This property was within walking distance and had everything we needed for the beach- chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and a wagon to carry it all. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Siesta key!

This is our 3rd summer trip to Siesta Key, and the Walter’s’ home is thus far the best rental we have stayed in for our family of 7. With our girls grown now, the number of beds and having 3 full bathrooms with lots of hang out spaces is a must and their home exceeded our expectations - the photos do not do it justice. Everything is so nice and we felt like we were at our own home. If you rent from them and arrive late in the evening like we did, do not do a big shopping trip, just grab some coffee/creamer/breakfast stuff. They have a lot of seasonings and coffee filters. I bought the wrong coffee filters etc without seeing what I needed first. Is very helpful that they have starter supplies, just replace what you deplete. They have lots of beach supplies, the girls loved riding bikes around and they have a lock to lock them up. You’re right around the corner from the Village yet it’s so quiet. We should’ve booked for two weeks, we had a blast! Thank you for your hospitality!

This house was absolutely amazing! It was very spacious with lots of room to sleep. Everything you needed for the beach was available which was clutch since we flew in to town. Also having all the towels and paper products available was so helpful upon arrival. The extra refrigerator downstairs was key to keep extra water and beverages in. The location was spot on for going to the village square and beach. We could not have asked for a more perfect place for our stay in Siesta Key. We’d love to come back again some day!

Spacious and comfortable home in a cute neighborhood close to the beach and village with great restaurants and shops. Great communication with the owner and the home was stocked with everything we needed! Would definitely recommend!

Location to town and beach is phenomenal Easy owners to work with. Very roomy home with everything you would need for a beach vacation. My only recommendation would be food in the refrigerator ( half used condiments, jelly’s etc and half used 2 liter soda , etc Some people I’m sure wouldn’t care but It’s not for me

It was wonderful to return to this rental. A great home in a great location for easy foot access to Siesta Key Village and beach. We would like to return in the future.

This home has everything we could have wished for in amenities for a beach vacation. The location is perfect with its proximity to both the beach and downtown. We also spent multiple evenings enjoying the backyard with our teens. The owners were very responsive to any requests during our stay. Presented with the opportunity, we will stay here again.

My husband and I (53) and kids (18, 21, 23 and one girlfriend). We flew in for the vacation so all the beach stuff was great: chairs, boogie boards, skim boards, sup (3), coolers, umbrellas, towels. buckets, sand toys, volleyball. All bedding and linens were high quality and very comfortable. King master with on suite ( shower and jacuzzi tub), Q with on suite (tub with shower) and 2T with shared hallway bath (tub with shower). Kitchen very well stocked, cooked a few meals appreciated the spices and basic items being supplies. My husband was happy to see the actual coffee pot (also had a Keurig). Did not use the grill but it looked nice too. Rentals never have decent knives but they did here! Comfortable couches in the living room with plenty of room for everyone. The massage chair was great! Loved the bar seating at the island and used much more than the table which we only used for dinner. 2nd refrigerator downstairs nice for drinks. Downstairs also had a couple of sofas, pool table, table and chairs, K, Q, and 2 T beds. We appreciated the extra beds as we could separate the girls and the boys better (especially the girl friend.) and also our one child that snores. LOL. Bikes were very convenient for kids going into town (They liked Gilligan's for dancing) and to the canal to fish. We left a fishing pole at the house for future guests. Kids used hot tub and said it was also very nice. We had great communication with the hosts would definitely stay again. It is a very short walk into town and to the beach (access 7 was shortest walk to the beach left out of the driveway). Right out of the driveway was shortest walk to town. Loved the fireworks! Went to patriot pier for the sunset salute to service members. You should definitely go down for this one night. The beach and bay were so nice. We found a lot of sand dollars on the sandbar out in the water just in front of the piling out in the water to the right if you go out beach access #7. Gently run your foot across the sand and you will feel them. Dive down and pick them up. Be sure they are not alive. A local taught us this trick. We went to point of rocks but the tide was high and we did not get to see much and it was a little tricky getting out to wall. We bought a basic snorkel set at Walmart that the kids used and enjoyed. We saw some baby turtles trying to hatch down at turtle beach and it is crazy how different the two beaches are when they are not that far apart. Cant wait to go back!

Very nice home, better than photos. Lots of bikes and beach chairs although we did not use them. Fenced backyard was a nice relaxing place to sit (we did use the BBQ one night). We did not use the hot tub but it looked very nice. Overall easy walking distance (we are both 63) to the beach (access #7) and village. This was Spring Break and it was a little crazy in the area, the house was a pretty quiet retreat in the evening. We hope to return.

While our vacation was overshadowed by Covid 19, the house was perfect for our vacation. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone who loves to walk around town and be close to the beach and shops/restaurants.

Great place to stay.

This house was right near the main strip and just a short walk to the beach. Great for families or a few couples. The downstairs bedroom/apartment layout is perfect if you have tweens/teens who would appreciate a little distance from their parents while still being under the same roof.

Great home and perfect location. Was exactly what we needed for my wife's 40th bday weekend!

This large house easily accommodated our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Lower level has pool table, a nice perk! As per description, it is very close to Siesta Key Village and an easy walk to beach. Owners were very responsive and nice. We gave it 4 stars because some rooms could use updating/repairs.

The house was perfect for our group. The 4 teens loved having the beds and downstairs to themselves. 4 bathrooms was great and location can't be beat. Walked to the village and beach every day. Homeowners responded right away to questions and were easy to work with.

As stated in the other reviews it is a very short walk to the Village and its restaurants and stores and only a six minute walk to a great spot on the beach. The air conditioner let it get up to 81 mid day, but the owner replied that he would get it fixed the day we left.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff and Rosana's place. We were traveling with another family (8 total) and the properly easily accommodated our group! We had a mix of girls and boys so we used the lower level rec room as the 4th bedroom. It is a terrific room! Overall, I didn't think the pictures fully captured how light filled and roomy their property is! The dual garage makes it look like it's a duplex but it's actually a single home. All of the bedrooms were more than comfortable and when they say the place is well stocked, it's absolutely true! We even found birthday candles to celebrate a 50th! The house had been rented non-stop when we arrived so we did find a few very small maintenance items but they were great to reply! Location is amazing. Only time we drove after arrival was to the Publix and to Turtle beach one night.

The house was great for our family group of 11. Everything was clean and in great working condition. It was a pleasant walk to Siesta Village and the beach. Siesta Village had a great variety of restaurants and shops, perfect for those of us on vacation. It was a pleasure working with Jeff, he replied quickly whenever I had a question. Would love to go back again someday.

The house was fantastic! We enjoyed every day we stayed. The massage chair and the jacuzzi were the best! Even the red tide we had a great time! House is very close to the beach and the main street. We spent 3 nights and 4 days at this wonderful place and it was the perfect accommodation for our family vacation. With 7 adults and 2 kids (ages 2 yrs. and 3 mo.) the set up for the house gave us plenty of room, privacy and amenities to enjoy. The location to the beach was ideal for us, even with the infants it was a short enough walk not to need to take a vehicle to the beach. It was also close enough to the quaint Siesta Key Village that we walked over each night for some fun and treats. (Don't miss the Mini-Doughnut shop and Italian ice-cream place) Each of the bedrooms was very comfortable, clean and there were plenty of bathrooms for our group. The kitchen and eating areas were spacious and well stocked with any utensils or cookware we needed. With the large extra living space downstairs we could put the kids to bed upstairs and either enjoy our games downstairs or the nice pool table provided without concern of disturbing them. Another wonderful amenity that we enjoyed was the hot tub/Jacuzzi on the outside lower deck. Above all, one of the best parts of this experience were the owners Jeff and Rosanna! They were very gracious, quick to respond to any questions we had and they made us feel like we were staying at a friend's house. One more benefit was the large amount of beach items, bikes, chairs, etc. that are available to use. This made it so much easier for us not to have to bring those extras! We are a Florida east coast family but we had never been to Siesta Key before so this was a fantastic first experience. It truly is one of the most beautiful beaches and this wonderful house helped to make this one of our most enjoyable family vacations. We definitely hope to go back someday.

The owners made our stay so easy and stress free. It truly is a home away from home. Comfortable, well kept, secure and very close walking to everything you'll need (food, entertainment, shops, convenience stores, and of course the beach). All of our party (5 couples, 2 kids and one 1 dog) had a wonderful time staying here. Plenty of space, TV's, pool table, hot tub, towels, bedding, necessities for everyone and everything needed for cooking. A very reasonable rate for its location and amenities. Highly recommend this property! We will gladly plan to stay here again for our next trip to Siesta Key! Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house has tons of beach stuff - chairs, paddle boards, cooler, umbrellas and bikes. While you can walk to beach access, if you want restrooms at the beach, you need to bike or drive to the main entrance for Siesta Beach. The house has a great layout for extended families. The owner is very attentive to any issues that might come up. The owner's description and pictures are accurate. Beds were rated as very good by all the occupants. Lots of excellent restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the place. We never left the village to eat. The house was very clean, but could use a little TLC for some maintenance issues. Other than that, it was great and we would choose it again.

A five star stay for me and my family and yes everyone wants to come back here again. Its 2 blk from town and 4 blk from the beach so location was perfect. It came with bikes, paddle boards, beach chairs, a great hot tub and even had a pool table. Certainly enough for my family of 11. A very lovely house with a great floor plan with a large driveway that provides plenty of off street parking. Park the car and just walk where ever you want to go.

When pulling up to the house we couldn’t believe that we were making the place our home for the weekend. It was a beautiful stay. The homeowners were very nice and welcoming allowing us to check in early. The hot tub and massage chair were my favorite parts of the house! It was not far to walk to the inner city area as well as to the beach which was very convenient. We appreciate the hospitality and definitely recommend this house. One side note, it seemed as though the cleaners did not finish the laundry in time as one bed was lacking sheets and pillowcases. Other than that little note everything was amazing. Thank you!

Our family LOVED staying at this property. It accommodated the various personalities in our family. All the bedrooms and bathrooms allowed us to spread out and have our own space, as needed. The various gathering spaces like the kitchen & living room, basement area, hot tub and back patio made for an enjoyable atmosphere. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. We would certainly recommend to others.

Great location. One block from the village, grocery store, and liquor store.

The house was gorgeous plenty of room. A few things surprised us. No toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. Which turned out not to be a big deal since we had brought toilet paper, but it would have been nice to have known in advance. Some people might not do that. There were not really enough towels and washcloths for all the bathrooms. Needs a little tlc. We found half drank water bottle beside massage chair. Milk in fridge should have been thrown out. Was disappointed by their cleaning crew. But the house was in a great location, very large and nice. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again if I was in that area.
