We spent an amazing week at this beautiful Town House! Our family of 10 enjoyed all that Seasons has to offer their guests. We loved the private dock, the pool and hot tub, the private beach and one of us had a fantastic message! Everything is a short walk from the townhome. We were also able to walk to town for restaurants and shopping. The Sat. Street Fair was great. Since my husband and I are 79, we really appreciated the elevator, especially from the patio level to our bedroom! Some have complained about the trains at night. None of us were bothered, they never used their whistles at night and were kind of soothing rolling through town. The staff was so very helpful answering our questions. My grandson left a special souvenir, and I received an email the day we got home offering to mail it to him. Thank you, Scott!! We loved everything about this property and look forward to returning next summer!

This was our third stay at The Seasons at Sandpoint. We have been very happy with all three of our visits. The property has units that will accommodate a large group, it's a short drive to Schweitzer for skiing, close to the town center, and it has a fantastic hot tub. The property owner was also very generous in comp'ing us a free night based on some minor issues with a few of the appliances in the unit. We highly recommend The Seasons at Sandpoint!

We do a yearly trip with a few other people and this year we decided on Sandpoint. Having the marina (which we utilized), pool, small beach, walking distance to to town was very convenient. The house was nice and laid out well for a group. The basement bedroom configuration was a little awkward, both basement bedrooms have no windows, and you have to walk through one bedroom to access the other. We knew about this before we booked, though. Only negative was the neighbor next to us. We have a shared backyard space with them and if our children put their feet over into his section, or touched his grass or bushes, he made sure we knew that was HIS yard and we had to stay on our side. The children he was upset over were under 4, it's very difficult to keep them on one specific patch of grass when it's all open and shared. Also, this same neighbor watched a 75 year year old grandpa spend over an hour setting up a tent for his grandkids to play in, didn't say a word. Then called the front office and complained (tents aren't allowed, and we did not know). We had no problem with the "no tents" rule (honestly did not know), but he really just sat there and watched the entire time and didn't say a word to us, then called the office after it was all set up! He really could have just told us instead of watching the whole time and then calling it in. Needless to say, we felt like this particular neighbor kind of put a damper on the trip, but we still had a good time overall and the property and front desk were very nice. We would not choose this unit next time based on the neighbor.

Good stay with some caveats
Overall the stay and property was excellent. However a few things to note. 1. I’m not certain there was AC in this house. At least we couldn’t find it anywhere. It got HOT. The sun blasts this house all day and it never really cooled down at night. 2. The trains are LOUD!!! Two of the bedrooms are less than 50 feet from a train track and the trains come all hours of the day. 3. Location is great (other than trains) but it’s quite a long walk to the public beach. Bikes or car is recommended. 4. Check in process is a little old school. No remote check in. You have to pick the keys up from a physical person. And if you show up late it’s after hours. Would like to see an ability to check in with codes etc. 5. Hot water runs out fast. We had four adults in the house and in the mornings after one or two people showered we’d run out of hot water for a few hours. For the price we paid, we’d kind of thought they’d at least have instant and unlimited hot water.

Perfect location
We are a group of five friends who meet two or three times a year to knit, chat and eat. This location was perfect. The home is conveniently located to downtown Sandpoint and City Beach and the view is fabulous. The property was immaculate, with plenty of space. We would all like to return (or not to have left!)

Our stay was very good. The views can not be beat, great location - just a quick walk to town, quick walk to the shared hot-tub (also with great views), the house is furnished well, the kitchen had everything we needed. Check in was super quick and the staff very nice. We did hear the train regularly, but some used ear plugs at night and slept well.

Winter ski trip
Our second stay here for our group of 9. Four kids age 9-16 and 5 adults. Plenty of room to spread out, sit by the fire, do a puzzle after fun days skiing up at Schweitzer. Large well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable and highly recommend!

We stayed here with a group of 9 people and this unit was so spacious, we did not feel like we were on top of each other. It was very clean and comfortable, and great proximity to town and a reasonable distance to the ski hill.

Sandpoint Weekend
We stayed the weekend and skied Schweitzer. It was a great spot to have space for our group in one unit. Place was great and the view was amazing. Easy check in process and great location.

Our party consisted of 6 adults and 5 kids who all came to ski at Schweitzer. The condo was 3 stories and easily accommodated us. Gorgeous view overlooking lake.. Kitchen was nicely furnished. Community whirlpool was used nightly.

Great stay at Sandpoint townhouse
We were 8 adults and this townhouse gave us plenary of space to hang out together or have privacy. It has a beautiful view of the lake and is fully accessible with an elevator. The kitchen was reasonably equipped. It was close to downtown and reasonably close to Schweitzer for skiing. It is close to the railroad and the bottom floor bedrooms are isolated well from the sound. The upstairs bedroom which is closest to the tracks does experience a lot of train noise and rumbling.

Fun winter escape
We stayed for a week in February to ski at Schweitzer Mountain. The lodging was spacious for our group of 9 and it was awesome to come back each day and use the hot tub and pool. The location is in town/on the lake and a quick 30 minute drive to Schweitzer. The location on the lake looks ideal for summer activities but it sure worked for our crew in the winter as well! The staff were helpful and attentive during our stay. One small downside to this property is the location near train tracks, with trains passing by frequently day and night (noisy). It didn’t seem to bother our crew much but it may be bothersome to some. Overall an excellent property and stay!

Overall we enjoyed our stay here, and would give it 3.5 stars if that were available. The views are spectacular!! But the sound of train going by was loud and VERY frequent. It's too bad these condos are located literally 50 yards from the tracks. But the ease of access to the water, along with the short walk to town made this a great location despite the train noise. The condo is extremely spacious, and all of the bedrooms and baths were awesome! The separate "suite" downstairs was wonderful for our grandchildren and their parents, almost like a separate quarters complete with kitchen, bath, etc. A few of our biggest complaints are easily remedied - the overall cleanliness of the decks, windows and plexiglass railings was awful. I know that spiders and bugs are inherent by a lake property, but in looking at this condo from the outside compared to others, these areas needed a good cleaning. It was disgusting to sit on the beautiful decks and look through dirty plexiglass towards the lake. There were spider webs everywhere, and this could have been easily cleaned with a broom. There were a ton of lights that were burned out throughout the condo - especially in the bathrooms. We ended up replacing one ourselves, after getting a replacement bulb from management. It was in a guest shower and light was absolutely necessary because it was very dark. All in all, we counted about 10 overhead lights in various parts of the house that were out. The other surprise to us was the very light (white) blinds in the east-facing master. We were awoken each day at 5:00 a.m. with the sunrise. It would have been nice to have a room darkening roller shade available to shut out the light. Again, overall we really enjoyed this condo, but with the issues listed above this is not something I would have expected at a property with this large of a price tag.

This property was the perfect getaway spot for our 3 families (12 ppl total). The space was set up wonderfully for multiple families to enjoy and the location had a beautiful view of the lake and was walking distance to town. We all highly recommend this property!

The place was beautiful, the view was great, the place had top notch quality and was well appointed The train was more intense than we imagined. It woke people more than a couple of time in each of the upstairs bedrooms. Each of the upstairs bedrooms are in desperate need of black out curtains and we couldn’t get the sound system to work with the main floor TV.

The home was lovely and the property management helpful. There were a. few issues upon arriving. Ice maker not working, broken blind in a bedroom, a bathroom faucet not working and private elevator not working. The manager was very attentive and helpful in resolving these. The outdoor decks needed some cleaning. I would definitely stay here again, however.

As a whole it was a great place to be. The communication with property management was quick and helpful. Everything went very smoothly.
The detractions for us were the trains and the lack of black out shades in the bedrooms upstairs.

Loved it....will definitely return...some of the light bulbs were out...and kitchen chair(foot rest) was broken upon arrival...but we loved our time there!.
