nothing at all

I requested a 3 bedded room, I was given a small condo with 1 large bed and a sofa, the room was too small, everything was for 2 people not 3, small dining table , Only 2 chairs, only 2 mugs for tea, only towels for 2 people could not gain entry to the safe, no wardrobe, only a rail in the bathroom so all your clothes were damp with steam from the shower Apart from the Condo was miles from anywhere and we had to get taxi every time , it took 30 mins to book in with stupid messages and nobody to come a greet or hand over keys I would not every go there again and not recommend the Condo or area to anybody, Spolit my complete holiday

Good value for what you get. very comfortable bed. Good facilities. Nice pool.

Housekeeping only came once during our 4 day stay on our request however as this is more of an apartment than a hotel we didn’t expect the same standard of service

nothing there was no reception it was small very smelly and in clean we ended up leaving as the communication was terrible

Right next to the ocean. the swimming pools were great! wish the beach was a bit longer and walkable.

the keys pick up was complicated to say the least. there was no front desk to help us in the check in process. We had to join a Line group and then more information.

The property was lovely. There isn’t staff at all. you have to get in contact by phone. their is a security man on a disk by he just gives you a telephone number you can ring. there is a little shop at the end of the road. which sells bread and milk and snacks.

We booked for 3 adults and one child. Theirs enough space for two adults and a small child but definitely not for three adults and a 10 year old. They did offer to move us but want to charge an extra 2000 burt a night. totally unacceptable in my opinion. also been on the 27th floor is a little scary 🙈. luckily we weren’t right at the top of the building. there’s only one restaurant that you can order food also which is very limited. you also can’t use all the pools that you see I. the pictures. as some of belong to the hotel next door and you can be fined if your caught using them. the little sofa in the picture turns into a bed obviously isn’t big enough for an adult and child.

Although, we were staying at the residence side, we could still use the swimming pool on the hotel side at the back. There were two bedrooms, a small living room with kitchen, and a big dining table which is very good for a family trip.

There were a total of 6 people in our family that day and we expected to stay all together at first, but finally my brother and his girlfriend had to book a room at another hotel to stay because there was no extra mattress in the room except for a sofa.

The room was decent and roomy, the pool was nice and seating area by the sea was romantic. many shops near by (car drive only)

it’s condo service so don’t expect full hotel service. you won’t see any staff greeting you but key in lock box and go to your room yourself. you communicate with staff by text (line) the cleaning service also not very good, they came pick up trash but not swipe the floor or make the bed. Recommend fir people who drive the car because it was far from tourist area and not easy access to public transportation.

When I arrived, the room was not yet clean. So I changed to other place. I didn’t stayed at there

The decoration look pretty nice. The location of the room is near the elevator which is very comfortable. The best thing about this room is it has 2 bathrooms.

There were many small cockroaches in the room. We brought 2 cars but there was only 1 key card which is uncomfortable.
