The flat has great amenities like swimming pools and play grounds.

The bathroom was in a horrible condition. It smells and there's grime everywhere.

Accessible to the place we want to visit. Airport is very near.

No Shop /Store for basic commodities within the compound.

It is close to the airport, and we were able to check in late since we started our tour same day of our arrival. It is affordable for a 4 night stay, since we leave early in the morning on our 5th day due to early tour.

Not an issue, but could be better: - As I have only (1) travel adapter, please provide an extension cord with available EU and AU plug sockets. If there was, please ignore this - have not noticed a steam iron and board, I used my travel kit instead. If there was, please ignore this

Boss Chester was very accommodating and attentive to our needs... Does Extra mile to make guest happy... Unit was Clean, tidy and Maintained... Kids enjoyed the pool...

Parking is not Free... Still the vehicle is secured..

I like the view from the balcony and the unit itself was so nice. The beds are really comfortable. You can easily ride a public transportation if you don't have private vehicle or you can ask the lobby guard so they can call a cab for you. Just a walking distance to a public market as well. I would recommend this place to anyone who plans to have a vacation in Davao. The Host are very accommodating grabe! Thank you po :)

comfort room the floor and toilet bowl theres a little dirt on the toilet seat. the ceiling fan in the living room is full of dust..
