Boyne City Downtown 4 bedroom Cottage
Sie werden von einer großen Veranda mit Schaukel und viel Gartenmöbeln, altem Baumbestand und wunderschöner Landschaftsgestaltung begrüßt. Hauptschlafzimmer im ersten Stock mit Bad en suite und großem begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Wohnzimmer und Küche mit Essbereich. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Mudroom auf der anderen Seite des Hauses, der zu einem schönen Garten führt, der sich perfekt für ein Maisloch eignet und um die Propangas-Feuerstelle zu genießen. Gut ausgestattetes Haus mit neuem Dekor und ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Ein Juwel von einem Fund in Boyne City.

The house was perfect for our group of 11 (8 adults,2 kids and a baby). The living room and kitchen are even better than the pictures. We found the beds to be very comfortable too. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great place, super easy to check in and check out. Very clean, and comfortable. I miss it already. Plenty of room for the three kids upstairs, and my wife and I in the master bedroom. Brought our little dog (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) and he liked it as well.
Boyne is a beautiful town. We loved Cafe Sante and the grassy waterfront parks. But also nice to be within 30 minutes of Charlevoix and Petoskey/Harbor Springs. Petoskey State Park has a wonderful beach.
The place is on the upper end of our price range but we found it worth the splurge. We would come back and just might.

Home worked out well for our small group riding the Michigan Mountain Mayhem event. Nice accommodations close to start and finish of the event and walking distance to downtown Boyne City restaurants.

Great rental for our family
Our family stay was wonderful in this cute home. There was plenty of room for our 10 family members and the kitchen was well stocked. The home was clean and comfortable.

Great rental
The house was comfortable, clean and in a good location. Had a few issues and the property management company came out promptly and they were very pleasant. This is our third year renting in Boyne City and this house was the best! Sadly, we won’t be returning to BC due to a transfer to Texas but if we were, this would be the house for us!

Great house but....
The house was great... very nice, but three of our cars were towed Friday night off the street. There are no signs of any kind on the street. We were told by the police that it’s “just known” that you can’t park on the street. There was no warning communication from the owner on the street/parking rules.
