We saw all the comments were excellent but that the last review said the house needed some appliance attention. While we were there they installed a brand new Viking microwave and refrigerator. The living room was also freshly painted. The house is great.

The condo is lovely and is conveniently located. The bedrooms are attractive and the beds are comfortable. It is very nice to have a private bath for each bedroom. On the downside, the sofas are broken down and uncomfortable as are some dining room chairs. The one game in the condo is missing a piece. Cleanliness of the condo is only a bit above average. The pool is clean. The condo lacks any shower bar or pool handrail and so did not accommodate the couple in our party in their 80's. We enjoyed the stay, but we expected more for the premium price.

This is our 5th year staying at SPI rentals and I will say it was one of the best trips! We have a family of 9, including a newborh and the home is just so spacious...we could have had more family members join comfortably! The home was in perfect condition and clean, wasn't trashed out and didn't look like it was in poor condition, as many rentals do. I also loved and appreciated that this particular home offered their garage space to us for storage and to park! This is huge and the other home we normally stay in a couple of doors down doesn't offer this feature anymore...it makes a huge difference getting in and out of the car/storage for beach gear! Wonderful stay and will be back with family and friends later this year! Oh, and the staff is extremely helpful and super nice!! Great job guys and thank you!

Good location. Very nice house. The private pool was a real plus! The SPI people were fantastic! It makes a real difference to have local contacts. A few things to note: Our stay was Sun—Thursday. Therefore, we weren’t there for any live music events at the nearby Wanna Wanna. Also, the boardwalk they to the beach is shared between units A and B. If you are in unit A, the guests from unit B will be crossing in front of your pool area throughout the day as they go back and forth to the beach.

This was our second year staying at this property. The location is great right on the gulf. The house is huge with 5 bedroom each one with there own bathroom. We had a great time with all our family able to visit over the two weeks.

Great beach home in an excellent location. We have rented this house twice and plan to return. Would be nice to put a rail by the pool steps. My daughter fell last year. Luckily no injury.

Place was clean and spacious. Perfect for our family. Cannot beat location for kids and adults. Appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards left in garage. We added umbrellas and some more boards.

Great place with pool, hot tub and ocean right out the back door. Big place with plenty of room for everyone. Had everything needed and was nicely furnished. Great place to stay.

We met at SPI for a family reunion. What a wonderful house for all of us…grandparents, parents and grandchildren! The house is lovely, the pool was great, and being right next to the beach was incredible! Thank you to the SPI rental team, and the owners.

Only with the intention of contributing since without thinking about it I would rent this property again, excellent and without major incidents. The tank float in the master bedroom sometimes has problems filling, and I report (check-out) problems with the lock on the back door of the house.

Very nice home and location. The view of the Gulf of Mexico was outstanding and the sunrises as well. Stairs aren't my favorite but the little landing area helps.

Exactly as described. Close to many shops bars restaurants if you don’t mind walking. The Island shuttle bus is always available. The pool and hot tub were used almost every day. Right next to the beach for daily walks. Nice size grill to cook dinner for several people. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely book here again. Great place. Love SPI.

This was a great beach house to rent. The house was clean and well maintained. The location was fantastic and was walkable to many restaurants. The only minor issue we had was we had trouble getting the hot tub to warm up, short of that it was perfect.

The house was very nice. I give it a 10. My only complaint is the weather. The location was great, and the house was exceptional. My family and I want to come back and stay at this same house. We are hoping the weather will be better. We didn't get to enjoy the beach or any outdoor activities. Some of my family did get in the pool and the hot tub. My son left his medication there. Did your cleaning people find it?

The property does what we need as a family. However as I have told everyone at SPI RENTALS AND EVERYONE I see the rental rate is absurdly unreasonably high. It is a ninety (90%) increase over the same rental, same 4th of July period as last year. Compound that with the absurdly unreasonable taxing authority rates and you have an untenable ongoing rental property.

Great beachfront rental
Modern 5 bedroom duplex on the gulf is well equipped and nicely decorated. We had a family group of 12 including my wife and I who appreciated the first floor king bedroom with pocket doors for entry and into the bathroom since my wife uses a walker. The home was very clean when we arrived and SPI Realty was responsive to taking care of requests for minor repair issues. What you see online is what you get. Would definitely stay here again after a great week.

Very clean property and wonderful location!
After years of vacationing at southern California oceanfront properties, we have learned to not get our hopes up in regard to how well the property maintenance and cleanliness is. This house was a very pleasant surprise; incredibly clean and just as described in the add.
We will definitely return to this beautiful home!
The ONLY negative was the rental office requiring masks to enter... not what we were looking forward to dealing with while vacationing away from our incredibly liberal state...
Can't fault the home though, it was perfect!

Amazing property
Fully equipped kitchen, clean house, plenty of space for our family of 10. We enjoyed the beach, pool, and hot tub. There were even some beach toys and a beach umbrella in the garage for us to use. We could only pack one beach towel per person, additional house beach towels would have been convenient. House is within easy walking distance to stores and restaurants as well as bike & golf cart rental. Lots of college students on spring break, but they never bothered us. In fact, it was nice to see the beach so active and full of people. A suggestion I would offer is to keep unopened items from previous guests. For example, we stocked up at the grocery store, as I am sure each guest does. We had to leave behind unopened salt/pepper shakers, canned food in the pantry, soda, and even wine. It would be nice if instead of these items going to waste, the next group of guests could benefit and maybe save a little money too. Otherwise stay was amazing, easy check-in / check-out and easy beach access. Also, within walking distance of John L Tompkins Park - kids loves the playground and adults enjoyed the workout stations.

Overall, best house rental ever!!
We are 5 couples who travel together a LOT! We have leased houses in many places and we all agreed this was the best we have ever had. Each bedroom having its own bath plus the bonus powder bath was wonderful. Having one bedroom & bath on ground floor was a huge plus as one in our group has a problem with stairs. The view was outstanding, house nicely furnished, beds comfortable, plenty of linens in bath. Our only complaint was in the kitchen. We ate in most of the time and felt the kitchen could be better equipped. Example: Keurig coffee maker, hand mixer, more tea towels & dish clothes. Would definitely enjoy staying here again.

Fantastic and Spacious Beach House
This property was perfect for our family getaway! My partner & her parents, my sister-in-law, our teenage daughter, my mother and myself all were able to stay in this spacious, clean and comfortable beach house for almost a full week without infringing on each other’s space at all. This is not an easy feat, and one we have tried to accomplish in several other vacation properties around the US, as this is our Thanksgiving tradition, and this house was one of the best we have rented. Not only is the location ideal for beachcombing, relaxing, and visiting the local shops and restaurants, it is well laid out and offers plenty of sleeping and living space for all. We could have easily fit another 2-3 family members into the space, if only they had the time off from work. We were able to prepare a few small meals, but with so many great restaurants nearby, it was hard to justify staying in and cooking. I would definitely stay here again with a big group and would suggest it to any large families as a great getaway !

We really enjoyed our stay, however the one thing that I want to complain about is the landscaping company came by and was blowing the patio area while we were in the pool and hot tube. It was very inappropriate and he blew sand in our eyes while we were in the pool.

At the price we expected to be able to provide positive reviews. The unit was in fact above our high expectations. We have agreed to rent this same unit for our 25th straight family vacay.

Great Vacation Home
Home was fantastic for our multiple family vacation. Had a problem with the clothes dryer and called SPI Rentals and they were there almost as quickly as I hung up the phone. Have never had service that quickly in all my years of vacationing. Problem was fixed just as quickly as they responded - great service, great time for all.

Beautiful Home
The house and location exceeded our expectations. Check in and out with SPI was very easy. There was no bad bedroom to stay in for our group of ladies Mother's Day Getaway. Only feedback was the stovetop is convection and it did not respond well to the pans supplied. Also, pool maintenance came to shock the pool mid day on Friday when we were using it and had to wait several hours to get in since it was cloudy. That timing did not make sense since we rented the unit based on having a pool. It should have been done at a different time and not disrupted our stay.

Great property and location!
This property was very nice. Even better than pictured. Fully stocked kitchen and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The only issue we had that was minor was the upstairs cooling unit. The upstairs area did not cool off as well as the downstairs.

ABSOLUTELY perfect place to rent!
This house was absolutely perfect for our family stay. It had everything we needed to make our vacation awesome. Kitchen fully stocked with beautiful dishes and pots and pans and matching silverware and utensils. perfect amount of supplies to get us through the 5 days. Two coffee pots (one for the upstairs ...nice touch). Playing cards and games are a nice touch. The house is incredibly soundproof!!!!!! CAn't hear outside or even room to room. A few suggestions for the owner....area rug or at least a rug right inside the back door to wipe feet off (this is a biggie). House sleeps 14 but only provides 2 lounge chairs by the pool. A MINIMUM of 4 is necessary IMO. The toothbrush holder and soap dishes are the cheapest plastic and with the house being so beautiful, a dollar store ceramic accessories would be a cheap upgrade. An umbrella for the beach and even a few beach chairs would be appreciated. A couple extra blankets and a couple thinner pillows (for sidesleepers) would also be a bonus. I can't say enough good about this house and the location, We had NO problems or issues and if we ever return to SPI we would rent it again.
