Overall this unit was sufficient for our needs while hiking in the area (we saw a moose!), and convenient to have reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance. Note that while there is a sofabed, sheets for it are not provided. And, though the listing indicates as such, beware that there is no AC.

Overall, it was a good experience. Sadly, we visited when everything was transitioning from spring to summer, so nothing was open with the exception of maybe one or two places at the resort. Otherwise we went to town for food, groceries, etc. Condo room was nice, kitchenette had pretty much everything, my main issue is the parking and the vouchers. It was not super easy to figure out that process, and the code worked only the second time after punching it in and successfully both in and out.

Our annual stay in Winter Park is focussed on skiing. To enjoy it to the full, we need high quality accommodation which is absolutely clean, comfortable, well-furnished and with a well-equipped kitchen. We prefer home-style rather than an anonymous, ubiquitous hotel. At the end of a day playing hard on the mountain, a spa pool in an attractive out door area increases our sense if well-being. We appreciate extra touches such as olive oil and ground coffee which are the hallmark of a thoughtful host. Adam’s studio ticked all our boxes without breaking our budget. We have stayed in three other accommodations in previous years; this is easily the best and our confirmed choice for next year’s Spring ski adventure.

Took my two kids and have stayed at founders pointe before. Clean, nice mattress, not over accessorized (a pet peeve of mine when you are trying to find places to store things). Actually felt like more space than the one bedrooms because the space was more open and the bedrooms are usually so small. Highly recommend

Adam was such a great host! He was quick to respond to any question I had. I've never experienced such great communication with a host before! The condo was away from the elevators so it was on the quieter side, and it had everything needed to feel at home.

Adam’s place was perfect for our short stay in Winter Park. We have stayed at the facility before and always have enjoyed our stay. Adam was very helpful in providing parking information ahead of time and answered any questions we had. We would stay again!

This is a comfortable, clean condo that makes for a great ski getaway. You can walk across the street and be on the gondola in minutes.

The place is awesome! Great location and was super clean! Ski lifts, shopping, and restaurants all are a short walk.

The place has all the basics and is quite comfortable. I had issues with the parking garage code not working at the gate and ended up just getting buzzed in by the on-call attendant - it was easy enough. The heated parking is nice. The place is so close to the mountain!

This is the second year we have stayed at founders point Fraser crossing and we love the location. The place was clean and exactly as advertised. Easy walk to the hot tub and right across the street from the village. Has all you need and then some for a great trip.

I've stayed at several VRBO properties, the communication with the contact manager was by far the best. Responses to questions came almost immediately. Also it's an easy walk to the gondola lift, and the studio apartment was comfortable, well maintained, and very clean.

Perfect option for the two of us. Close to ski lifts and village. Underground parking easy access in and out. Great window view of mountains. Hot tub located on the same floor level and down the hall. Would stay again.

Adam’s condo is the perfect location to stay in Winter Park! In the village, less than 5 minute walk to the gondola for scenic rides, mountain biking, and skiing. Access to the condo and parking are easy. Condo is clean and has all the essentials. Would stay again!

Kitchen had everything one could need. Bed very comfortable. Outside patio beautiful. Only 4 small drawers available for our clothes, but there was a shelf.

Stayed for a long weekend to explore hiking trails and was impressed that the location was close proximity to everything! Property owner was very informative pre, during, and post stay.

We stayed here during the summer for a quick weekend. Super convenient location, parking was a little confusing to figure out. Main deal is you need to sign up well before you get there otherwise it takes a while for the system to update to get you into the garage. We would stay here again.

Great property in a fantastic location at my favourite resort

I've stayed at loads of VRBOs in Winter Park, but this was my favorite. It's so close to the ski lifts and restaurants. It's on the same floor as the hot tub. The trash/recycling is on your way to the elevator, so super easy to keep the condo tidy during your stay. It was super quiet. Since it's in the corner of the building, you only have one neighbor. The owner was very responsive to my queries.

The property was clean and comfortable. Lockers on the first floor for ski equipment. No ice tray in the refrigerator . But ice maker in the vending area. I used small Tupperware.

This unit is exactly as advertised. Great location and works well with a family for a short weekend—surprisingly spacious for being a studio. Check in and out process was straightforward, and parking is easy.
