Amazing views and relaxing waves sound. Everything you need for a relax vacations. Very attentive and responsive host. It is my second stay at this place and really love it.

Self check in is easy and convenient for your travel plans. The apartment is in a very nice location steps from a calm, beautiful beach. Lots of beach items are provided by the owner including an umbrella sandcastle toys, chairs, etc. We left styrofoam coolers.
Carlos responded in a timely manner when we had issues with the TV or other issues.
We enjoyed our stay!

The property was as advertised. The unit was well equipped and left you wanting for nothing. Like many before us, we would happily rent this well managed condo again.

The condo is very comfortable and the view couldn't be better! The location is convenient to town, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.
We found that it had everything we needed - from beach chairs and an umbrella to a well-stocked kitchen. The washer/dryer is a nice bonus.
We contacted Carlos on our first day for a minor issue and he replied promptly and took care of the issue easily.
I think we have found our winter getaway!

The first thing you see when you walk in: that amazing view of the Caribbean Sea! We sat on the balcony, enjoying coffee and looking out at that beautiful water, spotted at times with little boats or paddleboarders -- a lovely start to the day. Some nights, we would make dinner (great kitchen set-up/plenty of cookware, serving pieces, plates, cups, etc.) and dine al fresco on the balcony, looking at the stars and listening to the waves hitting the shoreline (right below!) The beach next to the condo is a treasure! Just steps until you're in 80 degree, clear water ... incredible snorkeling right there! We saw whales !!!) the first day we arrived; one teenager used a boogie board and fishing pole only about 15 feet out to catch fish. We met so many nice people right there on the beach! I love the way that the condo is in the middle of a neighborhood, too, with some really creative and cute houses and residents to meet and talk to. And there's a wonderful park/sports/recreation complex only about a 10-minute walk from the condo that has a robust morning pickleball and tennis activity, too. In short, the place felt more like a home away from home (with dream views and weather) than a resort. The condo has everything you need, whether you stay for days or weeks. And Carlos was super quick to respond to the few questions we had. Would highly recommend! We've already booked for next year!

The photos of the property don’t do it justice! I looks like it has been recently remodeled with new interior paint and top notch appliances. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need. The washer and dryer are a nice feature. The view from the balcony is spectacular, especially the sunsets. Also great views from the wrap around window in the master bedroom. It is about 50 from the water with the pool in between. There is a nice private beach steps away. There are beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach toys. Our host, Carlos, was easy to communicate with and promptly answered any of our questions. He also recommended restaurants and let us know about the cool Artisan Fair on Thursday nights. He also provided a welcome gift of Puerto Rican Coffee and and some breakfast bars so we didn’t have to go shopping immediately after our arrival. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay again.

Travelling all day, arriving in the dark, with very clear directions about keys in outside lock box, we were unhappy to find that the key to get us inside this building had been broken in half. Of course it did not work. (Who put it in the lockbox, could they not see it wouldn't work?) It was good that Carlos did immediately answer his phone, and that he speaks English, but it was not good that he assured us that someone would let us in in five minutes. Apparently he imagined that other residents would come home and be so kind (and trusting) as to let us in, but on a Thursday night, in fact not another soul appeared. By the time Carlos finally sent someone (his employee?) to give us a key, we had been standing outside with our suitcases for almost two hours, texting our friends to ask if we could sleep on their couch.
Inside the condo, it was fine. But the broken key was Carlos's responsibility and his response to our situation was far too slow.

Our stay was perfect! Carlos is an excellent host and easy to communicate with. Everything was just as described. A perfect vacation rental with a pool and beach front.

It was definitely more than expected. The view was so beautiful to watch from the balcony, or the angled views from the bedrooms. The apartment was well stocked from the kitchen items, to bath and beach towels, beach chairs and even playing cards or dominoes. Carlos was even better host as he was there with answers to any questions we might have. My only regret is that we booked only one week and we wished we had booked two weeks instead. Okay next time we will.

Heaven in the beach
Prime location, amazing views of the beach. Good distribution of the apartment, very comfortable and with everything you need to spend a pleasant time. Apartment is more spacious and beautiful than what can be seen in the pics. Owner is very communicative, willing to make sure you have the best stay and helpful. Love the place and the relaxing waves sound, we didn't want to leave. Definitely come back.

The condo looks much better than the photos show. It’s actually inside a condominium building. It was fun swimming in the pool at night. We enjoyed Crashboat and Playuela beaches for day trips. The view was spectacular and we had everything we needed (except a generator when the power went out for several days). The one challenge for us was the master bed. It felt like it was a double, not a queen (we have a queen at home so for comparison it was very tight) and the a/c was directly beside it so rather chilly on that side of the bed. A pullout chair or sofa in the family room would’ve been perfect because my husband or I would’ve slept out there (we actually noticed the sofa was a pullout but because it wasn’t advertised and didn’t look like it was meant to be pulled out we left it as is). Rincon is a fun beach bum surfer town with cool shops and surfer style restaurants and a Thursday night art show.

This vacation rental has it all ... the beach and pool right at your doorstep, fantastic sunset views and everything you need to make this the only place you really need to be during your stay in Rincon.

We loved this third floor ocean front room. It has a great view from the balcony of the ocean and pool. The master bedroom has a nice corner window allowing a panoramic view of the ocean, the pool and the beach. The room was clean and all the appliances, electronics and facilities worked well. The check-in and check-out procedures were super fast and convenient. The property manager was friendly and helpful in answering a few questions we had. Overall a great stay.

Great relaxing stay
We had a great time at this VRBO!. The space was very clean and had all the necessary items for a great trip. The VRBO was very well stocked. My son who is 4 loved the pool and private beach access. We we're sooooo close to the ocean. Look out any window and your looking at the ocean! Fantastic place. We would for sure stay again.

Perfect Location
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is beautiful and has everything you need including laundry facilities off the kitchen. For coffee lovers there’s a regular drip coffee maker and also an espresso machine in the cabinet. The kitchen is more updated than the posted photos show. We were there in August but had no trouble keeping cool with AC and ceiling fans inside. My teenagers had the pool to themselves most evenings. Host was easily available for questions. Will definitely return!

Apartment is well furnished and confortable. It has a beautifull ocean view and the pool area is the perfect place to sit and watch the sunset. Conveniently located to grocery store, restaurants and downtown Rincon. We had a great time.
