Das neu renovierte Haus liegt in der Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und Nachtleben. Es ist sehr sauber, private und hat alles, was Sie benötigen. Die Garage speichert die enthaltenen Fahrräder und Strandutensilien Sie benötigen, um Ihr Auto zu parken und sich zu einem der Einheimischen.

Der Strand, der Innenstadt von Encinitas, Bahnhof, Vollwertkost, Bauernmarkt (Sonntag und Mittwoch) sind beide nur einen kurzen Spaziergang oder eine Radtour entfernt.
Sie haben Zugriff auf das gesamte Appartement, im Obergeschoss Terrasse, im Erdgeschoss Terrasse und 1 Garage. Es gibt auch kostenlose Parkplätze am Ende der Auffahrt. Der Parkplatz wird zuerst kommt, mahlt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock, bis eine Treppe.
Bei längeren Aufenthalten können, benötigen wir eine Reinigung alle 10 Tage zu einem reduzierten Preis.

Accommodations were just what we needed for Christmas visit to Encinitas. Two bedrooms in a nice location. Clean and well supplied kitchen with everything needed.

We stayed for 4 nights. Couldn't have been happier with the location. Easy walk to the beach, stores, restaurants and most important, ice cream. Place was clean and well stocked (we cooked in one night).
Overall, we definitely would recommend.

Check in information was provided 30 minutes after check-in time. We had to reach VBRO to contact owner because they were not returning our calls or messages.
After we got into property we noted ants in kitchen and living room. Large amounts - we sent the owner a video and the response was something like ants come out once a year?!
The front door would not lock/unlock the first time we tried leaving the property. We had to call the owner again.
The description said nothing about the train being so close to the property.
The property is dated and the floor and baseboards look dirty.
This was not a pleasant stay. We have used VBRO before but this was not a good experience

After a few days in a hotel, it was a perfect place to stretch out, cook a few meals, and use as a home base for a few days of soccer tournament and beach activities.
It's a short walk to Moonlight Beach and a quick drive to anywhere from Carlsbad to Del Mar. Garage with great beach gear, laundry, and a place to park smaller (inside) or larger vehicles (in front of the garage).
Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Accurately described and well equipped. Although within walking distance of Moonlight Beach, you have to walk a good distance down Vulcan Avenue to a light to get around the railroad tracks, which is not the most pleasant walk. Still, a good location.l

I stayed here for 10 days to work remotely while exploring north San Diego county. Great spot, great location, wifi was fantastic, and surfboard in the garage made jumping in the waves super easy. Will stay again.

We must say, it was a wonderful mini vacation staying here. The only minor issue was not receiving the information to enter the premises. I believe it’s the app. However, Nicole responded quickly and we had no problem after that. The property was clean and supplied!! Everything you needed for the beach was at our disposal. We were about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Lots of places to eat and visit if you wanted to explore. There are train tracks about 100 yards from you but it’s only passenger trains that go by. Quick and quiet, they are not bothersome at night. There is also a really nice park 5 minutes walking down the street. If you grow tired of the sand in your suits :) you can spend time there. We really loved our stay and would have no problem booking here again. Nicole, thank you for a wonderful and restful stay!

Clean well equipped as advertised. Close to the train but they are short and not very loud. Garage with lots of beach gear and good airflow through the upstairs unit. About 15-20 minute walk to beautiful beach and Encinitas has nice beaches, surf breaks and restaraunts.

What a great location. The place was perfect size for our family to spend a few days in. There was some miscommunication with getting the place cleaned before we arrived, but the host made sure to get get everything cleaned promptly. Communication with the host was very easy. I would definitely stay here sgain

We stayed while having work done on our house- was a cozy little place in walking distance to coffee and dining. The place was clean and comfy. My husband works from home and Internet was spotty but otherwise great stay!

Perfect size and location for a family of 4. Loved all the chairs, towels, umbrella for the beach. A few stains on the carpet and comforter. Couldn’t adjust fan speeds in bedrooms.

I’ve been to Encinitas about six or seven times over the years, and this is a great option for those looking for something that’s close to the downtown area (just a short walk) and Moonlight Beach. Apartment is clean, has some good beach amenities, and the owner was quite kind and prompt in communication. The beds are comfy and there is a nice TV entertainment center for evening movies. I’ll be renting again in the future if possible!

Great property, comes equipped with everything you need for an amazing beach vacation. Clean, organized, close to beach and downtown. The beds in rooms were very comfortable. My only complaint was that pull out bed was very uncomfortable. Dishwasher could also be replaced, did not clean dishes well without specific maneuvers.

The property was perfect for what we were looking for. We needed an escape, my daughters wanted to explore So Cal schools and I desperately needed to get away from the smoke soaked air of NorCal. You can literally walk everywhere - coffee & breakfast, beach, shopping, etc. The house was fully stocked with all necessities (non-personal) - all we had to do was bring our luggage, and food and we were set. Both Nicole and the property manager were so responsive and communicative. I come down here often and will absolutely consider this me new home away from home.The only thing to note is that it is right across the street from train tracks. I don't recall hearing more than two or three trains that came through, probably more, just that it's not too disruptive.My daughter's friend wrote me a thank you note "this was the best getaway ever, I will never forget it". Mission accomplished ;- )
