Location, fantastic room....

As it's in a business area, it's very empty, cafes and the coop are closed during the weekends.

Frequent trains right at the doorstop, rooftop terrace was nice with facilities to have BBQ If you wished, coop right next door. Modern vibe with a nice sitting area. Free bean to cup coffee which was a bonus

Reliance on your phone for all keys of the property, had to wait each time for WiFi to connect for every door required to open, you lose signal in the lift meaning you stand outside your door waiting to reconnect to open it. The lift was really frustrating for size of property it skipped our floor a lot and was full at times when it arrived. If you eat after 9am for breakfast you miss out on the provided condiments ie jams, butter etc.. it would be beneficial to replenish, only saw member of staff on check in.

Hotel had amazing facilities. Wifi was great. Room was air conditioned. There was a mini kitchenette with hot plate, microwave, and fridge. It was like a second home! The rooms are very quiet and the amenities were excellent. There’s also a guest lounge on the 8th floor with free food and drinks.

I wish I could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful time in the apartment. It was nicely decorated with effective utilisation of the space. Kitchenette was well equipped and we had everything we needed for a comfortable star. Laundry facility on the 8th floor was an added advantage.

Bathroom doors were completely transparent and were not nice even when you are staying with family members.

The modern concept is great and perfectly organized. The position, exactly above the train and tram and bus station let you reach the city center in less than 15'. The host provides you a free ticket for traveling b/f to the center!

Depending on the position of your room, it could be a little noisy because of the rails.

The studio was great, along with the 8th floor lobby which was beautiful and the set up including Billiards was brilliant.

Good location, close to train station, clean rooms, convenient access through a mobile app (can be an issue if you lose your mobile and/or battery dies).

No parking space was provided, instead there was an expensive public parking nearby. No breakfast was included, but this is fine, as the Coop shop in the same building was convenient.

Fantastic all around! Great room set ups, everything you need, helpful and responsive staff. Close to the Train station and minutes from Bern downtown. Perfect stay.

It's so close to the city, it's five minutes from the main railway station, there are plenty of shops and supermarkets only minutes away you couldn't want for more.

I can't say anything bad about the hotel it's in the right place,It's clean and tidy what more would I need

It was very easy to locate, easy to check-in and check-out, friendly staff.

Excellent location - very easy 5 minute train to center. The communal space was lovely and we enjoyed the complimentary offerings in the kitchen. Great option for both leisure and work travel. The apartment was thoughtfully designed and we were grateful for getting our laundry done. Overall an extremely positive stay and I would definitely recommend highly!

Location. The place is just outside Bern Wankdorf station, which is a stop away from the main station or a 15 min tram ride from the city centre. The room is not really wide, but the property has some smart concepts to make use of space. Modernist minimalism at its finest. Though I barely met any staff, they were always helpful through Whatsapp message or the phone you can find in the lobby. Not really my thing, but there is a place to hang out and pass the time in the 8th floor lobby.

I am okay with it, but older people especially those who aren't good at using a smartphone might have trouble accessing the property. Good thing that they still offer the "traditional" option of using a card key. While convenient and accessible, Wankdorf area isn't what you can say the most attractive place in the city as of now. Looks promising though as it has a wide area with a lot of potential business expansion.

Very stylish. Although a bit far from downtown, the public transportation is excellent and a few meters away.

Perfect hotel room for a family. Loved the designs of every detail of the room.
