Neighbours upstairs had heavy feet but not the apartment owners issue.

- Crib was less comfortable for the baby than other accommodations we’ve stayed at in Portugal - Very thin walls on the first floor where you hear everyone going up & down the stairs and the unit above is extremely loud - Patio is not private (you can high five the neighbor you’re so close)

Very nice appartment , very clean. The host was extremely nice and helpfull.

Staff were extremely helpful during our stay. There was plenty of space in the apartment. The small private patio was a nice addition and we used it to eat or have afternoon drinks. The apartment was extremely clean and in a quiet street. We didn't have any issues finding parking (paid). The location was great- we were a very short walk to everything. We especially liked going to the municipal market and getting things to make lunch or tapas. Check in was very easy and the owner answered all of the questions we had during our stay, quickly.

Because of the hardwood floors, we could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around early in the mornings. That's not really in the owners control, and we would definitely stay here again because everything else was wonderful.

Breakfast very poor, had to ask for bread and ham every day. Everything from Lidl.

Great location, super clean. The breakfast is really good. You have all you would expect for a breakfast.

the only thing to improve is the mattress. Also my husband slept in the couch an it was not really comfortable. Anyway, apart from this, i strongly recommend this apartment.

Great location, spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful host, and well stocked kitchen including bread, lunch meat, cheese, milk, yogurt.... We enjoyed our stay very much.

The only negative is the apartment is too small to include a comfortable seating area. There’s a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, no room for a couch.

I liked the fact that everything worked, the host was easy to reach if we needed help, that everything was beautifully clean and that there was a washing machine that worked well. If a kitchen is small, a washing machine beats a dishwasher hands down for convenience. Our host was very helpful with showing us on the map where things were. We appreciated that.

The bed was pretty firm - not lumpy or anything, just a bit too firm. We could have used an easy chair, although space was limited so maybe not. Dishes and flatware had 2 of all eating utensils. That is a bit limited, but it worked out okay. I can understand that in some environments, that stuff walks and you get tired of replacing it.

Great location just 100m from the town centre with its many restaurants. Just the one night in Coimbra for us, en-route back from Porto to Lisbon, it is a nice little town, very scenic and plenty to see. The apartments are clearly brand new and therefore are spotlessly clean. Ultra convenient for the centre of town and all it has to offer, parking just down the road in the car park at just 9€ for 24H. The owner was there to meet us to show us in and explain the APP controlled door locks (nice touch, new to me). The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, clean and well presented, AC, hot water a plenty. Functional little apartments perfectly suited to short stays. Excellent value for money

The sound travels easily between apartments, this was my only negative from an otherwise very positive experience

The upper apartment is very clean and nicely renovated with a modern kitchen and airco, great beds and quiet. The location is right in the middle of some of the most important things to visit (and comes with a steep but rather short climb). Very friendly and hospitable welcome and everything you need on your first day is available. Paid parking quite close, and free indoor parking at 1,2km (Convent San Francisco).

(Just minor details: The view from the top apartment is very nice but only visible when you step close to the window. Under the roof you often have to watch your head and/or choose the right side of the bed and table :-))

Our host was very kind and met us as we were arriving. The codes to enter the building and our apartment were easy to use, and they were sent quickly. The apartment was renovated recently, quite clean and modern, and the air conditioners worked beautifully on a warm afternoon. We were all very impressed with the quality and the cleanliness of the apartment.

Check in process can be better instead of text / message via booking. Getting there by car is possible bit better park in the parking down the hill

Well located in the centre, well equipped and nicely decorated.

Had some problems with the electronic access to the apartment, luckily resolved swiftly but would still prefer an old-fashioned key!

Very well decorated and equipped apartments, in a modernised building. Comfortable bed, and cozy rooms for spending a short stay in Coimbra.

Sound insulation is not the best, and noise from the surrounding apartments and building’s stairs is hearable inside.
