Water pressure Coffe machine didn’t have all appliances

Casa sporca, lenzuola sporche che ho dovuto lavarmi, materassi e cuscini macchiati, formiche in cucina, elettrodomestici malfunzionananti o rotti, pianocottura scheggiato, bicchieri e tazzine mancanti, TV di ultima generazione ma non si vede La vista dell terrazza è bella ma non c'è modo di godere perché se ti sdrai sui lettini bassi (i cui cuscini erano sporchi e ho dovuto lavare pure quelli) non si gode nulla. Permanenza di 11 gg di cui 7 a scrivere all'agenzia che la gestisce per avere la casa pulita solo gli ultimi 4 gg. sono stata tante volte a Lanzarote ma mai in una situazione così pessima. VACANZA ROVINATA!

Unfortunately no English tv and satellite tv not working

The balcony and roof terrace were great.

The washing machine was temperamental, although agent staff providing assistance and offered to send a technician on short notice.

Roof terrace and Balcony was brilliant

Difficult to find,Only 2 pillows,no toilet rolls,toilet flusher not good.

Quiet and very close to El Charco. Terrace and balcony were bonuses.

Bad start: no key in drop box. They thought we were coming the next day - despite sending us the entry instructions and confirmation. Had to hang around for 3 hours while they rustled up keys for us. The apartment hadn’t been cleaned. It was full of previous guests rubbish. We had to make up the beds. The TV wasn’t working. There are no satellite channels. The CD and stereo don’t work. The globe lamp doesn’t work. The toilet flushes intermittently. Washing machine is old and has cord to open. Lots of wee insects getting into everything. The downstairs shower is ideal for very thin contortionists. The upstairs shower is useless. There’s more but you get the gist.

Everything you need. Sunshine all day on roof terrace. 5 minutes walk to supermarket and bar/restaurant.

Shower downstairs small but there is a shower upstairs that was perfect.

I really liked the 2 balcony areas it was so hot and we enjoyed early evenings in the top balcony to watch the sun go down, the property is on a beautiful marine area with amazing places to eat! you’re pretty much in middle of 2 great tourist towns also but arrecife has lots of great rural areas and lots to see 😊

the only thing wrong with the property is no iron, and the washing machine wash cycles are written in German which I had to translate but apart from that it has all you need
