I liked the location and convince of having a beach right there.

Apartment is livable, but needs a lot of improvements. The shower in one of the bathrooms was barely running. I think standing under the rain would get you wet faster than standing under that shower. There was only one beach chair ( that was ripped) in the apartment that is hosting 6 people. To rent the chair and umbrella on the beach is 35$ per day. I was very upset that pots and pans were rusty and unbelievably scratched. I bought a new pan for us to cook or heat up a meal. How cheap can u be not to spend 15$ on a pan for the people who are getting the apartment to be able to cook?! For the amount of money they get, we didn’t even have a sponge to wash the dishes. Im not even talking about having salt/pepper, disposable plates and cups. There was none. There were limited amount of towels. The sheets smelled like perfume in some places, so we were wondering if it was laundered. It didn’t smell like detergent and the smell of perfume was apparent in some areas. Again, had to buy our own. Some electrical outlets didn’t work. Host never bothered to give us info about WiFi, and he never contacted us to see how we are doing. You have to pay 30$ for the key to use to enter the building. Office closes at 5 in the evening. The office was out of decals for the parking to automatically open the gates, so every time we needed to enter we had to find the parking attendant to open the gate. The parking is 75$ per week. The pool has a limited amount of chairs that are taken up pretty early in the morning.

What breakfast? Good location
