This place was perfect for a winter weekend getaway, close enough to walk to town, but cozy enough to spend a full day inside. Also loved how spread out the downstairs was, only wish it had been warmer to enjoy the deck and yard!

I rented this great rental not far from Main Street Kennebunkport and Dock Square. It was for myself and family ( Boston area )and my sister and family (California), including 2 four year olds! It was clean and comfortable with a nice big table for all of us to have meals together! The house had an old charm with updated bathrooms and comfy beds! Also, a deck for hanging out and some grounds to run around safely, We walked into Dock Square and used the beach parking permit for Goose Rocks Beach and Goochs Beach. Further south, we found a great playground on the beach at Lords Point! Great time for all! Thank you! Host was communicative and very welcoming!

We enjoyed our stay over Labor Day weekend. We walked or ran into town several times- a little far for our teenager, but the adults enjoyed the walk. We picked this place because it had 3 rooms and so the kids each had their own room. House was clean and had what we needed to enjoy our stay.

The home was in a lovely green neighborhood. I was worried about the window units making it cool enough but they were terrific-- providing plenty of cool air for the late July temperatures. The house had plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out and relax. Beach chairs and a parking permit were an added bonus.

House is immaculate and it’s walking distance to the town ( all but 1 block is sidewalks) and free public parking lot down road. Nice porch, easy parking and good grill ( we did not use). House was stocked with “ extras” plastic wrap , lots of beach towels etc

Great property close to Dock Square!
We had a great stay for a family vacation with our kids (ranging 2-6). We decide to stay in Kennebunkport after having previously stayed in Ogunquit and made a day trip up to KPT. The deck was perfect for breakfast in the morning (the weather cooperated), for lunch after a morning at the beach, and for my wife and I to relax on at night after the kids were in bed. The house had plenty of room for the kids to play in when we didn’t make the short walk down to Dock Square or the short drive down to the Kennebunkport beaches. There was plenty of sleeping space/rooms for everyone and everything was very clean. Definitely recommended!

Absolutely stay here
This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Brandbury went above and beyond for us. He was super responsive, communicative and any issue was resolved almost immediately. The house is the perfect Maine getaway. Super close to town with tons of room for 2 families both with young kids. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. My only gripe is we had to leave.

Perfect location
We had a great stay in kenneybunk. The house was so clean and had a great yard. It is in a prime location for kenneybunkport center and beaches. We also did a day trip to old orchard beach and fun town/splash town for the kids. Both only 20 minutes away. Bradley was a great host and responded to me right away when I had questions. I would definitely recommend this house. We would rent from him again.

Great Family Stay
Comfortable, clean property in a great location, exactly as described. We had a wonderful time grilling at the house, visiting the local beaches and walking into town. The walk is a little long for young children, but there is a public parking 2 minutes up the road from the house where you can park and walk into town. Overall very enjoyable, would recommend.

Friends getaway
Stepping into this house was a nice surprise, the house was immaculate. Owners were easy to contact and their response time was great. The distance from town was walkable and a quick drive. My only suggestion would be to add window treatments, but other than that, I would recommend this place and we already said that we would go back.

We had a wonderful week in Kennebunkport and an excellent stay here. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had and the house was incredibly clean with easy check in. The bedrooms were large & comfortable with plenty of space for a large family to spread out downstairs. We would definitely return!

Great cottage close to the beach & Marina.
We had a great time. The cottage was very clean, has great outdoor space and a lovely beach vibe. The host was very responsive. The only thing is the upstairs bathroom doesn’t have a lock which is tricky when you have little kids opening doors! And the nook isn’t ventilated so you should leave the door open so it doesn’t get stuffy, but other than that the place is great!
