I enjoyed the gym, poolside wait staff, live djs and certain restaurants

No golf cart have to walk everywhere and can be long and hot and sweaty, no fans outdoors with spritzers like other hotels, not enough servers/wait staff, restaurants over crowded turned away after 78minnwaiting for a table bc they don’t take reservations. Rooms smell like mildew. Elevator no air. Most of the restaurants except for Guys and Braza were tasteless couldn’t get a decent taco in Cancun! Pools are hot water no coolant, not a lot of adult entertainment waste of money as this isn’t an adult only resort most activities are on the family side. Couldn’t get any good alcohol needed to be apart of their travel club.

The beaches were beautiful, the cinema was a great time, mini golf was cool.

There are no fans, only in the rooms. The food was mediocre and often delivered warm or cold. The employees were rude unless you had extra money for them. They did nothing to help celebrate my birthday although I stated in my booking it was my birthday. Chipped paint, cracks, dirt build up in the bathrooms, stained bedding upon arrival. Watered down drinks, overpriced store items, not enough adult only entertainment. Although we were on the adults side WE SAW SEVERAL CHILDREN on the adults side. There was never anyone regulating the sides or beaches. The gym was decent but often crowded as there is only about 5 machines of each equipment but everyone seemed to move at a good pace. The spa was great, I did expect more but we received a 80min massage for $150 which was not a bad price. My massage therapist Xochiet was a sweet woman but terrible massage therapist. It’s evident that they are not properly trained in the musculoskeletal system and I woke up in much pain the day after my massage.

I like the nice size suite which was big. Also, the 11 restaurants that were located onsite as well. We loved the buffet at So Cal which was our go to for breakfast and dinner.

The poolside and theatre entertainment (music) needs to be more upbeat/variety not just disco. We went to the steakhouse (Strip) on 2 different occasions and were told 28 and 24 families were waiting ahead of us. We went over to La Concina and 18 families were waiting to be seated.

The property is gorgeous. The common areas were nice. The pool bars were crowded but the bartenders worked fast.

The common areas were really hot. They didn’t turn on the air conditioner. The food was basic. It lacked salt and seasoning.

I liked the entertainment and the events.

I did not like it as a whole. It is pretty much an old hotel with slight update. The room smelled like chemicals and had ants . Throughout the whole Resort it seemed as if the air conditioning just was not working . Everywhere was and I'm talking about inside of the resort. The pool closes early the bars closed early.The food was terrible the service was at best mediocre. Definitely not worth the cost to stay there. I've been to Cancun many times and this is by far the worst Resort.

you aren’t allowed to go into restaurants in sandals or beach attire. which is ridiculous since we are in a beach destination.

Staff were very rude. The food was disgusting and my friends and I left angry because the staff lied multiple times when we requested help. If you’re African American don’t even bother to come here. The front desk lady looked at us with disgust when checked in and lied about giving me my Marriott points also.

Discover Card wasn’t working on trip. to make additional purchases and room wasn’t cleaned first 2 days and not enough towels. Traveled with a group of 18 ppl and a lot of rooms weren’t prepared appropriately and few with no hot water for several days. alarms going off at night.
