Our group has been coming to PIB for 25 years now. 23 years at Island Club. (we should've bought a condo). House 77 is the best house we have ever rented. The house is well kept and nothing seemed old or rundown. We would have liked an electrical box outside but other than that, a Beautiful, nice location home. We will try for same home next year!!

When we entered the cabin it reeked of marijuana. We had no towels, we called to have some brought to us which they said they would bring but we never received. The door would no lock, we called to report the door being broken and one person answered but put us on hold and never answered the phone again. Very poor communication. On the bright side, the place was clean and was convenient.

Was this cabin perfect? Absolutely not. However, out of all the choices on the island, this is about as good as it gets. Cute space with plenty of room, but the furniture was worn and damaged. Lighting overall was terrible and the overhead light in the dining area did not work at all. Shower in the master suite was full of grim and mildew and there was a questionable brown substance on the floor of the other bathroom. Lots of belongings were also left behind by previous people under the bed, such as sunglasses and socks. Overall, it was a place to sleep and we would stay again. However, there is still a lot to improve.

This stay was a first time for our 3 families that totaled 10. We were generally pleased with the accommodations and will visit again. The pool was DElightful. :) The kitchen was well stocked with tools, pans, dishes, etc and the kitchen and 2 bathrooms were clean. The only items that needed attention before our arrival were the kitchen floor (it needed a wet mopping) and the exterior grounds had litter. Thank you so much. We will do it again.

All good about Cabin. Weather didn't cooperate. Only fished 1 1/2 days. Left 2 days early. Credit? Sofas are very uncomfortable. Water spigot in front doesn't work. Drain is slow in Master Bedroom.

Birthday Weekend
We had an awesome weekend... We would definitely consider a golf cart next time because the property in not in walking distance to anything... Linens not being supplied made our travel on the Jet Express a bit more hectic with extra bags needed but overall the Island Club is exactly what we expected and a great time was had by all.... We did see kids in the complex at one point and this is NOT a kid friendly experience!! FYI!!!!

We had an awesome time at PIB the cottage was spacious however the screen door was torn pretty bad allowing Mayflies to enter , also the blankets on the beds were not clean one had a blood stain on it the other one had stained white spots on it.. I had to wash them myself. A few dead Mayflies on the wall where someone had killed them and left them there. We had a great time but the place could’ve been cleaned much better than it was..

The property was everything that we needed it to be. We paid to have linens included, and even purchased our Golf Carts ahead of time. The refrigerator did not get very cool after 3 days; the freezer was no issue at all.

Outside was clean, inside looked like it was cleaned a while ago. The walls had spots that still haven't been painted. Lacked common kitchen items. The house did its job it gave us somewhere to sleep and eat. It was not worth the full amount.

We had a great weekend. The house was fine for our use, which was as described. Issues were: no outside doors had working locks; there was no dish soap or dishwasher soap at the house, so we could not run the dishwasher; the pantry door handle fell off when we opened the door and the refrigerator was finally cold by the time we left. Otherwise it was great.

Our extended family spend July 1 to July 6 at Island club number 77. We have stayed at Island club before and I've had an enjoyable experience. Number 77 was very large and worked for our family. Our only complaint with number 77 was that the floors were filthy when we got there. And there was no mop or bucket to clean them. The house is well-equipped and the one maintenance issue we had with the kitchen faucet was taken care of quickly.

We love to visit Put In Bay and brought our family for the week. There was a lot for us to do with the kids. The Island Club community had lots of families with children staying in it and seemed very family friendly. This house has 4 bedrooms and a big open kitchen/living room area for us all to hang out in. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed to cook breakfast and lunch each day and we even grilled out for dinner one night. Bringing all the groceries with us saved lots of money. The only thing that was not desirable about the home was that our bare feet were black from walking around inside. I wiped the kitchen floors up and the paper towels were black. It obviously had not been scrubbed for quite some time and was filthy enough to make all of our feet black. Other than this, I liked the house but will call ahead about this issue before staying there again.

Cute/Fun neighborhood a bunch of people to party with. The house was a good size for 10 of us. There were plenty of dishes and toiletries provided. I will say they could have done a better job cleaning up the mayflies. They were all over our house even in cabinets. The biggest problem was no WIFI and no phone service, you could barely call a taxi because no ones phones were working.

Great location. A few concerns but understand that people that stay often party and items get broken. Not us with the kids but overall nice place. We stayed through week. Sunday through Friday am. If you orders linens please not good price but the sheets are not fitted so kids kept coming off the bed.

Perfect place for a larger group (12). Plenty of space. When walking in, you had to question whether or not it was brand new. Very clean. Nice patio outside to hang out and drink on. Plenty of lawn space for yard games. No issues. Cell service is spotty, but if you’re having a good time, it doesn’t even matter.

I have been going to Put In Bay for 27 years and always enjoy my time there. The Island Club location has been my choice for about the last 12 years or so to lodge at. The #77 Home is as nice as I have stayed in. I really liked the layout and parking off the rear by the rear door was very convenient to bring in supplies. All our comforts are well thought out and the accommodations are first class. This particular unit was very nice. We really liked the layout and how things were set up.
