This home was roomy for our large group. Three families of 5 plus grandma and grandpa and we ate meals there, played games, and hung out at the beach which is one block away. We rented a golf cart which was great for getting us to the beach. The pool and hot tub are very nice and we made good use of the pool table and the arcade machine. A big thank you to Mr.Rodriguez for being very responsive to our needs.

We had a great time at this property. The patio and pool were utilized daily. Plenty of room for everyone in our family and walking distance to the beach. Close to Moms Restaurant for delicious cinnamon rolls and biscuits and gravy on the return morning beach walk. Being from out of town during tropical storm Debby, we were a bit nervous, but we had great communication with Willy and he reassured us we were going to be fine. We would rent this house again.

I stayed here with a group of guys. The house was plenty big, clean, and in a great location. First time in Fort Myers Beach and definitely got a first hand view of the devastation of Hurricane Ian from a year and a half ago. Downtown Fort Myers beach is back up and going strong while other businesses are still operating out of food trucks/stands.
Enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool and hot tub (though you need to text or call the owner to turn the hot tub on when you want to use it). The downstairs seems to be recently remodeled and very nice.
All in all, a great stay and would go back again.

Great experience. Location is a mile from Time Square. The beach was basically across Estero. Hot tub was awesome. Pool was cold. But the nights had been cold the previous weeks. Couple of adults couldn’t stop playing the provided arcade game. Had all our childhood favorites.

This is a perfect house to rent for a large group. Lots of sleeping space, and indoor/outdoor areas to hang out, eat, play games, and swim in the pool or hot tub. The pool table and arcade in the basement were awesome additions, plus the lower and upper kitchens made it easy for the kids and adults to hang out with snacks and beverages. The inside has been recently redone, and looks great, and the deck and pool furniture made it easy to sit in the sun and relax. The beach is a very quick walk away, and the home included chairs and a wagon to take to the beach as well. The owner was responsive to any questions we had on running the hot tub as well. Great family vacation!

Many items were not working as advertised with this property. Initially the owner was responsive, but that stopped as the week went on. Myself, my husband and my son in laws spent much time wasted working/ talking with the owner about the many electrical issues. Pool and hot tub did not work for the entire week we were there. One shower and front deck not usable. On demand hot water kept tripping the breaker. Dishwasher was not cleaning dishes. Trash containers on the property were overflowing and raccoons making a mess of the garbage nightly. Nails all over the back patio. Fortunately we had wonderful weather and spent a lot of time at the beach and nearby resort for pool access.

Beautiful pool and hot tub. Private fenced in backyard. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor furniture for our group of 10. Perfect location within just a blocka and a half of public beach access. Would highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time at this property, the separate levels was a big help for a big family with different needs... was nice to separate as needed. The pool was great and a short walk to the beach was perfectly fine. Close to everything we needed.

Next time I’ll be better prepared
Very clean. I had asked about towels and sheets and extra blankets for the pull out couches and was told all that was there. Only one sheet and one blanket was found. Kitchen was not well equipped. No coffee filters. The pool was low on water and the pump was loud, being pool
Owners we added water. Boards in the top back deck were raised we had a couple big toe accidents finally we pounded it down and it stayed. We would stay here again it was clean and a great location. But I’ll be better prepared next time with things I need that I thought would be there.

Perfect for a large group
We got married in Sanibel and then spent 4 days with family and friends at this great rental. The house is close to the beach and the trolly stop to head downtown. The pool and hot tub were amazing and provided great social settings. We grilled out and had most meals at the house. Beach umbrellas and towels were so nice!

Perfect location. Walk to anything
The location was wonderful. The pool area was great. High end furniture for a lot of guests. The pool and hot tub were well used, but they got murky after 10 days without pool service. If you are afraid of tripping, this is not the place for you. Deck boards that have popped up , stairs that can trip you.
I contacted the owner about the pool and he never sent anyone. I contacted him about not having beach chairs like the description stated, I contacted him about turning off the lights under the deck ( they shown into the lower bedrooms) he said he would turn them off remotely. He never did.
If you spend all your time around the pool, you will love this place

Great for large groups
This property was a great place for large groups with the 2 separate units within the same building. Very convenient to anything you want. Very clean. Willy was a very nice guy to work with. Only “ding” would be the kitchen could be better stocked for cooking dinners in. Not enough pots and pans, plates, cups etc. Overall I would recommend this property to everyone!

Great place for 10 people. A few minor issues and had responses to those shortly after a message was sent. Great outdoor space with night lights around and in the pool. Loved the hot tub! Close walk to the beach. Kids loved outdoor hammock swings.

Had a Great Time!
We had a great time at this property! The location was perfect for us; close enough to everything but still in a quiet neighborhood. The tram stop was a block away, but we were also close enough that we could walk down to Time Square if we wanted to. The library was also less than a block away, which worked out awesome for the kids to be able to do their homework. The beach was a short walk away, as well as the Matzanas Pass Preserve.
The house itself worked out great for our crew. We had 6 adults and 5 kids. The kids thought the bunk room was awesome. We wished the one bedroom would have had a queen bed in it rather than two twin beds though. We loved the large kitchen upstairs for cooking meals, and used the small kitchen downstairs for snack and drinks since we spent a lot of time by the pool. The heated pool was awesome to have, especially the couple days that it was too cold to go to the beach to swim and at night. The only thing we wish was different was there being a staircase inside the house to connect the two levels. Most of the time it wasn’t an issue walking outside, but it was a little inconvenient when it was raining.
Willy was awesome to work with. He was very responsive when I would message him and made check in super easy. The property was just as described on the website. We would definitely stay here again!

Terrific family getaway
Close to the Beach, walking distance to lots of restaurants, community pool with slide, and Matanzas Nature Preserve (where our grandson caught a barracuda!). We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the backyard. Two separate units gave us plenty of space and two kitchens, which worked well for our family. Host was responsive and helpful. A great experience.

We were concerned about locking the doors when we were there. The locks didn’t seem to work. Very loose. The beach was easy to get to. The walk down to the shops was not far. All…we really loved the house and area that it was in

Nice house with a great location!
I rented this house for a girls' weekend with my daughters, sisters and nieces. It was perfect for us. Even though we didn't cook at the house, we went through the kitchen. Compared to other houses I've stayed in, this one wasn't really well stocked. There were 11 of us that stayed. My only complaint was that I wish we'd have had more towels for the weekend. Other than that, it was perfect. It's super close to a stop on the free tram to go down to Times Square. The neighborhood is nice, quiet area. The pool and hot tub were amazing. It did take us longer than I'd like to admit to figure out the settings though. All in all, I'd definitely stay there again if Willy would have us. He answered immediately any time I called and was friendly to talk to. Thank you again for a wonderful weekend!

This property was spacious & well decorated. The jacuzzi was wonderful but wished there had been simple instructions provided rather than bother the host. It was a short 2 blocks to the beach & a shorter walk to the preserves. Only improvement necessary is a working ice-maker. Loved this place & Ft Meyers Beach!

We arrived and were excited to start our vacation. A simple call made easy access to get get into the beach house. Check in time was 3pm but they were still cleaning the house till 4pm so we sat down by the pool till they were finished. The house was clean, smelled good and was nicely decorated in a beachy theme. We loved the shade and hammocks underneath the back porch and spent a lot of time there. The pool was clean and and there were pleanty of seats. There were several floaties and wave boards and a cooler to take to the beach. There was only one beach chair and it was rusty.We brought extra ping pong balls but there was no ping pong table so the kids were disappointed in that.We used the grill one night to cook out and that was fine. There were adequete cooking utensils but lacks silverware and baking/microwave safe dishes. The ice makers would not produce much ice so we bought ice. I would suggest bringing disposiable plates, cups, napkins, foil, salt and pepper.There is a washer/dryer but no laundry soap.The walk to the beach was as discribed, right across the road and beautiful. We did parasailing and enjoyed some sun. We played Bocce Ball in the sand out front and would be nice if there was a volleyball net. The kids went fishing off the pier behind the house but it wasnt an ideal fishing spot with all the boats coming and going. It would be a great place to pull up a boat though. The listing says all brand new, well probably when the listing was originally created but not now. There was some construction going on in the downstairs kitchen. A few minor repairs and a power washing would make this place 5 stars.We had Ft Myers Pizza , Heavenly biscuit, tuck away cafe and royal scoop and would recommend them all.It is a ways to the shops so we drove, there is a shuttle but we didnt see it very often, I would recommend renting bikes.We had so much fun, lots of laughing, eating and swimming, we would go back, it was a great vaca!

Nice to be able to do laundry. Negatives:1. Pool had cigarette butts and was so dirty you couldn’t see the bottom when we got there Thursday. Owners response - pool gets cleaned on Friday’s only. Pool company happened to be there when we came back from the beach Friday, told us he had to add a lot of chemicals and to not get in for 24 hours. Owners response - okay to swim after 1 hour. 2. Downstairs and upstairs living areas do not connect. 3. Back door lock and basement doors were on a lockbox and did not work. Couldn’t secure the doors. Owners response - lock upstairs back door from inside and use front door, that worked. But the basement lock never got resolved. 4. Fan in master didn’t work independently of the light. So no fan on to sleep unless we wanted the light on as well. There was a remote that appeared to control the light and fan setting but it did not have batteries. 5. Thermostat is set and locked at 70. 6. Outside handrailing is missing a chunk of wood. 7. Chunk of floorboard missing from basement deck area near pool. 8. Weeds are fairly prevalent around the pool and in the patio. 9. Entire place needs a super good pressure washing. 10. RACCOONS are no joke, we had a few nightly visitors each evening. Learned the first night that they can open the cooler and get in the trash. Two of them enjoyed hanging out in the tree that’s growing in the middle of the front deck.

Pool company happened to be there when we came back from the beach Friday, told us he had to add a lot of chemicals and to not get in for 24 hours. Owners response - okay to swim after 1 hour.
2. Downstairs and upstairs living areas do not connect.
3. Back door lock and basement doors were on a lockbox and did not work. Couldn’t secure the doors. Owners response - lock upstairs back door from inside and use front door, that worked. But the basement lock never got resolved.
4. Fan in master didn’t work independently of the light. So no fan on to sleep unless we wanted the light on as well. There was a remote that appeared to control the light and fan setting but it did not have batteries.
5. Thermostat is set and locked at 70.
6. Outside handrailing is missing a chunk of wood.
7. Chunk of floorboard missing from basement deck area near pool.
8. Weeds are fairly prevalent around the pool and in the patio.
9. Entire place needs a super good pressure washing.
10. RACCOONS are no joke, we had a few nightly visitors each evening. Learned the first night that they can open the cooler and get in the trash. Two of them enjoyed hanging out in the tree that’s growing in the middle of the front deck.

Great property and location
We loved the location and the pool was amazing. But not sure if from memorial weekend but the trash never got picked up and the trash and recycling from prior stay sat for entire week. We were limited on trash space and trash bags.

Perfect location, two houses in one!
This property is located one block from the beach and beach access and is the perfect spot for adults and kids or 2 families, with 2 complete living areas including full kitchens. We had 4 moms upstairs and our 4 HS senior daughters downstairs which gave them their own space. The pool/hot tub area is super fun with layout chairs for 8, a high-top table in the shade, hammock and high quality BT stereo. The inside is modern, clean and nicely decorated. Our only hiccup was check-in but our host compensated us for that problem. Overall a fantastic place and I would definitely stay there again.

Delayed vacation
We had to cancel our trip last year at the last minute and Mr Rodriguez was so kind to give us credit to rebook for this year! The Beach House was a perfect fit for our family. The 5 boys were in the pool a lot. We appreciated the short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. We would stay here again.

Great experience
Overall recommend this property, only complaints we had were no blankets for the pull out couch. Not enough toilet paper or trash bags for the trip as well, so be sure to pick some up while at the store.
