Localização é boa, a cama confortavel e tudo parecia bem novo.

Armarios pequenos, nao cabiam o mochilao. Alem disso, o banheiro nao estava muito cheiroso. Sem falar que quando cheguei nao tinha lugar pra por minha mala, e tive que deixar no cafe ao lado.

I like the self check-in with e-lock for every door, very convenient. The location is great, close to the presidential palace. The front is a business street with a lot of restaurants and shops. The tram stop is really close.

I do not know the place is clean, well located and affordable.

The self check in & codes were brilliamt. They also kept earbuds in the room for anyone who needed.

Very cold at times, don't know if this is because put the heating down or it was automatic. W/C room could be bigger

The room was very nice

I didn’t like that ID wasn’t checked, so people can leave incorrect info in the form and no one would know; also, codes can be shared, and random people can end up in your room, and management won’t even know their names.

I like the bed and the room absolutely! It is so big🤩 They also have parfum spray inside toilet. So not guilty anymore for leaving smell inside toilet 😂

There is problem in shower area at second level. But thanksfully the information sign is really helpful for us so we take 3rd level for showering.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. The hostel was quite close to the metro line into the centre.

The check-in process could be more streamlined i.e. not making everyone wait until the get to the desk to fill out the form. There was quite a bit of street noise and guests would go out to smoke directly beneath our window. No air conditioning in the room and it was very hot during my stay, not much breeze coming through the window. The hostel wasn't very close to the main attractions in Vienna.

Clean and tidy.

Complete "self-help", but miss necessary information. For example: how to turn on the air conditioner, where is the washing powder, how to store the bag after check-out, etc.

The room was clean and comfortable, staff was nice, there is a luggage storage room if you want to leave your stuff after check out, very close to train and bus stations

Breakfast was not that great

Modern building close to the centre of Bratislava. The beds were clean, comfortable and very private. The common areas were great although they could feel a bit small. Facilities were excellent, even allowing safe baggage storage after check-out, the whole building in general felt quite secure. The owner immediately responded and texted me the e-check-in link after it was not sent to me through booking.com. Said, e-check-in procedure was very easy to follow through and was finished in minutes.

In the Shower room it seemed like the hot and cold water flows were reversed and the water dispenser couldn't dispense cold water.

first time staying in contactless hostel, although I had some issues to unlock everything, but customer service are helpful and friendly, had a perfect stay in this hostel, and met so many friends in this lovely hostel. walking distance from the train station.

if the locker can be a slightly bigger would be perfect, it’s a bit too small and I have to squeeze my backpack in to it.

Im still in awe at the cleanliness of this hostel, esp. the toilets which always had toilet paper! Which made me realize that im so used to to some mediocre cleanliness of hostels that when you come across something that should be normal, you find it extraordinary. The whole self-check in concept made me anxious cos I've never been to such a place before and I did have some issues at first but it was my fault and in the end it all worked out well. The rooms are spacious and bright and the beds are very comfy - the curtains are a bonus giving you extra privacy plus you wont have to worry if your overhead light is bothering others and vice versa. It has the perfect location, with all things being very nearby, and it is like 15 minutes walk from the main railway station as well which is very convenient. Even though it is located on the main street which gets very nosy, both from the trams and from the people, just close the windows and turn the a/c on if it feels hot and stuffy. If I ever come back to Bratislava, I would definitely want to stay here again. .

Some small overhead shelves would be nice to put some small items thereon - this would esp. be very convenient for the bunk beds.

Good place in city center. It was clean and tidy. Self check in with codes, don't need to have keys and cards, what is very comfortable.

just one bathroom and 1 shower per floor. not enough. the contactless code thing does not work properly on the rain. locker outside and it was raining and I had to try 5 times to open up the locker because it was raining. locker closes at 6pm.

Conveniently located close to the old town. The hostel was clean and safe.

Check in process was tricky and took over 30 minutes for the required information to come through. Great for just a place to sleep, but there was no social atmosphere or any way to get recommendations on what to do/where to go/where to eat in Bratislava.
