الخدمة بطيئة مش سريعة مثل ما اخذو منك الفلوس الفوط اتوقع هي نفسها الي تتغسل فيها السيارات بعدين يستخدمها النزيل طلبت بطانية زياده جت بعد اكثر من 12 ساعه وجت مستخدمة وغير ونظيفه لأنها أصلا من غرفة تانيه وكانت معطره بعطر نسائي، احنا تلاته بالغرفه التالت ينام على الصوفا بد طبعا نمت ليله بدون غطاء بعدين شي كويس حطو غطاء ولكن بدون وساده اربع ليالي طبعا لا تقولي كان طلبت الحجز واضح المفروض تكون الغرفة جاهزه مثل ماهو موضح بالحجز .

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful when we had a very late check in. They changed our room real quick since the first room wasn’t properly ready for us. Have to go downstairs and request breakfast which was simple but was enough to get your day started. :) overall very happy staying here no major issues.

Very minor things, no shower curtain

Everyone at the hotel was very good and helpful. The room are clean and big enough. The small kitchen setup was a cherry on the top. Especially Mr. Abdullah is a very great and helpful person, who helped us with the lot of things which was even not his job. I would 1000% recommend his hotel.

The bed was comfortable and there was hot water.

We came for our check-in and were given a key. When we went up to the room with all our bags they told us they were still cleaning it, even though the hotel was mostly empty and we weren't checking in early. We stood outside the door to the room while a member of staff was removing THEIR belongings from the hotel room. It looked like he had been sleeping in the room and we stood their worriedly wondering how they would be able to do a full clean while we were standing outside the door and the sheets still needed changing and the bathroom needed scrubbing. We think they were trying to hide the fact that someone had been in our room and would have given us the room had we not been standing outside the door and seen that someone else had been sleeping in the bed and the sheets were not clean, because they asked us many times to please wait downstairs. Eventually they gave us a different room but we didn't feel comfortable it was truly clean because they would have given us the dirty room. The lady at the front desk didn't speak English so it wasn't easy to communicate with her. We asked for breakfast in the morning and they said it would be ready in 15mins. We told them that was ok but we had only 45mins before we had to leave for our plane. We waited half an hour and were repeatedly told it was only 5 more minutes. Eventually we just left without breakfast. We were really disappointed, this was supposed to be a nice hotel. The heat in the room also didn't work well so we were cold.
