Diese wunderbare und sehr privat, 4 Schlafzimmer / 2 Bäder Tische mit unseren beheizten Pool und Spa liegt nur 13 Minuten vom Atlantischen Ozean im Pompano Beach Nachbarschaft in der Nähe von Coral Springs und Coconut Creek entfernt.
Das Anwesen verfügt über 2.250 sq. Ft. Unter Luft und 3800 komplett eingezäunten Garten mit dem gesamten hinteren Teil des Hauses mit Blick auf die individuelle beheizten Pool, Jacuzzi und Palmen. Genießen Sie die vielen Annehmlichkeiten, darunter eine vollständig aktualisierte ausgestattete Küche, Waschraum, drei - Auto private Zufahrt, Wi-Fi, kostenlose Ortsgespräche und Strandausrüstung zur Verfügung gestellt.

Very clean and amazing home. We enjoyed every minute of our time there. The property had everything we needed for our stay and the property manager was very responsive before and during our time in the home. Highly recommended staying here.

Overall, we have a very enjoyable stay in Margate. Several very-minor quibbles, none of which impacted our enjoyment.
We searched for a private place with hot tub and pool. We got what we wanted.
Margate is further from the beach than we would have liked - half hour from Pompano Beach and Lauderdale by the Sea - but that did not stop us. We went to the beach every day, went back and soaked in the hot tub. Very nice itinerary!
Also, there is a very nice park with tennis and pickleball courts about 5 minutes away.
The kitchen was very nice with everything you'd need, including what appear to be updated appliances.
Quibbles:
I had to have the hot tub controls explained to me. Alex did a good job doing so over the phone, but it would be nice if it would have been posted in the house somewhere. Also, because we registered too late, we could not get the pool heated in time for arrival. Make sure to let them know in advance if you will be using the pool.
Given that I registered for this place the day before arrival, the owners did a wonderful job of getting it ready for us. That was super-excellent.
The place has what we wanted, so we had an excellent stay.

We had a fabulous time at this VRBO house. We were very impressed with the level of care and thoughtfulness put into preparing this property. It is in very good condition, with all the high end amenities a family would need. We especially enjoyed the back yard with the heated pool and spa, lots of space in the sun, or in the shade - the awnings are a nice touch. The owner replied to my queries promptly, and helped to accommodate our unexpected change of plans when we first booked. The maintenance manager was very helpful and answered my few queries promptly, and solved any issues , which were minor, quickly. Our family had a wonderful time!

Pool and spa were great once I figured out how the heater worked. Took a full day to figure out because instructions were missing pages and wrong (i did talk to the manager and they said :"just push the spa button" that was not the answer. Beds were the real issue, cheapest mattress available and the comforters were junk. For the price they should have better instructions for the pool and the beds should be better. I'm only 38 and my shoulders and neck were all screwed up from that bed. Side note I didn't bring a pet but there was black dog hair all over.

This property is amazing!! The whole house is beautiful and you’ll have everything you need to make a Fantastic dinner with dessert too! The pool and spa was absolutely relaxing especially at night under the stars and tranquil neighborhood. Will definitely try to book this property again when coming to Beautiful Florida. Did I mention there’s a Starbucks right down the street 😀

This was our second time staying! We didn’t need to look around for another house because we remembered the amazing time we had when we first stayed in April 2022. Communication with the host was good and we had no issues during our stay. Everything was perfect.

Upon entering the property, I was immediately struck by its pristine cleanliness. The hosts clearly take great pride in maintaining their space, and it showed in every detail. The interiors were immaculate, and the decor was tasteful and modern. The entire property exuded a sense of freshness and comfort.
However, it was the pool area that stole the show. The resort-style pool was nothing short of spectacular. Surrounded by lush greenery and comfortable loungers, it truly felt like a private oasis. The pool was not only aesthetically pleasing but also exceptionally well-maintained. Crystal clear waters beckoned for a refreshing swim, and the poolside was immaculately clean. It was clear that the hosts went the extra mile to ensure that guests could enjoy this aquatic paradise to the fullest.
One of the highlights of my stay was the tranquil ambiance. The property was tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing the perfect escape for relaxation and rejuvenation. I spent hours lounging by the pool, sipping on cocktails, and soaking up the sun. The serenity of the surroundings made it easy to forget about the stresses of daily life.

My family and I had a great time here during Spring Break. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was beautiful and decorated very nicely. Best part was the backyard, it felt like a resort!

We loved this property! The backyard and pool and spa were wonderful. We had an awesome week in a beautiful house with everything we needed. The owner responded quickly when we had any questions. Our six adults and one dog had plenty of room. Would recommend this house for a week of relaxation.

This home exceeds its advertising. The host is super attentive. Communication is easy and excellent. This home and property were very clean. The home is roomier than we expected. This home is totally equipped with everything you need to live daily life in and to vacation from. By far the best equipped home we've ever stayed at. Landscaping is awesome and at a 5 star resort quality. The home is totally ammenitized and newly remodeled. The cascading waterfall is relaxing to hear as you work or relax in the home or by the pool. The rear patio is fully furnished with a large table for dining, a sofa and love seat area and a chase lounge area for sunning. Awnings provide extra shade for the table and sofa area. The sunsets seen through the rear yard palm trees are awesome. This home and our experience with the house and the host was a 12 on a scale of 1 to 10.

It was fantastic. The pool, hot tub and patio gave us exactly what we needed for a week of warm escape from the bortheast. The outside is nicer than the pics, if you can imagine, as the pics are great! And the inside was perfect for our two families of 4. TVs in each room and new and fresh furnishings. It was also a great home base in between the beach and the everglades. Finally, the few questions I had for the owners were answered quickly and clearly. Highly recommend!

The house was lovely and it was close to everything you'd need. It was a quick drive to the beach. The highlight of the house is the pool, it was larger then expected. It was however very slippery by the back door. The kids fell a couple times and my wife fell hard the first night. The door mat at the backdoor just holds water so even if your feet are dry they won't be when you step inside. Outside of that we had a great time staying there. The pictures do not due the house justice. It looks even better in person.

The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic! The patio was spacious and a wonderful place to enjoy the sunshine. The one criticism was that there were not enough lounge chairs outdoor when our children came to visit and was also not the most comfortable furniture. The neighborhood was great for walking/jogging. The house itself was the perfect size. The property management team was always very responsive if something came up. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Our stay was enjoyable overall and worked great for our group. The backyard was just beautiful!! We wished for a few less trees to have more time with sun but enjoyed every bright moment back there! The shape of the pool and landing area were perfect! We did struggle getting the hot tub and pool warm but got the problem fixed after a few days. One of the bedroom tv's occasionaly gave sound but no picture until you turned off and back on. One of the showers also never got hot enough to shower in for us. None of our issues wrecked our stay and we had a great time. The owners were very responsive!!

Property had a great pool snd spa as well as a private well laid out backyard. Only Down side to the property was that the water in both showers was warm at best. The guest shower was not even warm enough to be usable My wife washed her hair in the kitchen sink as it got hot due to it being close to the heat source. Overall it was a great visit to a warm climate.

Listing accurately reflects the home. It was immaculate. House is located in a modest neighborhood that is very quiet. Owner was very responsive. The best part was the heated pool and spa … truly a perfect paradise very private in your own backyard! It was great to have our fur babies with us…The owners obviously love dogs and house and yard are perfect for your furry friends.

The owner awas excellent woth communication. The house was wonderful. Super clean, well appointed. The neighborhood was fairly quiet, I'm super sensitive to noise, so the average person I'm sure would find it extremely quiet. Neighbors were friendly.

The property was very nice, private and secluded. The pool was awesome and clean. The Argentine style grill came as a pleasant surprise, was a bit messy when we got there, but I am a grill man and got it all cleaned up, seasoned and working fantastic.

The house was a perfect getaway for our family. The owners did such a great job accommodating all of our needs. The one issue we had was with a lot of mosquitoes outside by the pool but of course the owners could do but so much about that! Aside from this, we enjoyed ourselves tremendously and all of the amenities they provided added to our visit (beach gear, lawn chairs, etc.) Also, the pool and hot tub was well maintained. This feature was a true delight and the owners taught us how to operate the pool.

I have stayed at various properties in the past but this one amazed with how immaculate, clean, well maintained it was with every detail thought out to ensure guests were comfortable and had everything we needed. In fact, I have never seen this level of organization and thoughtfulness before. The house was very comfortable and the backyard was our own private resort. The owners are extremely thoughtful, professional, responsive and are a pleasure to deal with. Others have lots to learn from them. Thank you for amazing 7 weeks. We will be back!
