A wonderful place to stay- great location, great house, well furnished, well supplied, clean, comfy, and well-priced. Owner/manager was easy to communicate with and very supportive. Honestly, what else could you want from a rental?

Overall, stay was wonderful. The plastic chairs that were out on the outside deck had pitch on them. They should have been put away, so that sap was not able to get on them before we were using them. But overall, great space, everything we needed, loved the huge dining room table and the covered gazebo was priceless

We stay at the Family Lake Place every year! We always enjoy our time there and the property accomidates our family perfectly. Between the main house and the gazebo, we can all relax and have space to unwind and come together! See you next year Corlen :)

This is our fourth year renting this lake house and we love it! Great for large families as you can rent the extra gazebo space if needed. The house has everything we need and is within short walking distance to the lake.
We love the private beach - it's clean and has a volleyball net which we take full advantage of.
The owner is very accommodating and easy to work with.

I come to Cushman every summer. My friend and I loved staying at this property due to how close it is to the private park and swim area. The house was so cute and classic. It was VERY hot during our stay but the house had plenty of fans to run to keep us as cool as possible. Love this house and will definitely return.

Property is in a great location away from the hustle and bustle. We used it as our base camp for seeing the National Parks. We had everything we needed and Corlen always responded quickly if we had questions. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay while going to Olympic National Park. The little town center of Hoodsport was about 30 min away and had a grocery store and cute little coffee shop that we went to most days. Plenty of space and the backyard has an amazing view of the lake.

Loved the property and neighborhood. Tons of character in the cabin and lots of room. We went to do some hiking at ONP and the proximity was great. It’s a gorgeous area and in January very quiet and peaceful. The house has a cozy room with a fireplace for family games and a big room upstairs for movies and games. We loved the retro vibe! We’d love to come back with other family members for a group stay!

This was such a wonderful place to stay! We had a hard time finding a place that would accept 3 dogs but this place was so accommodating! This house literally had everything you could possibly need! Usually we always bring extra kitchen items with us because most places say they have things but they don’t. Not this house! Bring your clothes, some food, and your friends and family and that’s all you need!! I 10/10 recommend and we will return!! The host answers immediately if you need anything.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The house and adjoining areas were perfect! House had all the amenities needed, everything in working order. Sewerage areas in house for kids to play and watch movies or play games. Quiet neighborhood, private beach access which had kids play areas and roped off swimming area. Saw deer during early morning walks. Definitely want to return next summer with a boat!! (Access to boat launch is available as well)

What a cute and fun family lake house! We loved staying here, just a short walk from our family property and the park. Amazing views, peaceful vibe, nostalgic VHS and DVD movies, you can feel the family energy in this house and how many families have enjoyed it. Overall an absolutely perfect house for a family camping trip. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Lake Cushman!

This place was so great! We traveled with a 2, 3, and 5 year old and the space was so great! There were tons of windows for lots of light and all the amenities we could have asked for!
A walk to the private, uncrowded park was only 5 min.
The host was so easy to communicate with and helped us with a change of plans at the last minute. Will likely return. Thank you!

This was my first vacation I’ve ever planned and paid for myself. Not only was it easy to book the hosts detailed email made it easy to understand how to get in the home and how to get to the lake. The property was beautiful and so was the surrounding area. Being able to look at the mountains and the lake every morning was magnificent. It was honestly hard to leave on that last day because we all (adults and kids) enjoyed every moment of it. Definitely a core memory for all of us!

I was on a mission to wrangle all of my siblings across the country to finally get together under one roof---the Lake Cushman cabin was perfect in every way. Gorgeous views, friendly neighbors, & all of the thoughtful essentials you could think of. We rented the gazebo as an addition, which comfortably accommodated the 8 of us. Plenty of games, movies, and activities on site. Not to mention the ease of water access and how close to gorgeous hikes you are here. Couldn't recommend this family rental more!

Exceeded our expectations! The house was perfect for 5 siblings & spouses as we celebrated our parents anniversary. The Gazebo is very cool, deck overlooking beautiful Lake Cushman is a bonus. Fully stocked, very clean, so comfortable, like being home! Thanks so much!

Perfect for anyone wanting a clean and quiet place with a view of the lake. Also good for kids with lots of space to run around and things to do, even a TV if that is what it takes. Host was responsive. I would def stay here again, especially if our septugenarean birthday girl hits another birthday milestone.

This house was in a very nice location with access to a lake. The views at the lake were beautiful. Two in our party swam in the lake even though it was ice cold. The house was comfortable with occasional visits from a mule deer! Close to many hiking trails too.

This was a great place, especially having little kids along. We appreciated the kid books, color books, etc. and the lovely park and beach a couple blocks away. The layout of the house was great for us, our kids and grandkids. It is a cozy, comfortable place in a beautiful setting. We had a nice swim in the lake and it was handy to be so close to the Staircase Rapids trailhead.

The property and host were great. Beautiful views with the lower deck and gazebo area. The community park was also very nice with access to Lake Cushman. We didn't have the opportunity to go into the water this time. Accommodations were suitable and we had everything we needed. Host was easy to communicate with and provided all the information we needed.
