Very comfortable and spacious room with balcony, new bathroom and a terrace with a nice view. The place looks newly renovated, great value for money and delicious breakfast. We definitely recommend it! Private parking available in front of the location. The location its only 5 minutes to get into the heart of Villasimius. The staff was very friendly. The communictaion there was very nice, all my needs concerning the business trip were directly dealt with. The whole hotel was also very nice, very good breakfast and coffee. Concerning the location, it only took 5min to get into the heart of villasimius. We therefore had a nice walk every evening to get some gelato in the city. Definite recommendation!

The service was out of this world, plenty of recommendations of places to eat/drink/visit and they were always on hand for anything that you needed. Made the stay really special. Room was clean and modern.

I didn't care for the location. It's in a residential neighborhood across the street from a school which has wire fences around it? Villasimius is a difficult town to drive in due to all the one way streets. Challenging at times.

Clean spacious and modern rooms, friendly staff. We made mistake with the checkout date, the staff was really helpful and solved it for us.

The communication was great, and there was excellent customer service. Nicola was very friendly and helpful and made us feel incredibly welcome. He provided great tips on beaches and restaurants in the area. The hotel is clean and modern, and a close walk to many good restaurants. We enjoyed seeing the terrace view and the view from our balcony. We would love to stay here again!

The hotel is really great, have a private parking opposite. The room was very clean and comfortable. Nicola and Simone were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also very delicious, tradicional italian with croissant as well as european. Trully recommend the place!

Personal very kind and friendly taking care of small details (ex I am coeliac and I did not ask for a special meal; yet they prepared a wonderful gluten free breakfast in short timing). Room very comfortable and clean. All is new! Location is at walking distance from the city centre. I will definitely keep in mind this hotel for future stay in Villasimius and I highly recommend it!
