Great condo, wonderful view. Excellent golf course. A car is pretty much needed around the resort as it is spread out, and for going into Mazatlan. A shuttle is available, for around the resort and to the airport, but there are wait times. Taxis are available to go into the city but there are waiting times and it can become costly. Owners are very quick to respond to any queries.

Really loved this place beautiful views ! Located inside safe and beautiful resort , had so much fun . Went to the beach got into the pool spectacular location!!! Great for a peaceful getaway and vacation .

We had the best time in Mazatlan. The property is wonderful, and the owner is extremely helpful. We cannot wait to visit again.

After an initial glitch on arrival, our stay was wonderful. Lance and Jeremy provided wonderful service to us, responded very quickly to any questions or concerns. There was a problem with the air conditioning, and Lance tried to have it fixed quickly. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The pool and beach beautiful. I would definitely stay again.

The place was spotless, super confortable and in a prime location, all americes you might need to feel at home, we had one of the best experiences in years looking forward to coming back.

We love edm and Jeremy is a joy to work with and his condo is everything it says and more. Breath taking views.

Jeremy’s penthhouse at Edm is wonderful. This is the second year we book this place for a family getaway. The unit is fully equiped and has magnificent views. Estrella del Mar is a quiet and nice place to relax and chill whith small kids. The pool has an incredible infinity View and all The common areas are clean and well manteined. We will be back next year.

This condo, and complete area has everithing you need to enjoy a happy vacation time. We will come back to Estrella del mar !!! M.B.

Stayed at property Monday to Friday first week in July. The view is amazing and the condition of the resort is excellent. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. Everything is in excellent condition and the property is quiet and relaxing.

I could never to get tired of that view! Beautiful apartment, well stocked kitchen and laundry. Super soft sheets, and safe, comfortable resort area with good restaurants (we particularly liked Paloma’s) and convenient shuttles into town. We were traveling with our two young boys and they loved the space, the beach, and what a lovely pool. Jeremy was very helpful and efficient with check in and check out information. Great, relaxing family vacation.

Great resort and property for a quiet golf get away. Condo has everything you need and owner was very responsive and helpful. It is away from the craziness of Mazatlan and property is beautiful and well maintained. Golf course is one of our favorites and we will definitely return.

Very nice apartment and quiet! Steps from the ocean and beach. Jeremy has been very helpful and accommodating with coordinating things that may come up during our stay! He also provided tips for the trip and the vacation. The unit is very nice and spacious!

we enjoyed the view and the proximity to the elevator -- 5 or more times the elevator was closed for repairs; A few things were missing. - a hair dryer. and a screen door for the glass doors in the living room ( we had 3 bee stings. visiting bats and little birds coming in when the window was open). the AC was down for about 7-10 days - fortunately the weather at night was cool, but it did help to open the doors. Also as new visitors it would be great if the EDM binder was updated.

We love staying at EDM , but this condo it is one of the best that I have stayed in. Jeremy is very helphul and easy to deal with. The kitchen is fully equiped, it has everithing you need and more. This is a well manteined property in side and out side the condo, nice and clean. The condo has everything you need for a long and nice stay at the beach, coolers, board games, books, umbrella, beach chairs,beach towels, thermos containers etc.... it also has grill at the balcony, we used every day!! The view from the balcony is stunning !! We will definetly be back! Thank you !!!

We like a lot EDM . Very quite and nice place . That´s the concept that we wanted to spend our vacation time. The apartment in excelent conditions . I will try to repeat the plan the next year

Wow with this property. First the response with the owner super quick and he gives you all the information needed including recommendations for eating out. The condo is super nice. It has all the things you need. The kitcken has all the appliances that you need. Towels and more towels for the pool and for daily use. It has a beach umbrella. One tv with a variety of channels. Many bedsheets. A standing fan. A gas bbq. I loved it that is has kind of blackout curtains. The rooms are spacious as well as the bathrooms. The main bedroom has a small walk in closet that I wasn't expecting.The balcony has great views and you have two areas were you can sit down. The living room is very comfortable. I went to other condos and this one is very updated it looks and feels like new. Also, there are ceiling fans(kitcken,living room and the 2 bedrooms) that make it very comfortable. Drinking water is provided by property services with a cost. The condo itself is very cozy and very nice. Now for the common areas. It has a big pool, a jacuzzi a kiddie area. It has 2 tables to sit down. It has a large palapa were you can sit in chairs or inside the pool. It has around 10 chaises and about 4 sun umbrellas. The beach is very nice and the sand feels awesome. The only part that we didn't like is the ocean it was high tide and the waves were very high. They have a turtle sanctuary were you can go see rescued turtles. Also you have 2 restaurants that you can go that are part of the hotel. One in the hotel and one in the clubhouse that is farther away. You can ask for a golf cart to go there. Also in the hotel you have a tennis court , spa and gym and golf ask the main desk for information. No night life in the complex but for me that was nice. The location of this complex is really nice. Its in the middle of nowhere.You don't see people that are not staying in Estrella del Mar. There are 4 guests area (hotel, phase 1 building ,phase 2 building and phase 3 building) Each area has it's common areas. You really don't see no one that's not in your area. 10-15 minutes from the airport 20 minutes isla de la piedra 20 minutes to Villa Unión 35-40 minutes to Mazatlan Security. Very good you feel very secure as you enter the complex. Once in your area there are always security guards on the spot or in the beach Also there's a lifeguard on the beach. Overall it was a very nice experience better than I expected. Definitely returning. Thanks for everything

we all enjoy (my 5 years old dauther, my wife and myself) the magnificent view, observe spawning a turtle, the pool and of course 18 holes golf cour.

The 4th floor made for a great ocean view. The pool was warm. The beach was endless. The AC cooled us off at night.

Jeremy and Lance, One big problem!!!!!!! A month in Paradise wasn't long enough. This was our fist time to Mazatlan and WOW!!! did we pick the right location. The pool and grounds were spotless, the staff most helpful and the condo owners very welcoming.The condo was quiet, comfortable and very well equipped. It had the most spectacular ocean view and the sunsets from the deck were truly amazing. Thank you again for our wonderful stay at EDM. We hope to be back real soon.
