Diese 1450 sq ft. Beach Cottage verfügt über alle Reize und Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie für Ihren Urlaub wünschen. HDTV mit DVD für die regnerischen Nachmittage, sitzen in der Cabana am Strand, lesen ein Buch oder gehen im beheizten Pool schwimmen. Wir haben sogar einen Hochstuhl für kleine Familienmitglieder. Sie sind 200 Meter vom Strand entfernt und Putt Putt und 20 verschiedene Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. 2 Schlafzimmer mit Bad / Küche / Wohnbereich in der obersten Etage und ein privater Wohnbereich mit 2 Schlafzimmern und Bad im Erdgeschoss.

Dieses mit Tommy Bahama dekorierte Cottage bietet viele Möglichkeiten, um Sie an einem regnerischen Nachmittag mit Rätseln, Spielen und DVDs zu beschäftigen. Sie können immer Zeit in der Küche mit all den feinen Kochgeschirr und Mixer verbringen, um diese Margarita zu machen. Der beheizte Pool ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und der Strand ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt (Häuschen am Strand). Es gibt einen Pavillon am Strand, den alle genießen können, während Sie sitzen und lesen. Strandspielzeug und Boogie-Boards sowie Strandtücher und -stühle machen den Besuch besonders einfach, wenn Sie sich für ein paar Stunden zum weißen Sandstrand begeben. Nice to have easy access to the restaurants and shops at St. Aug Beach, and close to ocean/ gorgeous beach. Would have preferred a heated pool given travel w/ kids - not sure when they heat it if not in December? Very responsive and helpful host.

We couldn’t tell the last time there were any “upgrades;” everything is worn, not one of the 5 beds were the least bit comfortable; cleanliness is not important, as is evidenced by the buildup from dirty hands on doors and staircase, filthy floors, etc. The air conditioner is governed so it can’t be adjusted, leaving the place damp, to where you could feel the dampness when getting into bed each night; a very uncomfortable feeling. And, as if that wasn’t enough, there was black mold on the ceiling of my bedroom, around the A/C vent, and the place reeked of must every time we walked in the front door. Not a healthy environment. Once again, we were extremely disappointed!

This is the sweetest place! It is decorated in a fun beach theme and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Close to the pool and a very short walk to the beach! It's location also makes it easy to travel to tourist and historical places.

This was our first trip to St. Augustine Beach. We loved it. Quiet little town with good restaurants (except The Tides Oyster Co., terrible service and just o.k. food), convenient to grocery stores, just minutes away from Downtown St. Augustine. We enjoyed the house very much. Everything was provided as described and the owner was very friendly and accomodating. Would stay there again for sure. The beach is wonderful and it's not too far away from the house. I enjoy walking and it was really no big deal for me. Driving out on the beach made it easier for others in my group and to get all the chairs and stuff down there. Very nice and clean beach.

We have stayed multiple times at this location and each time there are minor improvements and touch ups that show the owner really cares. Would recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay in St. Augustine and just relax.

Nice location in Surfcrest Villlage. Home was comfortable, kitchen facilities well-supplied, beds and other furniture very comfy, wi fi worked well, host responsive, lots of beach toys for the grandkids. We all had a good time!

The house fits 8 people comfortably. The house was clean and nice upon arrival. There are plenty of games to play and a large kitchen table to play them at. The pool is close by, nice and large. The grounds are well maintained. There is a putt putt course very close walkable distance. Nothing against the house or owner but the only real issue we had was getting to the beach. The house sits at the back side of the property. The walk to the boardwalk isn't bad, however there are stairs leading down to the sand which doesnt make it easy to take a beach cart. After exiting the board walk you must cross a sand dune and also cross over a rutted out beach access road to get to the ocean. The road is for 4wd vehicles only and the tire tracks were at least a foot deep while we were there. We never seen them maintain/drag the road the 7 days we were there. This made it extremely hard for smaller kids and our older family members to access and enjoy the beach. Otherwise, a great time was had!

Great place and distance to beach
We had two families on this trip so two levels with living rooms, bedrooms and restrooms on each level gave each family their own space to spread out and enjoy! Very short walk through the quaint vacation rental community to the beach!

Great family vacation
Our family had a great time! We had everything we needed. Good communication with hostess. She had extra box fans brought over for us. Comfy beds and the layout of the house was good. There are stairs so beware if you have a hard time climbing stairs or have little toddlers. Might need a baby gate. Close enough to beach to walk there and then walk home for lunch and to use the restroom (none at beach) and walk back to the beach in the afternoon. Beach was not crowded and was more private. Pool is super close, but not loud. Yummy restaurants around, like Sunset Grille, Mango mangoes (great for lunch or dinner-not fancy, but delicious), Caps on the water for a romantic date night, and coneheads for ice cream(must get the waffle cones)! We had a great tour of St. Augustine on the Green trolley. Toured the Castillo de San Marcos and the Whetstone chocolate factory. All worth the money to explore the area. We had a great time and want to come back!

We had a couple issues. Upstairs toilet was messed up and there wasn’t any hot water for the first day but I emailed the property owner and they sent someone over to fix the problems

Great time & Nice house!!!
This house and the neighborhood were just what we were looking for. It was clean, easy to get to and the beach was a block away! I love that it had 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on each floor, so that our 2 families could have privacy when we needed it. Also the private access to the beach was a major plus! Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

All the grands
We had a wonderful time. In the trying time with Covid-19 we had booked a vacay to Disney all paid for. Then once the park closed we had our daughter and grands still traveling from out of state so we had to make backup plans. We lucked up on this wonderful rental. Beds are comfortable, house definitely has everything you need to cook etc. Contact with owner is awesome always quick to answer any questions and help. The neighborhood is great for small kids not a lot of traffic and with cul-de-sacs all around they're safe. Easy walk to the beach and after that, the pool topped off the day. Thank you look forward to coming back.

2019 family vacation
Just wanted to say, this was a really sweet house to stay in. Jody, the owner was in town and was really helpful and informative of places to see, eat, and attractions. House was clean, everything was available that we could ever have wanted and or needed. Everything for the beach was available. Of note, if you can, the knives are quite dull, they really need to be sharpened, but, that is nothing. We only had a couple concerns. We had a small toddler, the railings upstairs and on the balcony, were far enough the baby could go in between the slats. the banisters are wide and we had to arrange so the couch was against the railing. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and the washer and dryer were nice to have. Now walking to the beach was a bit further than anticipated. It is 200 yards to the pool, then 200 yards to the gazebo, however, its another 300-400 yards to get to the beach, down the walkway, across the dunes, and across the loose sand. Carrying a lot of things to the beach was quite intimidating. Remember, you can drive on the beach for a fee. The house was close to everything!! Would love to come back when cooler!!

Nice Place to Stay
My family stayed at this property in July 2019. We had a good time. The walk to the beach was easier than I expected due to the nice boardwalk. Owner was responsive to our questions. We met the neighbor others have had issues with and after an initial complaint, we went out to talk to him. He was nice in the end, just concerned about short term visitors (which I understand). All that said, I thought the house was a little high. Still, I’d stay here again and may do so next year if you don’t book before me.

This was just what we needed !
Room for the whole family , including parents, children , and grandson, to enjoy their vacation and leave with some fun memories . It was so convenient to beach , restaurants , stores , and putt putt ... very family and pet friendly property .Easy check in and check out , owner was easy to contact and provided help and information as needed .
