Dieses Angebot verfügt über eine 2-Bett / 2-Bad-Eigentumswohnung, die das ganze Jahr über vermietet werden kann. Unsere Preise variieren je nach Saison und Aufenthaltsdauer. Unsere Familie LLC hat diese Villa seit 2016 unabhängig besessen. Unsere Villa befindet sich am König und Prince Golf und Beach Resort auf Neptune Road in St. Simons Island, Georgia 31522 Unsere 1250 m² große Villa verfügt über alle neuen Geräte in der Küche. Wir haben vor kurzem eine neue 27-Zoll-Waschmaschine / Trockner, einen 38-Gallonen-Warmwasserbereiter und eine neue Wohnzimmercouch mit Queen-Matratze hinzugefügt. Wir haben Popcorn gekratzt und sanft die Decken veredelt. Wir haben Kronenform ganz hinzugefügt.
Die Villa verfügt nun über 163 mph Hurrikan Auswirkungen / Lärm beständiges Glas mit Blick auf den Ozean. Die Schiebetüren und Fenster im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer können geöffnet und Schirm ersetzt werden, um Ozeanbrise innerhalb der Villa zu erleben. Die Villa bietet Plantage Rollläden überall. Es gibt Marmorboden in beiden Schlafzimmern und Bädern. Auch beide Bäder verfügen über kundenspezifische Schränke mit Granitflächen. Das Masterbad wurde durch Rekonfiguration eines ehemaligen Ankleidebereichs erweitert. Es bietet jetzt eine doppelte Eitelkeit mit begehbarer Dusche. Die Dusche ist aus Marmor, behindertengerecht (3 Zoll Abstand) und verfügt über zwei seitliche Duschköpfe sowie einen dritten abnehmbaren Schlauch.
Wir haben neue Balkonfliese & 8-teiliges Set aus neuen Teakholz-Möbeln auf dem Balkon für Meerblick und Essen im Freien. Es gibt 55, 50 und 39 Zoll tvs jeweils. Wir haben frische Farbe und Kunst hinzugefügt, um die Qualität zu verbessern.
24 Stunden Sicherheit wird von der HOA zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein komplettes Menü mit Zimmerservice steht Ihnen im King and Prince Hotel zur Verfügung. Überdachter Parkplatz ist inbegriffen. Wir akzeptieren Überlaufreservierungen von Gruppen und Konferenzen im King and Prince Hotel. Wir benötigen Sommerpreise für UGA vs. FLA Wochenende. Perfect condo for our family! Very well stocked kitchen, large dining table (last year we stayed in a K&P condo with a small circular GLASS table that was not ideal for my toddlers), a few toys, and generally very conducive for our family thanksgiving week. A few items are starting to show their age (in the twins room the bed is a bit rickety and some of the dresser drawers won’t stay on track) but none of this negatively impacted our positive experience. And the host communication was amazing, she texted just to check in mid-week on how our stay was going! Also plenty of pillows and an air mattress that helped for our large family. Thank you!!

Nice property. Living room TV did not work properly. Had it fixed and then it went out again. Probably was on a total of 6 hours. We enjoy watching football together. Few minor issues- Trash Lid broke, stain on bed blanket, walls were scuffed in some areas. Just felt like it should be better for the $.

Our family was looking for somewhere to stay during Georgia Florida weekend. The King & Prince is a terrific location. You can walk to so many restaurants. The beach is right there. You are not far at all from the village. The condo met our needs. We really enjoyed our stay. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Would definitely rent again.

Our family visited SSI for a wedding and this condo at the King & Prince was the perfect home base. Right on the beach, a variety of pools(!) including fun kiddie pool, onsite and nearby playground areas for our toddler, onsite parking, elevator and ramp access, cart for luggage, nearby shops and restaurants, everything we needed. And the condo was clean and comfortable with professionally cleaned and ample linens and kitchen stocked with utensils / cooking supplies. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our first visit to St. Simon's Island and we will be returning, both to the island and this property. Staying at the King and Prince without "staying at the King and Prince" was perfect! The location with the added privacy of the villa is the way to go. The villa is footsteps from the beach, multiple pool options and walking distance to some great restaurants. I'm hesitant to say more or we'll lose our chance to return due to popularity!

This unit is well maintained and very attractive overlooking the pool and heated spa, with a further view of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this two bedroom condo to anyone looking to vacation at the King and the Prince. Our hosts were very accommodating with information and the check process was extremely easy.

We have been coming to the island for 15 years or so. We have rented condos and single family homes in the past….we love East Beach. However, we LOVED our stay in this villa! The communication with the owners was simple and easy - it was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking - the beds were comfortable. It was nice to be so close to the South Villa pool and hot tub. Everything about our stay was just great! Sad to leave - but can’t wait to stay again!

This is an awesome property in the south villas of King & Prince. We've stayed in many villas at the resort and this is the most well kept & nicest of those. We loved using the King & Prince pool and played tennis as well. The kitchen in the villa is renovated completely and is also well stocked. We enjoyed cooking there. Thanks so much Erin!
