Beautiful, clean home with lots of room to spread out. In a quiet neighborhood but close enough to the Strip. Would stay here again. Kind of wish the property manager communicated that we would not receive the front door instructions until very close to check in time - other VRBO stays had more communication. Property is great for groups and families. Master bed is old mattress - may need replacing. Otherwise very good property. Would recommend.

A large house with considerable wasted space. Major bedroom area—huge and well done. The other bedrooms are too small with little furniture in them. Kitchen missing some items. Mattresses are all fine. Bathrooms are okay, but need grab bars—particularly the bathtubs/showers. Good area—quiet, but close to downtown.

We had an excellent time. The home had plenty of room for our family. It’s the perfect home for a large family.

Overall the location of the house was perfect with respect to the location to the strip and to restaurants and shopping. Our group basically used the house just as a place to crash and really did not utilize the features and amenities that were included with the property so we can't comment on the pool, kitchen, games, etc.

This was a great location! Close to the strip but secluded enough to have peace. Pool and spa were great!

Have stayed here multiple times. It’s my go to place in Vegas. Had a toilet problem owner had a plumber out in an hour. Pool is great and the place is Soooo big!!

The home is quite spacious including the kitchen, but I will say that the home was quite dirty on the inside and maybe the cleaners just didn’t clean the best recently. Walking through the house barefoot made my feet turn black if you walked around the house with your bare feet. In the master bedroom “living room” there was an open beer bottle. When I went out back there was quite a few things that were strange. There was an old mattress behind the house and there is some exposed electrical wiring with twist nuts that lead to the bushes and roof area. I almost stepped on a roof nail that was pin up in the carpet out back. There was also an empty Pepsi bottle near the pool in between the bushes. The main living room tv didn’t have any possibility from working besides turning on. The internet was crazy slow. The carpet upstairs was quite stained . There was a cracked fridge shelf in the door of the fridge. When we opened the door on the last night our two drinks and that shelf fell out and broke into a bunch of pieces. A lot of windows couldn’t close fully so I did not feel the most secure. The shower in the master bathroom had hair in the rainfall shower head and had quite the calcification build up. The check in process was super easy to get into the house, but really questioning the $400+ cleaning fee. The neighborhood is quiet and the “plant” wall around the fence gives you a nice somewhat private area.

The house was clean, the rooms were huge, but the renovations are not complete - beds & couches not arranged as pictured. Lots of little things not worth disrupting a vacation about - light bulbs out, ice machine needing repair, video game non-functional, Smoke Detectors beeping, unattractive dents and holes in the walls, non-functional blinds and strange check in items like sending sensitive information without using standard security protocols. And, for the price we paid, a heated pool would have been nice (charging $95/day is excessive) so we opted out. The property manager was responsive and did fix the wifi before we arrived which was handy. There are some small touches that would have made the house fantastic. The good stuff - the kitchen was great, the neighborhood is great and we were a short 5 minutes to The Strat and about 15 minutes to the MGM resorts on the Strip.

I really felt like I could just sit back and relax here. VERY spacious, everyone was comfortable! Entire house was clean. The pool was clean and refreshing to swim in. Definitely going stay here again!

The property was beautiful, spacious, clean with all the amenities. Our family had a most enjoyable time there. The best part was the warm heated pool and jacuzzi. It sure was worth the extra heating fee. We look forward to coming back again soon. The host was responsive and took care of all issues remotely. Thank you Terry!

Lots of room and a great back yard pool area. Host was quick to respond. Quick uber drive to the strip so nice to have a relaxing space to come home to.

We had a large group coming and booked the property for 16 people. All our confirmations and reservations confirmed this amount of guests - however, when we arrived, we were told that the occupancy was only for 8 guests max. Clearly this caused a huge problem, one that was not our fault but no conciliatory measures were made to ameliorate this situation.

The home was spacious with plenty of common areas as well as separate bedrooms. Location was very convenient to the convention center. Close for a quick drive but far enough to get away.

Great neighborhood, spacious home but very neglected and dirty. Check in is 3:00 pm we show up at 4:00 pm and the cleaners are still there. We’re asked to wait out in the cold until after 5:00 pm. We had birthday reservations for me to celebrate with family & friends at 6:30 now this is ruined. Once We finally get in we discover the master bed is on the floor, no bed frame with the dirty old box spring exposed. The master bath toilet was over flowed with toilet paper waste in it. We requested a plunger. The refrigerator was dirty, smelled and there was crusty food stuck on the door handles. The whole house is wall to wall floors all very dirty. The home is not at all as advertised. We sent our concerns to Terry the property manager, she responded earlier regarding the home not being ready for us but had nothing to say about the master bed being in the floor etc.. She went silent on us for 3 hours. We continue to try and reach her through Vrbo and her cell to no avail. She provided the incorrect WiFi password and would not respond with the correct password nor did she offer a solution to heed our concerns. She gave us no warning that the house wasn’t ready and then when handed valid concerns she goes silent, highly unprofessional. After 2 last attempts attempts by my husband we get a call back from the very rude and patronizing owner Steve. Steve proceeds to tell us that he can’t help if a 600lb. man broke the master bed frame and that due to covid they couldn’t get a new one in time before we checked in. He said we should just “go with the flow because we’re in a million dollar home in Vegas”. As far as addressing my disappointment over missing my birthday party … Captain obvious again reminds us we’re “in Vegas” and questioned why our dinner reservations were so early? He said there are many restaurants we could go to at any hour of the night. No apology or accountability whatsoever. We were offered to leave with a full refund at 8:30 pm the night before Thanksgiving with a refrigerator full of food. This trip was to celebrate my birthday and Thanksgiving with family who live in Vegas. This isn’t the first time we’ve used Vrbo but it is the first time we had such a horrible experience and over paid for it which makes it all that much worst.

House was perfect for our (4) couples.Very clean and spacious, host quickly responded to questions and even checked in. Everyone in our group said this was the way to go and would happily rent this property again over hotel! Loved that we were able to "hangout" outside of casinos.Ubers came very quickly and took about 8 mins to get to the Wynn; were around $15-$25 (we were there for Raider game and fights). Scheduled an albertsons delivery for some water, coffee, bagels, snacks (no cooking for us, but the kitchen/bar area is perfect if you wanted to cook)etc prior to our arrival.

Terry was a great host who stayed in communication with me to ensure we were satisfied with our arrangements. The home is spacious, clean & beautiful & in a great location! I highly recommend this home.

This was a great property! It was clean and spacious and the property manager responded to all our needs. It is in a great location. We appreciated the rules that were given regarding the pool and the air conditioner. The one thing we would recommend is a more detailed check out process, but the property manager responded timely when we had any questions. The pool is super clean!!! No slime at all! Hope this place is available when we return.

Terry was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had a good stay. I had asked her before arrival if there were champagne flutes because we were doing a little toast during a dinner and she ordered them for the house. The house is very spacious and was clean.

It’s a lovely home in a lovely neighborhood, very close to the strip but during our stay with my family , some landscaping company came and started working cutting trees in the back yard and cleaning the palm trees while we were outside and my children were in the pool , we had to get out the way so the palm branches wouldn’t fall on us , My kids had to get out the pool . They were there for about an hour I asked the owner but she didn’t care , she never responded . I didn’t mind them working but I really thought that was unprofessional from the owner knowing we were in a vacation . The WiFi never worked and there isn’t cable there is only two t.vs in the entire house . Only one bedroom had a T.V . The beds had some stains but nothing big , really beautiful home but seems owner doesn’tReally care for your stay !

The property manager was very attentive to our needs. There is plenty of room for everyone. We had a lot of fun in the pool. Close to the strip. Our ages ranged from 2 to 63 and we all had a great time. I would recommend it for your next vacation.

Great house awesome pool we absolutely loved our stay in this house, the house is huge set up very nice master suite is to die for would highly recommend to anyone comming to Vegas!
