The hot tub was not working the week we stayed and Vacasa said I had to contact the resort management to see if it would be fixed during our stay, which it wasn't.

Great place overall. You have to walk to a building to use coin operated laundry machines. This is not what picture 22 of 39 for the listing suggests. The pouring rain for our stay made that piece less than desirable. The property besides that, was perfect!

We really felt comfortable at the K103 condo. It was very clean and well appointed. The exterior of the facility (not the condo itself) was a drawback. It badly needs upkeep, painting, cleaning. The first impression was off putting.

Great location! Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get dinner without going far! Gorgeous views from the deck! Super comfortable beds and the place had all the things needed for a trip away from home. Only annoying part was that pictures showed laundry in unit. Wasn’t actually there. Laundry room on site was closed all weekend for remodeling which would have been super helpful to know in advance. Would have booked elsewhere.

Overall terrific, but the condo could have be cleaner, and the outdoor lights were out, making it hard to find the entrance to the unit. And the thermostat was automatically set to fall to 61 degrees F in the middle of the night! So it got cold the first night.

Good location, clean condo, comfortable beds and living area.
Unfortunately the washing machine couldn’t be used because it had old water sitting in it that couldn’t be drained. We tried putting it on a spin/drain cycle, to no avail. Having a washer was an important reason we booked this condo. ☹️
Also the owner should be aware that the metal transition strip between the living room and dining room is bent and could easily tear your foot if you aren’t wearing shoes, and since they ask you not to wear shoes inside, it seems like a potential liability.

Nice apartment, very clean and very well located, few minutes from Stowe and also from its recreation path.
The view is absolutely gorgeous! Long terrasse to enjoy the landscape. We recommend without hesitation.

Lovely apartment, well-stocked, gorgeous view, nice balconies. We loved the location -- far enough out of town to be away from the bustle but close enough to restaurants, trails, etc. It is a two-floor walkup, so it wouldn't work with someone with mobility limitations. No spices, condiments, etc. so bring what you need to cook with. Pots/pans/silver etc. all were provided well. With the climate warming, many places in VT are having trouble keeping up with the heat, as was the case with this apartment, which faces south and has the sun pouring in much of the day. The one small unit in the dining room couldn't effectively cool the entire apartment, particularly the back bedrooms. We are pretty heat-tolerant, but we had to continually run the ac unit which got pretty noisy during high-heat days. Overall, a great place. Highly recommend.

Too hot in the Condo, wall unit A/C not enough to cool down whole unit. Outside patio furniture ripped. Dining room chairs wobbly (screws loose). Could find out how to turn on family room fan. Everything else was excellent.

Relaxation at its best.
Quiet and clean older condo property with beautiful landscaping so close to everything yet tucked away into the hillside. We thoroughly enjoyed our unit, the amenities and ease of access to the many activities in Stowe.

Beautiful views
The condo was great with beautiful views of the mountains. It was conveniently located within minutes of the restaurants and shops in Stowe. My only complaint is that the washer and dryer were not working and that was one reason I’d picked this condo. There is laundry in the building with the pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Mountainside Resort - K103
This condo is in a great location in Stowe between the town and the mountain. Close to restaurants and shops. There is a wonderful south-facing view of the mountains. The condo is updated and has all the amenities on site. A great place for a vacation.

We had a great stay at this condo over Feb school vacation week! Location was perfect - it was a very short drive (<5-10 min) to all the restaurants in downtown Stowe and ~15 min to ski, depending on traffic of course! Condo itself was also great and was esp nice to have the pool and workout facility, plus all linens, towels etc.
I had only two very small areas for improvement:
1) having the kitchen was great and it was well stocked except for silverware (we are family of 5 and mostly ate breakfast in condo before heading out - seemed to be very few spoons!).
2) the in unit laundry was out of order. There were large coin operated machines in the pool building so this was not a problem but I do always look for a new washer / dryer when I book.
Overall we had a fantastic week and I would definitely stay here again!!

Great stay/condo, with Fab location b/t town & mtn

Gem at Mountainside
We typically visit Stowe a couple of times a year and like to stay at Mountainside because of its central location to shops and walking trails (for me), proximity to the ski hill and Alchemist (for my husband), and pool and hot tub amenities (for the kiddo). This is the first time we've stayed at this particular condo, and I felt it was a great find. It was cleaner (very clean), more updated, and had a stronger wi-fi signal than other units in the complex. I highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again.

Unit was just what we needed
Many times the pictures of places look different in person than they do in real life. This unit was exactly as advertised. Our family of four was very comfortable here. Just what we needed for our ski days on Stowe and Bolton Valley.

Great condo, some deductions.
Hits:
Loved the view, and excellent location on the way to the mountain. Spacious master bedroom. It was exactly as it appeared in the photos. Fitness center with 8 person hot tub and sauna
Misses:
The fireplace was just an electric heater with a faux flame light.
The washing machine was broken
The Master bedroom heat did not work unless you put the thermostat above 80, but the the rest of the apartment was too hot.
Hot tub in fitness center got crowded and was filled with bubbles.

Wonderful experience
The condo we stayed in was beautiful! It was just what our family needed after long days on the slopes! It felt like our "home away from home". We really liked the lock box for check in and out--we could get right in without trying to find an office after an already long trip! Our only suggestion would be a cleaner hot tub at the condo complex.

A nice location and clean apartment
Everything was clean and there were some additional towels, though we didn't need them. My only issue was the floors made a lot creaking sound which was annoying for guests downstairs and they complained to us a few times. We were there with 2 under 10 kids so couldn't control them a lot. Kids enjoyed the pool a lot, although it could use some additional maintenance (lots of random things floating around). We will likely stay here again..

It was a great property choice for us. We planned “day trips” daily, and our destinations were no more than 1- 1-1/2 hrs.away. We found a lot of things available to do in and around our destination points.

Lovely and convenient accommodations
Beautiful 2/2 condo set on a mountainside. Lovely view of the mountains from the deck. Very convenient location for the day trips we had planned. South to Granville, North as far as Jay Peak, Lake Willoughby, West to Burlington and the Lake Champlain Isles, and East to Woodstock/Quechee area. Gorgeous state!!

Stowe Getaway
We had a good time staying here. Location was convenient to a lot of the popular restaurants and breweries. The deck had a nice Mountain view and it was a short car ride to Burlington and may hiking trails and outdoor activities.

Nice Family Apartment with some small issues
We really enjoyed our stay at Mountain View. The patio and view was great, the apartment spacious and well laid out. However prior to departure we tried to use the washer and dryer which was a bit of a nightmare as the washer kept stalling and turned into a 2.5 hour cycle to complete where we feared that it would stay locked forcing a manual extraction. Also they are both poorly installed without a stacker set so the dryer is exceptionally noisy. Other issues were the very flat King Bed (personal preference) and lack of cutting boards in the kitchen. Finally i am not quite sure why cleaning a 2 bedroom costs $154 which really jacks up the cost of a two night stay.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The location was ideal and centrally located. The condo was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed to cook/make meals for the family. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and quiet complex
This was a very convenient location to downtown, the bike path and many other attractions. We also really appreciated how clean and quiet the complex was and the pool was nice even though you had to make reservations due to covid. The unit itself was very comfortable and clean and we will be back!

Peaceful place
Easy check in and check out. Very ideal place to disconnect from cities/big crowds. Nice offer of food and high quality. Apartment was clean, renovated, and fully equiped. Wifi didn't work fine. Maybe not ideal in a stay where internet access is required by guests. We didn't care about that, though, there are many activities to do that you can perfectly forget about the cell phone. Management was very kind and helpful.

Just one little thing
Ease of check in was great. The unit is on a hill side so the view was awesome. Clean unit. We were there over a weekend, so Friday night a group of people showed up and had a super loud party. I couldn’t reach anybody through all the phone numbers to let them know about the noise. No phone numbers are posted in the unit. Had to look up the rental company and call the numbers they give you online. One of the numbers seems to be disconnected. And one went to a voice mail that did not indicate it was for the Mountain Side resort properties. I went to the office the next day but nobody was there. I ended up emailing [email protected] but have received no response. So, mostly everything was great. They just need to work on their response time (or any response?)
