Es ist ein beliebter Angelort mit wunderschönen Stränden, einem Golfplatz und vielen bekannten Touristenattraktionen, die alle nur wenige Minuten entfernt sind. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und sauber in der Nähe von allem, was zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Es ist der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen, Golfen, Schnorcheln, Fischen oder einfach nur Lesen. Sie haben die Wahl. Peterborough ist perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub oder einen Familienurlaub am Strand. Perfekt im Sommer mit einer schönen Meeresbrise. Gemütlich im Winter mit der Wärme einer Holzheizung. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer, ein Queen-Bett, ein Doppelbett und ein Set Kojen für die Kinder

Lovely location with a dog friendly beach an easy walk. Due to the 6 being on the left (when looking at apartments) I went to open that door first. A suggestion would be 6a and 6b or something as such. Had obviously been recently cleaned going by reduced dust. I went to sleep in the front “master” Queen. Made bed with my own bedding and a light insect spray for any critters. Shut the door and settled in. Went back into the room to place some items and noticed a couple of ants. Removed and kept settling in. Then went back in and the walls were covered in ants on the left side looking at the bed. With ants falling into my white sheet. There were a lot. I think you may have an ant nest under your roof with the amount that came out. Needless to say I didn’t sleep in that room or the back queen. As it was under the side of the same roof line. So slept, not so well, on the pull out couch. Not great the laundry, bathroom, shower and toilet are I the middle of the place without ventilation so very damp/mildew smell is prevalent. It was great to be close to the beach and whale watching in Warrnambool. Also a lot of stray, unleashed dogs that wonder around. One got into my car while unpacking and one tried to come into the house. A bit disconcerting.

1975 circa 3 bedroom unit, well maintained and presented in consideration of the buildings age. Great location & close to Great Ocean Road site seeing attractions. Will stay there again.

Very basic ammenities, so be sure to use the fire!

Three of us just stayed the evening and were out early the next day. The house was clean, spacious and quiet. Just what we were looking for and as advertised. Would have loved to stay longer. Host was very accommodating and prompt in all communications. Thanks!

Such value for money ! We made ourselves at home straight away , grandparents, grandchild and little dog , the house had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The location was perfect too , and oh so peaceful! We will be back ! Thank you

It is a quirky house that is affordable for families with pets.
The owner was responsive, ensuring that the adjoining unit (it is essentially 2 units) were aware that we had dogs in the shared backyard AND that they did not have dogs too.
Backyard was not ideal and requires attention so that it can be called dog proof. Mine escaped with ease and we put in some effort to prevent further incidences.
Id also recommend that the backyard is split into 2 so that each tenant can use it without worrying about someone else’s dog.

Yard was well maintained, but having to share yard with another larger dog for our small dog was not a good option so for 5 days our dog had to only go out the front on a lead. Negotiations were offered but as their dog went out when it liked it wasnt really a good option for our little dog, and it was cold and wet most of the time.
Not happy as i was a paying guest,not a family member like them.
Constant noise from other unit next door was not appreciated at night for 1 of us trying to sleep. I thought it was a house not 2 unuts,ants are shocking, more thought and care needs to be taken,shower area is pokey and closing door is impossible unless youre a thin rake.
Good location but a few things are lacking including a decent electric jug , yard being equally divided for 2 dogs. Heating great, was warm and comfortable mostly,just needs some tweaking and thicker walls in between units.
A family member being next door made us feel awkward. We were led to believe we were there alone and were not told otherwise until we arrived.

I nearly didn't get to stay as the key lock system is loaded incorrectly. If it wasn't for the kindness of a neighbour and her knowledge of where the cleaners lived I would have had to come home without a holiday. I would advise the owner to immediately fix the problem as I was extremely distressed with the whole situation.

Great place for us to just relax and enjoy a break from the business of life. We ended up just hanging out in the house and doing little exploratory walks of the surrounds. Our puppy dog was happy there too! We are hoping to go back again for another break early next year.

The simple life. Relaxing break. Basic accommodation, but that is all that is needed. Beautiful part of Victoria to explore.

If you are looking for a brand new perfect accommodation don't go here.
If that doesn't worry you this is perfect, it's one house made into 2 units, it is not massively spacious but still plenty of room.
It has everything you need.
It's very close to beach and shops.
Pet friendly.
A place you injoy coming back to after being out and about very comfortable and the owner is a very easy and helpful person when you need to contact.

Had to ask host about check-in details as I did not get any 2 days in advance but then prompt reply.
No Wi-fi or internet reception on phone (Vodafone). No information/map on where to find things in Peterborough, no contact information of host provided. Cannot be googled there.
Safety:
Front and back doors are sliding glass balcony doors WITHOUT deadlock. Closing the fly screen unlocked the front door (after locking with key).
Big sliding window in the back could not be locked.
Backyard open - not dog-proof
House had a mouldy/musky smell but didn’t trigger my asthma. Looked superficially clean but did not feel clean. Kitchen light flickering.
Option between either sitting in the cold and watching tv or sitting in the room with heater (no tv).
Single woman with dog: house can be entered from outside, no neighbours around, no internet (wifi or phone provider) to reach anyone or to even find out how to leave. I only stayed one night as it was too late in the day to leave but left the next morning. Host did not bother asking why.
For families - potentially okay. But not for solo traveler

Our family of five and one dog had a great stay at this beach house. The house is not glamourous or modern but has an old-fashioned beach house feel which we enjoyed.
The yard was a perfect size and secure enough for our dog to be let outside on her own.
The location is great - walking distance to beaches and the general store/takeaway shop. Also close enough for day trips along the Great Ocean Road and to Warnambool.
Would happily visit again.

Had a great time. The wood-fire heater was a real charm. Would have been nice to have had some staples like salt, pepper, oil etc. so we left some for the next guests.

The house is in the perfect location for easy access to the 12 Apostles (20mins drive). There is a beach 5 mins walk away. The accommodation was affordable, simple and perfect for our family. There are 2 living areas to allow some space for the teenagers and adults.

This is our second time staying in this property. We love it for its location close to golf course, general store and beaches in quiet little Peterborough. Also wonderful to have our dog stay with us, with a fully enclosed back yard.
Great to have a coonara heater mid Winter. The shower room is very small and a bit tricky to navigate, otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice apartment located in a quiet area close to the beach. It has plenty of room, was clean and tidy with option of wood fire. Check in was easy with the property manager sendng through clear instructions. Located in a quiet area close to the beach

The property is lovely and in a great location along The Great Ocean Road. Comfortable stay with everything you need . Perfect spot if you want to stay here and have day trips to Port Fairy , Warrnambool , Grampians etc . Would love to stay here again :)
