Converted garage so view was drive and gate. could have done with more shelf space - where to put keys, phone, glasses, etc? Similar in bathroom where to put personal toiletries? Located in residential neighborhood, so nice and quiet and safe, but not an encouraging environment to walk in - it's just boring. Would have been OK if cycles to hand as easy ride into town.
