Everything we needed for a family holiday. Pool and facilities well maintained, housekeeping was excellent and good location. We had two young babies and it worked a treat.

Dogs from the lane got into the rubbish numerous times. Perhaps the outdoor bin could have a lid. Intermittent tv/ internet made it tricky to cheer on the Socceroos.

Good location, only a short walk to the beach. House was very comfortable, spacious and a great size for our group of 8 people. Bedrooms were lovely and comfortable with good quality linen. It was great to have laundry facilities and drying racks. The kitchen was excellent and had everything we needed. Loved the hot and cold water chiller unit. We spent a lot of time in the lounge area and even with a big group we had plenty of room. The swimming pool was superb and the sun loungers and umbrellas allowed us to spend many hours around the pool area.

Our main grumbles were that towels are not replaced daily when the villa is cleaned (the lovely Kadek who did a great job), and the noise of the water pump. The pump could be heard from all bedrooms at night whenever someone used flushed a toilet or ran a tap. A minor grumble for some, but major for others who wore ear plugs. A minor issue was poor lighting and road surface of the shared laneway. This may be improved once the new villa being constructed nearby is completed? However, when returning to the villa late at night we needed to use our phones to help navigate the odd pot hole and/or puddle in the dark. After rain it was particularly muddy in spots particularly midway along. Something that all the owners of property in this laneway need to address?
