This was a great house! Mona was easy to communicate with. She made us aware of a problem before we arrived and is getting it fixed. This house met all of our expectations. It was great to have a huge TV with the Olympics going on!! Mona left a list of places to eat. Since we are from Minnesota and Finland, seafood was at the top of our list. I will definitely keep this place in mind if I visit Cape Cod!!!

We stayed for 2 weeks to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and loved our time there. The place was great - had everything we needed. Mona was terrific - from the booking to the check-into the time we left. Very responsive and a pleasure to work with!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The location in brewster is great, and being on the Ocean Edge property is convenient. We could walk to the pool which my kids loved (heads up the outdoor one is not heated but the indoor one is). It is also right near the Cape Cod Rail trail, so we could just hop on our bikes from the condo and head out. As far as the condo itself, check in/out was super easy and Mona was very easy to communicate with for any issues. It was clear that she equipped the condo with everything you could need - pots, pans, cooking oil, paper towels, laundry detergent, you name it. I was even surprised and thankful that i found a bed rail attachment in the closet so my 3 year old daughter didnt fall out of bed! The condo was a perfect size, location and very cozy for our family of 4. Thanks mona!

The owner was great and the process of checking in and out is seemless. The townhouse has everything you need and served as a great location during our Cape Cod adventures. We enjoyed evening walks at Ocean Edge. The beautiful golf course acts as a nice back drop. The local town of Brewster is one of our favorites on the Cape. There are beaches, coffee shops, restaurants, and ice cream parlors, all within a few minutes of the townhouse. Also, there are grocery stores within a few miles.

This isn’t our first time staying here with Mona and I’m sure it won’t be our last. We had a great time and plan to come back again soon. The home is fantastic and has everything we need, the location is great, the beach is a 5 minute drive away, and the pool is walking distance. Mona is easy to get ahold of if needed and very friendly and helpful. Plenty of good eats near by and a good grill on the patio if you like to grill in (we like to do both). The beaches in the bay are great for kids of all ages. This was our second summer there, our kids are 6 & 4 now, and they already can’t wait to come back again next year.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The beds were very comfortable as well as the furniture in the living room. The condo was very clean upon our arrival and the owner was so thoughtful that she had cando on the dining room table as well as a bottle of wine.

This was our third time staying at this property and we've always had good experiences! We were impressed as always by the owner's communication, and in the case of hiccups, willingness to fix everything! When we arrived it appeared the place hadn't been cleaned yet, and there was a problem with the linen rental (not the fault of the condo owner); but the owner immediately got on the phone and fixed it so the cleaners came the next day and our linens were replaced no charge. The owner was apologetic and she refunded us the first night. Very well handled.

Great stay
We loved our stay here. The beach and pool access was super easy and quick which is great with two little ones. The condo was very clean, well thought out, and had everything we needed. When we left my wife even commented that it was the first place we stayed where the pictures didn’t due it justice. Mona is extremely helpful, pleasant to interact with and responds very quickly to any inquires. We’ll definitely want to stay here again.

We had the best time at Mona’s property - the house as well as the resort itself were very well-maintained and clean, we loved using the pool! Communication was great and check-in & check-out was very easy. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great Cape getaway
We had a nice week at the cape. The unit was nice, however there was hair in the drain of the shower, which indicates that perhaps it wasn't cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been before our arrival. The beds were comfortable and everything else was great. Walking distance to Fletcher pool, short drive to arbor pool. Pool passes were an additional cost ($230) for 5 of us for the week. Great location overall.

Just Perfect
Thanks so much Mona! We had an amazing time--far and away our best Cape experience. The house was clean and comfortable and quickly became our home away from home. We loved the beach chairs and toys (and left some pool noodles for others :) ). Every day we would do a morning excursion, but then find ourselves back at the Fletcher pool(s).

Lovely place
The place was nice, had all we need and more. No need to bring toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags as all was there. Grill did not work at first, but the owner quickly got it repaired for us on 4th of July. Love having the washer and dryer upstairs. Great location and went for a few nice runs and close to the pool area. Two comments, the place wasn’t super clean where I had to clean myself before unpacking and no air conditioner in the kids bedroom. Was warm when we were there and put an extra fan in their room which was a tad dusty. Other than that all was great and thank you for having us.

Fantastic!
We just left today after a week celebrating our anniversary and we are already missing it. The owner Mona was wonderful at communicating for months prior to our arrival and called after we arrived to make sure everything was ok.
We arrived to find wine, flowers and chocolates which was such a nice surprise.
The home was perfect! Plenty of space, very warm and welcoming and my husband loved the Weber grill!
We hope to be back and would not stay anywhere else!

Cozy spot for a long weekend away with the family
What a wonderful long weekend we had! We visited Brewster and enjoyed a cozy, well-equipped home that was clean and kid friendly. Our two year old enjoyed the pool and walks around the neighborhood. It rained all weekend, but there was plenty to do. We appreciated the friendly and easy communication with Mona. We look forward to returning soon!

Perfect!
The condo was exactly as described—clean, open, comfortable and very well furnished and stocked. Many of the basics that I brought stayed packed away because the kitchen was well-stocked with not only dishes and pots and pans, but foil and olive oil and spices. We cooked a couple of big meals with ease and eating on the patio was great. The development is lexpansive and well-situated on the Cape. A car is required to go anywhere in any direction. We did not use the pool, although we had expected to, because it was costly and the beach is just better! We only used the AC once—we had exceptional weather with cool nights and the sliders in the master bedroom cooled things down. We were very pleased with our choice and would happily visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at the property! It was a very inviting home and well-equipped for a family including a crib, high chair and gate. We loved the location as it was an easy walk to Fletcher pool and the backyard space was great for our young children. great experience in Ocean Edge
On Aug. 2018 I have arrived and stayed at Shlomit Yerushalmi's townhouse for a week. I came with my family (partner and two children). The house was clean, nicely decorated, great location (close to the pool, bike bath, club house, golf course...). It was obvious that Shlomit thought of the needs of her guests- kitchen is full of all the necessary tools, and lots of movies to watch for all ages. She made sure to be in touch to make sure everything was okay and answered our questions in a timely manner and always with good intentions. We had a great time, would love to come back and would highly recommend this unit.

Great family stay!
We are a family of 4, kids 3 and 7, who visited the Cape for the first time. The location of the townhome is so central to everything on the Cape. Plus, having the amenities of Ocean Edge Resort to keep the kids busy really helped, especially on rainy days. The townhouse had all the comforts of home and was extremely well kept. Mona and Herzel are very responsive to questions and really go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. We have already booked again for next year!

Wonderful!
This was the perfect townhouse for our family with two small children. It was a home away from home with all the small amenities we could need for our preschooler and baby. The surrounding grounds are nicely kept and the whole community feels very safe. We enjoyed the onsite playground, pools and easy access to the bike trails. Mona was very easy to work with over email. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again if going to Brewster!

All you need for your getaway
This was our second time staying at this lovely and perfectly appointed condo and I can't say enough about the great experience we have had each time. The entire complex is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The owners (Mona and Herzel) are incredibly welcoming, immediately responsive to any inquires, and always have made our vacation easy as can be. We are welcomed with wine and chocolates on the kitchen table (awesome!) and there are instructions posted (wireless internet, check out tasks, etc) for easy use. The kitchen has all the essentials you need for meal prep and the grill is ready to go with the propane filled. The living space is open and just perfect for our family of 4. Having two floors is great so that when the kids go to bed, my husband and I can hang out and have some quiet time of our own. And having a washer and dryer there is so convenient (barely any laundry to do when we go home). The condo is walking distance to the indoor/outdoor pool, exercise center, tennis and basketball courts. Blueberry Pond is part of the property and we enjoyed paddle boarding this year as our newest venture. Shaw's grocery store is 10 minutes away in Orleans and all of the activities we enjoy are 25 minutes or less of a drive from the condo. This place feels like our home away from home and we can't wait to get back there for our next trip to the Cape. My two year old said when we were packing the car to leave, "Mommy, I don't wanna go". Who could blame him...I didn't either. :) I highly recommend this property to families seeking a relaxing, family friendly, uncomplicated vacation. It's simply the best!

Fantastic Property!
This is our third summer renting this condo and we love it. It’s clean, comfortable, spacious and conveniently located! Ocean edge has beautiful grounds, fabulous pools/facilities and a very relaxed vibe. Mona is wonderful to work with and extremely helpful. Everything is always clean, in good condition and well stocked. Amenities like the xfinity wifi, AC, washer/dryer, parking at your front door and a gas grill are awesome! Some of our favorite highlights visiting have been the Dolphinfleet whale watch, Capt’n Kids fishing trip, a Cape Cod League baseball game, the bayside beaches like Skaket Beach and Cape Cod Inflatables Park. When we were not cooking ourselves we thoroughly enjoyed ice cream at JTs, the Brewster Buns at Cake 4 Breakfast, and some lovely dinners at the Scargo Café and Ocean House. We hope you enjoy your time there as much as we did!
