The rooms are lovely and quiet with temperature control. It is set in a bucolic setting a short distance from the town and beaches.

The B&B was very clean, The staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Setting was relaxing and comfortable.

Breakfast was included which was good served in a great atmosphere. The owner Neal, was very friendly and full of information on the island. Will absolutely stay there again.

Interior, rooms, living area, decor, back yard, breakfast. All were terrific.

Clearly some of the grounds were being worked on, but there were ladders scaffolding and a pile of wood debris outside our room. cardboard boxes next to the fireplace the whole time we were there. Also debris in the driveway. Devil is in the details. This very easily could/should/ will be a 10.

it’s located on a corner with a huge lot 1.2 miles from the main strip. it’s dog friendly, real breakfast served daily, and the owner couldn’t have been more pleasant.

Mary was very welcoming and attentive to all of our needs. The room was very nice, with recent updates, and very clean!

The only hitch was with the heating/cooling system. We had some trouble figuring out how to get the mini-split heating unit to start heating the room (early April). Then, once it started, it heated the room, got too warm, and we couldn't turn it down. I'm sure that Neal and Mary will get this all squared away soon - so it's not really a reason not to stay there.'

Loved everything about this inn. Location was great; accommodations were clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated; outdoor space was expansive and inviting (lovely patios and a nighttime fire pit); breakfast was DELICIOUS; and host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The owner was personable and the place had lots of charm. The outdoor space and shared living room are inviting. Coffee available gratis day and night.

Maybe some homemade muffins on breakfast menu.

Neil ,the innkeeper, was super attentive and spot on with his recommendations . All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The inn was super clean and comfortable! We will be back!
