Everything from start to finish was perfect. The description and photos of the house matched our experience. Michael was super helpful from our initial deposit to leaving. The home is absolutely beautiful and very well kept. The pictures were accurate and yet they still didn’t do it justice. The owner thought of everything - a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and beach towels and a binder with ideas for dining, local activities and instructions about the house. The backyard has a pool, bbq and lots of chairs and places to relax. I would highly recommend !!

When you rent a house, you usually see the photos, book and then realize when you get to the place that the pictures where somewhat better than what the real deal. Lighting and filters go a long way to convince you this is the best place you’ll ever see. What we have here is quite the opposite. Looking at the pictures, you tell yourself this is nice. But when you enter the premises, you will find yourself surrounded by an awesome, well taken care of two storey house, well equipped, with an exquisite backyard. Never hesitate to rent, you won’t be disappointed.

We so enjoyed our time at Michael's place! Perfect location, great house, wonderful pool, and quiet, walkable neighborhood! Michael is a superb host and so accessible. Would definitely rent here again!!

Excellent stay
Excellent property highly recommend. Is as advertised. Location location location is excellent. One other thing I will add that I didn’t see in any of the reviews I read prior to going that is important to add is all the mattresses and bed lining was very comfortable. Also felt very safe here. Hope to be back. Thank you Michael and Amanda for allowing us at your beautiful home.

Great place!!
We came to visit family in Delray. This place is PERFECT! It is clean and bright and convenient. Michael (the owner) was super responsive and helpful and even allowed us to add an extra night when our flights were cancelled. We will definitely stay there again!

As the infamous singer, Tina Turner would say: 'Simply The Best' property to vacation in. Here are the highlights:
1. Exceptionally clean & updated furniture and appliances. Beautiful decor.
2. Responsiveness: Anytime I had a question for Mike, he responded quickly,
3. Detailed instructions for use of home items. For example, Mike went out of the way to provide stickers on switches to know what they controlled.
4. Location: Felt very safe in this home and secure, particularly with key and digital locks. The property is located well enough away from a major roadway, but also is easily accessible to get to.
5. Good for those wanting a quiet area, wants a pristine pool and access to Delray, beaches, restaurants

We loved our stay, it was the perfect Delray Beach home.
From the moment you walked in the door you felt at home. Comfortable living space and large backyard with private pool. Everything feels new and updated. Quiet street really allowed us to relax and enjoy.

Just Prefect!!
We really enjoyed our stay! Prefect location, the house is just as listed and Micheal is great to work with and very helpful! The pool was our main entertainment and the prefect getaway from the Florida heat. Plenty of space for a family of 5. I would recommend this rental, we look forward to returning!!

Nice experience
Good overall, we found a few little details around the house that were not working properly but we contacted the owner and he did his best to fix everything. The Ac acted a little weird, we needed to keep an eye on it because it will go all the way up to almost 90 degrees during the day. Other than that everything was just as shown and described on the listing.

Beautiful Home In DelRay
The house is absolutely beautiful, well maintained and stocked. The kids enjoyed the pool area the most. The location is prefect. It is close to stores, Atlantic Ave and minutes from the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better host to deal with. I would recommend this house over and over again. We hope to be back in the future.

Perfect location and beautiful house
Everything from the scheduling, check in, and our stay was perfect. Michael and Donna were quick to respond to any questions. Great place! Even had a trundle in the bunk bed room but we didn’t need it. Lots of space and the kiddos loved the pool.

Family Breakout from COVID
Finally got the family together after 18 months. We had a wonderful time and Michael was an Excellent Host.
Perfect Location that was near everything and just minutes from the beach. 3 bedrooms up and two baths gave us plenty of room and privacy. Entire downstairs with half bath was wide open. The condo had several eating options but we mostly chose the Pool Area. Everyone loved the heated pool and there was shade and plenty of chairs. Plenty of parking for three cars and well stocked with everything.

Excellent! We enjoyed every moment at this home!
We had an amazing stay! We spent 9 nights and loved everything about this house! Clean, spacious (inside and outside), great location to restaurants and beaches (Boca Raton beach was our favorite and least crowded) and the pool was just perfect. My parents, husband and three young children spent each day in the pool due to its perfect heated temperature. Michael was quick to respond to any questions we had and a great communicator. We highly recommend this home!

The private pool is the highlight of the house IMO. Heated perfectly and the water is crystal clear. We swam in it every day and enjoyed sitting outside at all times of the day. The home has everything you’d need for your stay, including 4 beach chairs, plenty of beach towels and a beach umbrella. Had issues daily with toilets not flushing properly, however water pressure in the showers was just fine. The main TV was difficult to operate. All in all we had a very pleasant stay!

Beautiful Home!
The home is beautiful and spacious!
We enjoyed barbecuing and eating outside.
There are a few different seating areas.
We loved sitting and having our coffee in the mornings, and an evening cocktail in the backyard area by the pool.
It is a short drive into Delray where we enjoyed some of the restaurants and shopping.
They have a great farmers market on Saturday mornings.
The owners were quick to respond to any of our questions.

The owner Michael is available and very responsive. The home is bright comfortable and comes with beautiful outdoor space. The pool is amazing. Great location, close to everything and we could ride bikes to the beach!

Beautiful Holiday House
The owner was lovely. He answered any question we had immediately. The home is spacious and clean and so close to the beach. I came with my husband and twin daughters and the house was big enough for us to all be in separate rooms and have quiet time. The home is decorated beautifully and it was a great sanctuary to rest and recharge. We will definitely be back.
