out and pay a half day rate since no one was checking in behind us for a few days - our flight wasn't departing until 1030pm and we so appreciated being able to enjoy another day in the house/at the beach. The beds were comfy - our 6'1" son really enjoyed the topper that was added to the twin beds in guest room to make it into a king. My only complaint would be the house could use some fresh pillows. Enjoyed the privacy that unit 406 offered - the outdoor seating areas were relaxing and comfortable. The Kamilo community within Mauna Lani is very attractive and offers a lovely pool/workout facility area. We visited the Beach Club daily, the unit comes with a beach club gate access card where you can find easy parking and a lovely restaurant for lunch, tropical drinks during the day. After having to delay our family vacation for 9 months due to Covid we were so grateful to enjoy some R&R together on our favorite Hawaiian Island. MAHALO to the owners, rental managers and the State of Hawaii for making it happen.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The access to the beach club was the absolute best. The beach is so nice and not overly crowded and the snorkeling there was amazing. There were all the things we needed for the beach and snorkeling at the house for us to use. The highlight of our trip. There is a nearby market and shopping center that was very convenient. The dryer quit working and the property manager was so nice and very quick to get someone there to fix it. This house absolutely met all our needs and more.

Our family of four just spent 9 nights at this property.If you like Kohala, it's a great location, near beaches, golf, etc. The property itself is lovely. Big open living space with high ceilings. Decently equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms each with its own bath. really comfortable mattresses and bedding. Beach gear in the garage. Super clean. Very responsive manager. Not much in the way of private outdoor space - there's a small lanai in back - but it's a 30 second walk to the pools/gym/pavilion. Definitely recommend.

This spot worked well for our family of 5 adults and a 3 year old. The common facilities (like the pools) are very close by. Excellent landscaping makes the unit feel very private although it's in the middle of Ka Milo. Well-equipped, comfortable, stylish, convenient to activities and the Foodland.

Just got back from 2 weeks at KaMilo 406 and loved it. Check-in - if you could call it that - was perfect; instructions had been emailed in advance and were clear. We didn't need to talk to the property manager the entire time because the house was stocked with everything we needed plus more! Beach chairs, mats, pool floats, snorkel equipment, all the kitchenware, dishes, and flatware we needed were handy. The house is so close to the Foodland that it was super convenient to pick up food for lunch or dinner whenever we wanted to cook in. Beds and couches were comfortable and the living room TV is enormous! Location can't be beat - a few minutes to Waikoloa Beach Resort, Hapuna Beach, Waialea Beach, Black Sand Beach (on the other side of the Mauna Lani resort; this one is pretty cool - highly recommend, but go early as parking passes are limited), and of course, the Mauna Lani Beach club pass that is included with the house. Pools were nice and 2 minutes walking from the house, but we didn't spend much time there. Lap/Quiet pool was rarely crowded. Honestly, if I could buy the house with the contents, I would! It's a great place to stay!

We had a wonderful family vacation at KaMilo 406. The house came with a high chair and pack n play and the garage had a great supply of snorkel gear and sand toys. Top end appliances made cooking very easy. The main and bedroom lanais offered comfortable outdoor space for R&R. The unit was a two minute walk from the rec center, adult lap pool (best outdoor pool I've ever used and I've used many in my days) and hot tub which we used daily. I could not recommend this unit enough.

The rental company was extremely helpful and streamlined the entire experience. Traveling with a baby can be very difficult but the rental had everything we needed for great days at the beach and calm restful nights at the rental.

Had a great time here at Kamilo 406 - the rental unit was just as advertised. House is immaculate in every way and clean! Very quiet area with nice grounds. Pool was a bit cold for my kids and hot tub broken for 1 week of our stay but not a big deal. Shig from the management company was excellent and fixed a few issues we did have very quickly. would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quiet place with or without kids.

House well prepared and felt like we were were first guests ever. Even had pool, jacuzzi, entertainment facilities. We stayed at KaMilo 406 and my parents stayed at 414 the week of my wedding. You can't go wrong staying her! It was perfect in all aspects. Clean, beautifully decorated, private, comfortable and furnished with things like coolers, beach chairs, Tupperware, etc. Shig the on site property manager was pleasant, accommodating and even provided a box of Kona cookies for us upon arrival. Access to the pool and beach club were added bonuses! We live on the Hilo side and have stayed at many different hotels, condos etc. and this one was one of our favorites. We loved our stay in this beautiful home. It is extremely comfortable and has everything you could need. The rooms were all perfect with their own bathroom, and we enjoyed sitting out on the back patio in the mornings. There were great beach chairs and toys for our daughter to use, as well as a pack n play and high chair for her at the home. We loved the location in the community with the pool (that was nevery very busy) and the private beach. We also enjoyed the beach club restaurant that was right there. Close to some food options and a Foodland grocery store. I'd go back in a heartbeat!!
