Ein Außenstudio, das als 6. Schlafzimmer dient, ist an die Garage angeschlossen und bietet zusätzliche Privatsphäre mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem separaten Wohnbereich. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer der Familie bietet auch ein Schlafsofa.
Wenn Sie nicht in der Stimmung zum Kochen sind, ist dieses Haus auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom See entfernt, wo Sie renommierte Restaurants am Wasser wie die Hula-Hütte, Mozarts und Kain und Abels genießen können.

It is a great location right outside of all the great restaurants and places to visit in Austin. Would highly recommend this location to anyone who is interested in visiting Austin. Plenty of room and it’s cozy.

Great location. Owner extremely responsive and addresses issues quickly. Unfortunately, record high temperatures in Austin the week we were there caused some issues that were out of property owner's control and limited our ability to enjoy outdoor elements of property. Overall the property is great, just a little tired in spots that can be addressed to make it even better.

My 5 business partners and I visited for a long weekend to enjoy Austin and also have our mid-year meetings. Each of us had our own room with nice accommodations. Check in process was easy and welcome basket was a nice touch. The house was exactly what we were expecting from the photos and description and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet spot in a nice neighborhood close to all Austin has to offer.

Really special house in one of Austin's best residential areas just west of downtown and several blocks from Lake Austin. Two large covered outdoor gathering areas. Very responsive host. We will stay again!

My wife and I along with my three other adult children and their partners came to Austin to celebrate my oldest daughter's wedding. The home was perfect. And the owners were kind enough to allow us to host a small dinner party for our new in-laws and some out of town guests. Everyone was impressed with "my" house. We had the most wonderful experience at this property for my son’s graduation weekend. The house was clean and exactly as described with everything you could possibly need. The outside area is perfect. The hosts are so quick to reply that you have zero worries. You will love it here!

Very easy check in and check out process. The owner was very accommodating and very easy to communicate with! Multiple places to hang out within the house or outside. My group of friends/spouses had a fun and relaxing time while at this property! 5 stars!

The owners are wonderful, easy and accommodating. The house is great. Plenty of beds, all comfortable and clean. Great backyard to watch tv and hang. The tech was easy to deal with and the tv’s were sharp and newer models. Had a phenomenal time with our group and we spent a LOT of time at the house. Ubers were easy to grab and it was 10-15 minutes from everything needed. Great place !

A group of friends and I rented the house for the weekend and it was great. The house was was very centrally located and had plenty of room for everyone. The living area was perfect for us all to hang out in.

We were surprised with a welcome letter and treats! The property is spacious, beautifully decorated. The property is well reflected in their listing. Austin isn't particularly big so it's really easy to get around and if you prefer a quiet evening after you've gone out to town this is the spot for you.

A group of 8 of us stayed at Mark's place over the 4th of July weekend and had an amazing time. The house was very spacious for our group and in a perfect location in Austin. Mark was an incredible host. Can't recommend this place enough!

We enjoyed our stay at this property with our extended family for our son's college graduation. There was plenty of space for our family to stay with us and lots of room to relax and spend time with each other in between graduation events. The home has very nice outdoor spaces that we really enjoyed as well. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees and shade. We very much appreciated Mark's hospitality - they agreed to allow us to check in a bit early in order to drop off items prior to the graduation ceremony and they left some wonderful snack items that we thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks so much! We would certainly rent again!

We had a fabulous experience at this home. Owner is extremely welcoming. The home and outdoor spaces are beautiful and perfect for a family group. We were in town for a wedding and this home was just what we were looking for: had room for multigenerational family members, great outdoor space for the group, close to downtown and the neighborhood is totally charming. Would absolutely stay at this home again.

Very comfortable home for a family stay. Tucked away on a quiet street in Tarrytown, but close to everything you'd want to do in Austin. Front and back patios were very popular with the whole family. Mark and Darla were great and even helped us recover a couple items we left behind.

This home is lovely, large, and comfortable inside, but what is really exceptional are the outdoor spaces. The front porch is large with comfortable furniture and looks out on the most beautiful tree lined street. The back outdoor space is also large with comfortable furniture, a fireplace and a grill. Mark & Darla were a delight to deal with and made us feel so welcome! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful weekend visiting our daughter and spending time with family. The outdoor living area was a great place to lounge and watch TV. Also, the location was great and easy to access great shopping and wonderful food. Our family had a great experience.

We had to evacuate due to Hurricane Laura. We booked this property for our large family. Ashley was very accommodating and assisted us upon our arrival. We are very appreciative for a place for our family to retreat from the storm.

We came to Austin to see our kids and some family. There was so much room for everyone! The old folks enjoyed morning coffee and the outdoor fireplace. In the evening we played games and watched movies in the wonderful out space. Beds were comfortable, linens and towels were nice! Owner was very easy to work with!

We had a wonderful stay for a group of moms/daughters to celebrate upcoming graduation.
The house is so cozy and the outside areas are better than expected. We enjoyed cocktails on the front porch and coffe in the morning In the outside kitchen area in the back.... all set up with seating, blankets and serving trays!
The location is great to reach the lake, campus, downtown and a short Uber to many other areas in Austin.
I highly recommend this home if you want a relaxing place to get together with a group and enjoy want Austinhad to offer.
