Wow pretty much sums it up! The villa was modern, extremely clean and comfortable with everything you could wish for for a perfect stay. The villa was well equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and load of information provided for the local area and island as a whole. Beautiful, clean bedding and towels provided for inside and outside of the villa and the bed is amazing! I slept so well in a really comfy bed with great pillows and bedding and the aircon in the bedroom and main living area were a huge bonus. Outside the villa was a beautiful pool with sun loungers, table and chairs and a shaded area to enjoy a cool drink while you take in the spectacular views of the sea and mountains. The villa is in a fantastic location near to the beach in a truly beautiful village. The village has a fantastic selection of restaurants, bars and shops (the nearest restaurant is literally a minutes walk away), but the villas remain completely quiet and peaceful. Maria and Ilias who own the villas are amazing hosts, nothing is too much trouble and they are there to help and advise with anything you may need both before and during your stay. We really appreciated the personal touches they gave to make our stay extra special including the stunning food waiting for us when we arrived and the beer in the fridge! It was so lovely to not have to go straight to she shops when we arrived for things like water and toilet rolls as they had provided all the essential needed for the beginning of our stay. I can’t wait to return in the future to enjoy the beautiful villa again and all that Kefalonia has to offer. Thank you Maria and Ilias for an amazing stay.

villa was superb.

It is a stunning location and the accommodation was a lovely place to relax. The host Maria had a hot meal and wine awaiting our arrival. She went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable…….Excellent host.

The beaches weren’t easily accessible. Car hire would definitely be recommended.

We were looking for a peaceful & tranquil holiday which we had. There’s enough amenities around to cater for shopping,eating out,& beach just down the road. With the island being small hire a car & visit some beautiful areas.

Fantastic property exactly as described, Maria is an exceptional host and keeps in contact with you both before and throughout your stay should you need anything, even going the extra mile and providing a lovely homecooked meal and bottle of wine on our arrival. Hairdryer, iron, shampoo, shower gel, washing up liquid, croissants for breakfast, beach parasol all provided. Location is excellent with several tavernas still open in the village even though it was October, La Mer being outstanding. Walk down to Lourdas beach and bars was 15mins and about a 25min walk back up. Lovely beaches nearby. Easy access from airport and good central location to many other towns on the island. Would highly recommend a stay at this property.

The pictures simply don’t reflect how amazing this propert is! Its a new built with great facilities, incredible size pool and great location (if you drive/rent a car though) The place is very clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. the biggest compliment goes to the host though! Maria made sure we felt very welcome. We landed very late at night and only reached the property after 9pm and she welcomed us with a hot meal and a bottle of wine! No better way to start a holiday. 10/10 and highly recommend to anyone hoping to escape! Thank you Maria!

It was a honor to be the guests of Maria and Ilias. At first, the communication. Maria sent us very detailed explanation and better way to arrive to the house. Then we got to the apartment after the day on the beach. Maria surprised us with a tasty pizza. The house itself is very clean and well equipped. The linen smelled very pleasant. The wardrobe is so clean and smells also very pleasant. The shower is clean and smells pleasant. The location is great. There are a lot of restaurants and mini markets near to the house. Maria checked periodically on us whether everything is fine. We felt ourself like at home and cared of. We had a late flight and we were allowed to stay in the apartment very late close to our departure.

Maria and Ilias were fantastic hosts occasionally checking if we were okay but giving us lots of space to enjoy their villa and our holiday. Everything was amazing, the property is new, high spec, well equipped and the private pool was the best. Within a 5 min walk there's 2 supermarkets and 5 restaurants and a cocktail bar. Within a 5 min drive there's 3 different beaches which you could walk to also if you were happy with the hills. Despite everything being close we still felt a world away from everyone. Absolutely everything you need for a holiday, working holiday and lots of relaxation time. Will absolutely stay again, don't let the lack of reviews stop you booking, its new so ready for you!

Lovely location with views to the sea and mountains, short walk to bars taverna's and supermarkets, Loved the private and pool. Nearby great small beaches to explore and well placed to visit other destinations, Argostoli, Kala, Maria and Ilias are fantastic hosts and kept us up to date on the danger warnings from the Medicane while we were there to ensure we stayed safe.

The facilities, the view, the pool, the location- All perfect. Bed was really comfortable too. The sunrises and sunsets all viewable from the deck. Hosts were fantastic and the place was so clean. We had our towels and bedding changed 3times- clean pool towels were also provided. Everything you could need was thought of, and lovely little touches. Couldn’t fault it in anyway. Dreamy.
