cleanness was the only plus.

Everything except cleanness. First of all, there was no tea or coffee, no kettle, we chose it because we needed electric kettle and it was stated in the facilities. the kitchen was totally useless. there were only plates and cups but no pan or anything to even warm up something. also no washing equipments, but does not matter if you can not use the kitchen :/ There is a staircase with 43 very high stairs to the apartment, very exhausting to reach there, and you need to go out even for a coffee/tea! disaster. we fortunately did not have luggage, with even a small one it is a real disaster. The shower: the water was not hot, but warm enough to take a shower, the pressure was also very low. The breakfast was only a croissant and one coffee in a cafe, no replacement if you have a diet or you don't like croissant, or if you like it but not everyday! The cafe was 400 meters away. So for a croissant you had to walk downhill 400 meters in a very dangerous road and clime back!! There is absolutely nothing to get in the vicinity, no cafe or super market nearby. everything is in via Roma which is 400 meters away and needs crossing a busy dangerous road with a narrow pedestrian which was blocked.It was scary to walk that street. The bed: the mattress was ok, but the wooden bed itself was too noisy. with any movement it made a bad noise :(

We were staying here for just one night. The location was good with the free car park nearby and the city centre close too. The room had a nice sea and city view.

Vdry uncomfortable mattress and pillows. The floor was very noisy when you walk in the room. It was bearable for one night stay, however, couldn't stay longer.

The room was nicely decoraded, had more than enough space for the two of us (4 people would fit in) and was very clean.

There was a kitchen in the common area (the B&B had 3 or 4 rooms) but we were noticed by the staff on arrival that it´s not to use (+ notices laying out that it was not to use). However, this could be Covid-protocol related so I did not see this as a huge issue. Other things to note: the employee how showed us our room and let us in did only speak Italian and a little bit of English - communication via messages worked fine. The breakfast was in a cafe a few streets away.

Everything was as it is described. The landlady was extremely nice despite we arrived very late.

The view from room 102 is amazing and the air conditioning works perfectly. Very large shower!

For people who are staying just a few days it could be good to find some spices (e.g. salt,oil,etc) in case they plan to eat at the bnb as well as some extra shower gel

That it was clean and new

Accessibility is a bit complicated being on 2 floor of very steep stairs. Street in front is harsh and not beautiful to watch or walk. Otherwise it wasn’t too far from restaurants.
