The location was perfect for our group of 3 middle aged adults and their 3 teenagers. Everyone found their own spaces and did their own things while still being together. We booked well in advance and as it happens plans get adjusted - our number increased from 4 to 6 guests so next time we'll consider renting the upper and lower suites if available!

Lovely little property right across from the beach in Peachland. Very clean, quiet and comfortable.

This is a great property. Just across the road from the lake, you can see it from the screened in patio. No views from in the house, so it makes you get outdoors. The beds were very comfortable and also the pillows. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need. So does the bathroom. Furniture is somewhat shabby chic, but serviceable. The couch however is long past its best before date and there is only seating for three. Never mind we were more than happy and Dawn and Rick were great hosts. We will go back.

Great location. Pictures are good for the place and everything is exactly as pictured. Pull out sofa beds are not great to sleep but nice to have the extra option for sleeping arrangements. Communication was great except think the VRBO app chat was lagging a couple times. I put that on VRBO to inprove function and not the owner.

Right across from the lake, this clean, quiet suite was everything we needed - a starting point for biking, SUP'ing, exploring or just lounging in the lake. A big thanks to our hosts, Dawn & Rick, who were super-friendly and helpful. 5 stars...we'll be back!
