Einführung
Unsere Eltern waren die ursprünglichen Besitzer dieses herrliche Anwesen! Unsere Familie von fünf Söhnen im Laufe der Jahre zu vier Frauen und sechzehn Enkel erweitert!
Die Enkel lernten in der weltberühmten Beaver Creek Skischule Skifahren. Wir haben alle im Dorf verbrachte Reiche Stunden Eislaufen. Wir kennen den Berg, sowie Bachelor Gulph, Arrowhead und Vail.
Beaver Creek ist ein Ausflugsziel für Familien. Es gibt viele Aktivitäten während des ganzen Jahres für Kinder, Jugendliche, Studenten, Eltern, Freunde, Tanten, Onkel, Cousins und Großeltern! Der Panoramablick auf die Berge ist atemberaubend! Unser Wohnzimmer hat den besten Blick auf den Wochenfeuerwerk auf der Oberseite des Beaver Creek Mountain während der Skisaison!
Unser Haus wurde im Jahr 2014 luxuriös mit Holzböden im Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche renoviert. Marmor und Fliesenböden mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten in allen fünf Badezimmer. Unser brandneues Decke Küche ist mit allen Geräten aus rostfreiem Stahl. Die neue Insel für vier Personen zum Frühstück. Unser Esstisch für 8-10. Wir haben ein niedrigeres Niveau mit komplettem Bad, Waschküche und einem riesigen Schlafzimmer / den aufgenommen. Wir haben diesen Raum als "Bunker" geprägt. Der Bunker hat ein Kapitänsetagenbett und ein Einzel über ein Doppelstockbett. Das Zimmer hat auch ein Queen ausziehbaren Schlafcouch.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this conveniently located ski house! We appreciated the flexibility with check-in/out time. Everything was just right and as expected because everything was exactly as described. We hope to be able to come back!

We just returned from an amazing seven night vacation in Beaver Creek. We shared the condo with our friends and their two kids, so a total of four adults and five kids stayed very comfortably. The hot tub was great and is a few steps away from the front door. The condo has everything you might want.
The BeaverCreek shuttle is extremely convenient to bring you to the slopes and anywhere else in the village (be sure to check the App 30 minutes prior to when you want to leave if it is around the busy times of day such as the start of ski school in the morning). Parking our rental car was fine (but note that the spots are not reserved specifically for the unit) and we never had a problem parking.
Communication with the owner was flawless and he was very responsive.
We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Beaver Creek!

Our family came for a long weekend of skiing, and it literally could not have been better! The house is clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. You can walk to a lift and ski right back to the condo. It was awesome!

Great Property
Jeff was great to work with. Check in and check out was easy. Communication with Jeff was perfect and even provided us with his mobile if we had any issues. Townhouse was great for two families. Easy ski in via a trail behind the house and a few minute walk to be able to ski out or use the free Beaver Creek shuttle.

Location is ideal, close to the village and trails! Home accommodates 8 very comfortably. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely rent again. We were traveling with 3 adults and 4 kids and this house worked perfectly. Be prepared for stairs if you have little ones sleeping in the bunk room!

Nice Place
We stayed here with a party of 10 and had plenty of room. Jeff was very easy to communicate with, and the location was convenient for the skiers in our group to be able to go back and forth to the slopes easily. Great trip!

We expected the property to be cleaner. We cleaned the showers upon arrival. Slept 10 comfortably. It’s advertised as ski in/out but had to walk decent distance to access slopes which was difficult with children after a long day of skiing. Utilized shuttle but long wait times. Parking was easy.

Great for families
A very nice and comfortable home with plenty of space for the entire family. The wood fireplace makes the living room cozy, and the convenient BC buses will take you anywhere you want to go. Looking forward to returning!

Wonderful rental. Owner was easy to work with booking the property and flexible with our requested dates. Property was spacious, well maintained, and was well stocked for our stay. Very nicely situated and convenient with shuttles running all the time. We enjoyed access to the hot tub as well! Definitely would recommend and would love to stay again.

FANTASTIC!! If you are looking for a place to stay in Beavercreek with a family this is prime. Shuttle drives right past the front door. Parking space at front door if you have a car (you really do not need a car). Jeff has done multiple updates that are wonderful. Having stayed here before the updates we were not complaining. But the updates are the icing of the cake: an new bathroom and bedroom with double bunk beds and TV with couch from prior storage space area, EVERY bathroom has been remodeling with granite countertops, flooring, and showers; KITCHEN has all new appliances, cabinets, countertops; all wood work has been redone; new washer and dryer--just to name a few. Plenty of hot water for showers. Dining room table seats 8. Please do not stay here unless you are going to respect the home in the tradition of the owners. This is a HOME to make memories not a rental property.

This is a fabulous location and Condo!
My family (2 children, 2parents + 1MIL) had an absolutely fabulous Christmas vacation staying in this Condo. The floor plan layout is perfect for privacy with extended family. The free public transit is perfectly easy, and even taking it to Avon for grocery shopping is quick and simple. The restaurants, Beaver Creek Village, and skiing is amazing! There are 4 or 5 connected Mountains to ski on. The new Ritz Carlton is fabulous for lunch with outdoor live entertainment by the fire pit. The Christmas season was beautifully decorated like a fair tail. One absolute must is Bean's Cabin for a 5 star meal where a sleigh takes you onto the mountain by moonlight. Our family will never forget our Colorado Christmas and I hope we will go back soon!! I highly recommend this Condo for anyone going to Beaver Creek.

Perfect Vacation
We stayed here for our March break, and it was one of the best vacations we ever had. The skiing was fantastic! Our children loved the ski school, and the condo was perfect. The hot tub is right out the front door, the grocery store wasn't far, and the condo was cozy and comfortable with lots of space. The view out to the mountain was gorgeous, and the shuttle over to the mountain came right to the front door of the condo. We would definitely go again for sure!
