Geräumige und sehr helle Wohnung nur 5 Gehminuten vom schönsten Strand von Torremolinos entfernt! Im ersten Stock einer sehr hübschen Residenz mit einem schönen grünen Garten und einem großen Swimmingpool und Planschbecken für die Kleinen. Der Marmorboden macht es auch im Sommer sehr angenehm und kühl. Es verfügt über zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer, darunter eine Master-Suite mit Blick auf die große Terrasse. Ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein 2. Badezimmer und das 2. Schlafzimmer haben einen eigenen Balkon. Die Wohnung wurde gerade renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein weiteres Plus, nicht unwichtig, der Supermarkt gleich nebenan, sodass Sie in Ihrem Urlaub kein Auto benötigen!

The host was fantastic, so helpful and quick with responses. We loved the apartment, very clean and had everything you need. Liked the location and had some great restaurants within a 10 min walk. Excellent value for money.

The property location is great. Close to everything, beach, restaurants, major highways, airport, huge shopping mall, you name it. Quiet and private, large, you have all you require inside, literally do not need to bring anything along. Absolutely sufficient for the family of 4 people. It is 30 minutes away from the center of Malaga or Marbella in case you want to see all the beautiful places around. The Host Magali, is extremely helpful available for any help immediately. Stayed there for 2 weeks hopefully we'll visit again very soon.

Nice little apartment not far from all the restaurants and beach. We’ll equipped but would be nice to have sun beds at the pool but maybe that’s because it’s more residential.

Everything was ok except for the construction in the neighborhood which was not forewarned. It made a lot of noise on weekdays.

The property was fine, but the building site next to the apartment wasn't. The apartment is still being advertised as having a supermarket next door. However, it has been demolished and being rebuilt. Very noisy work started at 8am. The noise and dust made using the terrace during the day impossible. If we had known about this in advance, we would have cancelled and rebooted elsewhere.

Apartment was even better than the photos; all very new and clean. Kitchen very well equipped for cooking and storing food, especially important as travelling with our 7month old. Magali the host was fantastic, always available and very quick to come back on any queries we had. Pool was perfect size and very quiet throughout the day. Short walk to beach and restaurants so very quiet when at apartment but not secluded at all. Short walk to Lidl which we’d often do on way home from beach. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Magalis apartment was very nice and have everything you need for a great vacation. The shady terrace was lovely in the heat. Magali was very kind and helpful. Short distanse to the beach and everything else you need.

Fabulous Apartment in a great location.
We had a lovely holiday here in Spain for a week. The apartment was excellent, even nicer than the pictures. It was very tastefully decorated, the kitchen had everything you would need & even a welcome pack with essentials for the kitchen. The complex had a lovely swimming pool set in a nice garden area. The location was perfect, about 5/10 min walk to beach, restaurants & promenade. Magali the owner was easily contactable & answered any questions we had promptly & even checked in with us the day after our arrival to see if everything was okay. I would definitely stay here again.

Sehr geschmackvolle Wohnung in guter Lage
Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders schön ist das lichtdurchflutete Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Den Kindern hat am besten der Pool gefallen. Die Terrasse ist etwas schattig, aber schön groß. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr zuverlässig und durch die räumliche Nähe ganz problemlos. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Un très beau séjour!
Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour à cet appartement de charme. Tout était parfait. L'appartement était propre, fonctionnel et près de la plage et de toutes les commodités. Magali, notre hôte a fait preuve de beaucoup de disponibilité pour répondre à nos questions ainsi que Sonia la représentante sur place. Merci Magali et Sonia. quiet location, nicely furnished
We run a holiday property in the UK, if it's been vacant before new guests arrive we're happy to let them in early, so we were thrilled to gain access to the apartment at midday rather than wait until 4pm. Similarly when we left at 4pm rather than 11am. Many thanks. It's a lovely place to stay, feeling more like a residential block than holiday apartments, well furnished with everything you need. One exception is the lack of kitchen cleaning equipment; no cloth, liquid, sponge or brush (maybe an oversight). The bed & seating both comfortable. The only real draw back is that the apartment and terrace get no sun what so ever. This could be a blessing in the height of summer, but in March it was a bit disappointing.

Traumurlaub im Oktober
Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll/modern eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts (Küche mit Mikrowelle, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierteil, Nespresso-Maschine, Waschmaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, ....) Zwei Bäder mit Teenagern waren wirklich toll! Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr gepflegten und ruhigen Wohnanlage. Der Fußweg zum Strand dauert gemütliche 10 min. Wir hatten einen Leihwagen, da war der Tiefgaragen-Stelllplatz praktisch. Die Terrasse ein Traum - mit großem Tisch und Stühlen zum Frühstücken. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief super unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Die Agentur ist in unmittelbarer Nähe (300m). Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Skøn lejlighed
En meget rummelig og dejlig lejlighed med stor terrasse. Lejligheden er godt indrettet og køkkenet har alt det man skal bruge. Den eneste ulempe for os var, at store træer skyggede, så ingen sol på terrassen.

Appartement très confortable. Cuisine super équipée, 2 très belle chambre avec de nombreux rangements. Une terrasse au top 😎😎. Un parking souterrain très accessible et une super piscine. Une propriétaire très attentionné.
Pas de nuisance, quartier calme. A 5 minutes à pied de la plage, des commerces et des nombreux restaurants. Un paceo super sur plusieurs kilomètres. En résumé un super séjour.

Well furnished and well located, however it lacks many details. The kitchen exhaust doesn't work, the oven doesn't work, the blinds need maintenance, they don't close completely and there are no curtains. Even the handles are old and creaking. No hair dryer or hand blender.
Almost a month before arrival I was forced to give an hour for check-in. I said between 3 and 4. I still had to call an hour beforehand to notify Sonia of the arrival. When I called the answer was... "we are closed between 2 and 4, check-in only at 4". (What?!?!) Not only we had to wait, but she was late too. In the ad it says check-out is until 11... Sónia says it's until 10. I sent a message about the kitchen hood... she didn't even reply.

Superbe!
Très joli appartement, fonctionnel et propre. La résidence est à taille humaine, calme, proche de la plage, très bien située.
La terrasse est super agréable. La propriétaire et l'agence de location sont très à l'écoute. Une adresse à garder précieusement pour un nouveau séjour.

Great apartment
Perfectly clean and well appointed apartment with extremely well equipped kitchen. Very spacious, we were four adults, and great location to walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Underground appointed parking also very convenient.
Host was very communicative and friendly via messaging, agent was welcoming and friendly.
Would definitely recommend a stay here.

En un mot : magnifique
Cet appartement est une perle ! La décoration nous dit « vacances » ; elle est très belle, cohérente. Le balcon nous appelle à nous y prélasser. Pourtant il y a la piscine commune juste en bas ainsi que la plage juste à côté qui attendent aussi qu’on les rejoigne. Aussi le parking couvert gratuit était bienvenu, pour entreposer la voiture qui sert aux visites de la région. Pour citer le seul détail à améliorer, ce serait l’ergonomie des salles de bain. Sinon, le logement est très propre et nous avons été bien accueillis ; Magali était très disponible par message. En bref, cet appartement est idéal pour visiter l’Andalousie, aller à la plage... et retrouver un intérieur charmant et reposant en rentrant !

Magifique séjour chez Magali dans son appartement à Torremelos
Superbe location, aménagée avec goût, tout est pensé dans le moindre détail. Residence avec parking privatif et 2 très jolies piscines. Emplacement proche de la mer, du supermarché et des autres commerces, très central.
Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation et en étant certain que tout le monde sera enchanté.
Merci à Magali qui est une hote très prévenante et très gentille, ainsi qu à Sonia qui nous a reçu à notre arrivée.
Nous y reviendrons dés que possible.

Very nice spacious and well equiped appartment just a few minutes from the beach. Owner really thought of everything. Even a trolley to go to the supermarket is available. Terras well orientated and more than large enough. Nice pool with large kidspool. Very central location (supermarket, beach, restaurants, train station) so no need for a car. We spent a great time here with our kids 5 and 2 years old!
