Unser schönes Anwesen mit Blick auf Vanderbilt Bay. 1600 sq. Ft. Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu 6 Personen. Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und privater Veranda mit Blick auf den Poolbereich und die Vanderbilt Bay. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett. Das Anwesen wurde (2017) neu renoviert, einschließlich Küche und Badezimmer. Hauptwohnbereich hat auch Veranda mit Blick auf den Poolbereich und die Bucht abgeschirmt. Cabana hat eine ausziehbare Couch für zwei Personen. Volle Wäsche, Kabel und Wi-Fi. Pool, der nur mit 5 anderen Einheiten geteilt wird. We would give this property and location more stars if we could. Plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out and it was stocked with everything we needed. We loved the two screened in balconies with beautiful views of the water way. The beach was very close (easy walk for my kids) and not crowded at all in that location. The area is quiet and we loved looking at all the gorgeous surrounding homes. We hope to visit again!

Had another great stay in the Vanderbilt Beach area. Small complex with friendly neighbors and guests. Great location and easy access to the beach. This unit has a wondereful view of the Bay. So nice to get away from the Midwest winter.

This condo is locate on a channel facing the east, you can watch the sun rise from your bedroom or kitchen window and walk across the street to the beach and watch the sunset over the gulf. It is fully stocked with whatever pans or utensils you might need to be able to easily cook your meals. Whole Foods and Publix are close by for your shopping. It was clean, updated and quiet. There are 6 units and some of the other owners were there. They are very nice and we enjoyed meeting them. The unit is 3 stories, so there are stairs to get to the kitchen and the bedrooms. It was not an issue for us at all. The location was safe and we walked a lot and rented bikes and rode all over the place. We could store our bikes outside behind the bldg. We golfed several days at various courses around the area. They had beach chairs to take to the beach also. I would recommend this unit to others.

Water, Water EVERYWHERE
Just an incredible view and marvelous property! If you’re familiar with Vanderbilt Beach, this townhouse is located impressively right between The Turtle Club and Baleen Restaurant on Gulf Shore Drive. Beach access is free and closeby to an awesomely decorated condo. One that you’ll be proud to show to your friends and relatives. Stop by Publix, grab all you need for the kitchen and you’re set for a memorable stay!! Alfredo & Cindy are fantastic hosts. We look forward to next year!!!

Beautiful views, cozy and great location
We loved staying here. We were attending our son's wedding at La Playa and this place is with in walking distance. We were able to have 6 of us stay together which helped with cost and was great being together. He had convenient things for us to use. Views were gorgous, could walk to the beach, and enjoyed the pool.

Don't hesitate. Book the place. Super comfortable place. Everything you need inside the condo. We just had the pool to ourselves for half the week and shared it with one other family the other half. Super easy location to get to the beach in 2 minutes. The beach really can't be crowded in this area. We had 4 families max on the beach in over a tenth of a mile.

Best of everything!
The sandcastle villa is the best of everything we could have needed. My husband enjoyed lots of fishing off the dock, my 16 and 5yr olds enjoyed the pool and beach, while I got to enjoy not having to load up the car every time we wanted to do something. The condo was clean, beds comfy, beautiful sun rise and waterfront views, and had everything we could have needed. This is the perfect location with the bay and pool right out the front door and the beach directly across the street. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our time at Cindy & Alfredo’s place. The place was very clean and well maintained with basically everything you need for a beach getaway. The beach is across the street and pool is right out the front steps. The host was very responsive and available to answer questions. Will definitely stay here again!

We were thrilled with this home away from home! Property is located across the street from the beach- a 3 minute walk. Home had everything we needed to be comfortable- fully stocked kitchen, extra pillows and blankets, plenty of towels. There are water views from almost every window- we enjoyed every moment!

The townhouse was very clean and organized. It was very well stocked with all the necessary kitchen appliances and tools . The host was very responsive in answering questions in a timely manner. The location was also ideal, as there is a pool right in front of the townhouse and the beach was a 2 minute walk!

Sandcastle Villa is the kind of place you want to keep coming back to, and the hospitality and thoughtfulness of Alfredo and Cindy makes it all the more so. Lots of things to do in Naples on the one hand, and when you’re not out and about, an extremely well-equipped kitchen, excellent TV/entertainment system, beach chairs/umbrella/tons of beach towels makes the living easy.

Waterfront relaxation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This property is unique in that it is a small 6 unit complex with a heated pool located right on the canal and beach access is just right across the street. The property owners manage it themselves and are very responsive. Just about anything you can think of is provided in the condo. There's a couple of restaurants within walking distance. If we are in Naples again, we would definitely come back!

Great place - perfect location
Lovely 3 level unit in a small friendly complex. This is the end unit on the water, which provided wonder views of the bay. Decor and art work attractive. Beds comfortable. Loved the screened porches. Worked very well for the 4 of us. Beach access and excellent restaurants being so close is a great plus. We had an event to attend at LaPlaya - so it couldn't have been more convenient. The place was clean and well cared for. Very comfortable new couch. Owners friendly and helpful. Provided a nice book of information on local attractions and conveniences etc. We'll be back! Thanks. KW
