We are a family of six and our stay was really really nice. Word of advice....get your cart rental online before you arrive. They weren’t any available when we arrived but Bobby was so helpful. He made a few phone calls, transported us to the rental place.....then when it was time to leave he transported us from the condo to drop off the cart then brought us back to the condo. He was so willing to help. He is a great rep for these condos. Paul should be proud. I have just one tiny complaint I tripped and fell hurt my knee because the stone walk way is a bit of a tripping hazard. It was at night and we were on our way back to the condo from the parking lot area. The stones are beautiful but uneven and a bit of a tripping hazard. Overall we loved our stay... thanks for the memories

Very nice condo and very clean. Upon arrival the tv didn't work and no one came until the next day to fix it (thanks to Bobby who was very helpful). Would stay there again, although the beds were very uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay.Golf carts were nice and easy to rent there as well.

Clean and neat with no issues whatsoever. The condo is quite nice and the pool is outstanding. I may have missed where it said we were upstairs, but that was our only minor issue due to a couple mobility limited folks. Again, I may simply have missed where that was called out. We'll be back!!!

Need My Refund
This property group is unprofessional. My friends and I were to travel to Put In Bay for a trip. We never got our money back because the ferry wasn’t running to even get there. We all live far away from this place. They stated they were going to refund our money and still have not received $1. If you don’t stay somewhere you should not be charged for it. Beware! Choose a different place.

The self-service aspect was appreciated but there was some anxiety upon arrival when there is no one there to greet you and show you around after traveling over 4 hours. Felt as if we were in the wrong place and confused about the golf cart situation. If we're expected I think overall operations would benefit from concise communication. I had over 6 emails/texts all telling me different things. We brought linens because your website told us to but housekeeping provided us with bedding.There are awful looking stains in the stairwell entry and our condo's door would not lock at first. Came back from getting supplies to find the door wide open... Had to play with the deadbolt until it finally closed shut.Other than that we had a great time.

The unit was very clean. We liked that the resort was away from the hustle and bustle of downtown with access to the lake. The size of the unit accommodated 6 people very comfortably and all the basics. The pool is in the center of the property and it was handy to have golf carts available on our property. The outdoor grill was clean and good sized. The rules are reasonable and the arrival directions were easy to follow. The family had the Put-n-Bay experience we wanted and the a clean, comfortable place to call home.

4 adults & 2 kiddos in Poolview condo #6. Our stay was on a Monday-Wednesday, so the weekends may get more roudy. We had a wonderful time & would highly recommend to anyone bringing family & kids. The pool was heated, spacious, clean! Pool hours are laidback so we could swim early before a day full of activities or late night after a full day in the island sun. Our condo was clean & roomy with a nice balcony. Management was great when called for WIFI issue, came to fix within 10 minutes! Great location, people, & very family friendly! We loved that our small group could stay here, & our larger family group could stay in a Lake View condo(just steps away). with more room for a bigger group. We rented a golf cart to get around and had the most fun exploring & relaxing.

Cannot clean in condo. Taxi service was great! If you want to get a golf cart, better book a day ahead of when you need it. Location was perfect!

The quiet hours are a joke, since it was ignored. To be fair, the bars close at 10 and there was nowhere else to go, but when you want to sleep you don’t want to hear screaming and yelling.
My wife found a vibrator behind the mattress changing the sheets left from previous guest and was livid. We washed the comforters immediately.
We will not stay again. Maybe the waterfront condos are cleaner but do not want take the chance.
