Tutto! Non do mai 10 neanche ai 5 stelle lusso ma questa merita davvero, vista mare, cortesia e gentilezza,.tranquillità totale, stanza stupenda e molto tecnologicamente avanzata, insomma OTTIMA

La disponibilità dell'host per qualsiasi tipo di info e necessità. Molto apprezzato l'upgrade della camera. Stanza pulita e parcheggio in loco. Che dire della vista mare...splendida.

Nulla da segnalare in particolare, se non il consiglio di migliorare l'insonorizzazione delle camere.

l'emplacement Bruyant au dessus d'un car wash et à côté de la voie ferré. Pas de volets aux fenêtres, réveillé aux aurores. Petit déjeuner bon, mais que du sucré et pas très intime. Manque d'intimité en général. de plus beaucoup d'étages.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro di Termoli distanza di 10 minuti , abbiamo usufruito del noleggio della bicicletta buona soluzione per girare comodamente.

Vasca idromassaggio in quanto si può riempire di acqua solo fino ad un certo livello e praticamente non ti bagni. Inoltre la funzione dell' idromassaggio non si può utilizzare altrimenti bagna tutto il soffitto , dentro alla vasca ci sono delle bocchette che rischiano di graffiarti e quindi bisogna prestare attenzione.. Io e il mio compagno non abbiamo potuto fare colazione in quanto il giorno dopo partivamo alle 6.30 del mattino ma non ci è stata proposta un'alternativa per venirci incontro nonostante l'avessimo compresa nel prezzo.

The bads : The hosts, definately the worst hosts we ever had, very mean people, agressive and disrespectful talks, they allowed themselves to pass judgment and criticize our way of life (I couldnt believe it !) ; thin door (it’s not really a door, it’s more like a room divider..) + train = very noisy place ; the moisture smell in the shower ; definately not a place for a dog, they said it’s impossible to let our dog alone in the room, but we had to pay 30€ for him (a shame), they must remove permission for animals in their B&B ; the location is terrible, it’s located in an industrial area & it seems you’re very close to the sea but in reality you are far of it (check the roads..) ; the breakfast is a joke, very small place, wrapped madeleine, couldnt take a 2nd croissant without a comment of the host and she didnt give us the 2nd day breakfast because my wife didnt show her the first morning ; the room is at the 3rd floor without elevator (I didnt find any informations about it before), so forget your heavy suitcase, and definately not for old or disabled people ; the room isnt that big because the ceiling goes down so you can’t stand up in an important part of the room (ok I’m tall but still, it goes down to 1m) ; the curtains are blocked so you can’t see the daylight ; the noise of the spa ventilator and the useless little fridge is annoying. The room is way too expensive for what it is and I would never ever meet these people again. Tremiti islands are beautiful, I suggest to directly book a hotel there instead.

The property was clean and new. It was nicely decorated and had a comfortable bed. However there was no pillow cases for the extra pillows which doesn't seem sanitary. It does have a cute little patio facing the street but it was nice to sit outside.

Google maps to us to the wrong address and when I tried to call the owner he hung up on me 3 times because he did not speak english. This is rude! I was willing to try to communicate with google translate but he didn't even give us a chance. I had to call Booking.com to get a hold of someone to show us to the location. It is looked at the back of a business over a car wash. The lady was helpful. Also, the property has a view of the ocean but you can not walk there. The room had a slanted ceiling and I hit my head when I got out of bed. I am 5'4". There is no iron and the shower head faces the wall and you have to hold it to rinse yourself off. The coffee maker did not work and the cherrios were stale.
