A great place for family, large or small, to spread out and have a wonderful time. The property has a perfect location, really nice views, and lots of parking. We had everything we needed to cook with, the space to relax, and the 3 full bathrooms is a real plus! A bit of improvement would be to clean up the fire pit area so it could be used. Overall a great stay and would certainly stay again.

The property was good for what it was which is a place to sleep. The bathrooms paint is chipping off, the stove burners don't all work, the outside grill is half not working so it's hard to cook on. Also, to empty out the garbage, you need to drive down half a mile to go to the dump which is so inconvenient. The property needs to be updated for sure.

I don't usually take the time to give a review if I agree with the other reviews but in this case I felt deceived by the other reviews. Although the house was ok but not great I felt the others give it too high of a rating. I felt like I was staying at a friends very "lived in" house. Not like the typical VRBO I have stayed in where I fill like I am their first guest and everything is in perfect order. There were a lot of dings in the walls that needed touch up paint, there was not enough silverware for everyone to have 1 meal together, pots and pans were looking old and dingy, the outside needs repairs to the railing and a good paint job, and everything just felt very lived in and used. ALL that being said if I had paid the off season price of $150 and I knew what I was getting when I signed up I probably wouldn't care so much. But at the price of $450 and not knowing what I was getting I was little annoyed at all the things that kept coming up.

We had a great stay. House meets our needs well with a large family. The location is wonderful. The view is fabulous.

Great location and view! Garage converted to tv/game room is perfect for groups with kids and adults! Super easy check-in/check out process. Overall good for the price. Communication with owner was great. We had one issue but Hollie immediately took action and made it right!

This was the perfect location for our family reunion. The house had plenty of beds and a large eating area inside and outside on the deck with a gorgeous view of the lake. The house was clean and well stocked with blankets, pillows, and kitchen utensils including a grill! We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

This place is absolutely perfect if you want to stay there with a couple of friends, it is very accommodating for a lot of people. Everybody can have their own space and then it has a couple of areas where everybody can gather together. The view from the cabin is absolutely wonderful, you can see the lake from the balcony. The owner of the cabin is so incredibly sweet and very communicative! Wonderful place!!

This house was great for accommodating friends…there were no couples. They had bunk beds, everyone had their own beds. It wasn’t weird to decide who sleeps where. It’s in a great spot. The owners were very communicative. We will for sure book again!

Nice view of the lake. Room enough to have a large group gather in one area and not feel crowded within a room.

We really enjoyed our stay. The garage is converted to a giant toy and game room with comfortable seating so we could watch the little ones. The location is wonderful and we loved being able to walk down to the trout pond with the kids. The house was in need of some small repairs and a deep clean, but overall it was great considering the price.

It was spacious and comfortable. It was clean but could use some deep cleaning. The kitchen was well stocked. All amenities were as listed. Perfect for family gatherings. It is in need of some repairs on the deck. The owners were the best to respond to our inquiries.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was comfy, the view was great, and our kids loved all the toys & games! Would definitely recommend.

Great vacation home in Bear Lake. Property had everything we needed.

Cabin was located in a great area easy to get to a lot of things. We were a little disappointed in the lack of cleaning that was done before our arrival but I contacted the owner and they made it right.

House needs some improvements, deck needs to be sanded and stained. Kitchen was sticky and lid on garbage can was covered in old food and grime. But the view of Bear Lake is amazing! Owner was easy to work with.

This house was amazing! It had everything we needed. Plenty of bedding, beach towels, kitchen implements etc. We really appreciated having a washer and dryer as there were 16 of us! The two interconnected bedrooms in the basement furnished with bunk beds were perfect for the kids and the outfitted garage/family room was a place for the kids to play and have the door shut so we didn't hear the commotion. The garage has two couches, a ping pong table, toys for every age and games! We'll definitely be back. PS the view of Bear Lake from the house deck and dining room was soooo beautiful!

The place itself is great, location just what we wanted. The home was the perfect size for our group and had a fun game room for the kids downstairs. A few things needed maintenance. Overall did the job for our group.

We ended up having 17 family members staying at Bear Lake and we had a ball!! Cabin was wonderful, well stocked with everything we needed.

We stayed at the property from July 8-12th and had a great time. The property was in a really good location with an amazing view of the lake. I would definitely recommend this property and also stay here again.

The house was perfect for us. It was just me, my wife, and our three kids so it was much more than we needed, but we didn't care about that. The location to Bear Lake activities was very convenient, North Beach was about 25 minutes away and the more expensive Rendezvous Beach was about 15 minutes. The views from the patio every morning were perfect, some of the best in the neighborhood. I would sit outside and enjoy the sunrise listening to the birds sings. It was beautiful. I do just want to say we were pleasantly surprised by some of the amenities not mentioned. There's an entire game room downstairs with a ping-pong table, Wii, badminton, camp fire sticks for marshmellows, and more. Not to mention plenty chairs and some sand toys. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and will probably try to return again next year.

We needed some where for us and our friends to have our friends giving this year and this worked out to be great for our needs! Very kid friendly!!

We had a fabulous time! The cabin was great. Check in was easy. Cleaning was minimal and common sense. Cabin was as described and perfect for our long weekend. Hollie was very responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

The house was lovely and we had everything we needed. The view from the deck was beautiful. There was plenty of room for us and we were surprised at the amount of toys and games that were available. We would love to return!

Clean, generally up-to-date, nice soft newer carpet. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, 1 bathroom and one big open room downstairs. Plenty of beds: 3 queens and 1 king upstairs, 4 bunk beds downstairs (8 individual beds total downstairs). Kitchen was very well stocked. Nice big table in dining room (we were able to fit 11 people). BBQ grill on patio. Plenty of parking (we were able to park two vehicles and a boat with room to spare). Two items of note: there are only two garbage cans in the entire house (one in the kitchen and one in the downstairs bathroom); the photos in the ad show two sectionals. This is true, but one is in the garage, which has been converted into a gathering area. You will NOT be able to park in the garage. Also, some of the photos in the ad show different furniture in the same room. Some of the older photos need to be removed, so it doesn't look like there are more rooms than there actually are. There are tons of games, toys, ping pong table, very reliable WiFi, Google home, etc. We stayed up late two nights in a row, to watch the moonrise over the lake, from the spacious patio. Overall a very nice property. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this home at Bear Lake! The owner Hollie was easy to communicate with, the house was clean, carpets appear new. Everything we needed was available and well stocked. Hollie is very organized and keeps her home very easy to visit. The neighbors were quiet. It was a nice place to talk walks. It is very close to cute shops and restaurants. The view of the lake is amazing from the deck. Thanks for letting us stay!
