Great house with fantastic management team! We needed a few things for the kitchen and those were supplied immediately. Lots of space with 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. Most of the furniture is newer and in good shape (some of the mattresses could use an upgrade) and the pool and deck area were great! Really glad that we heated the pool as February was cool, but sunshine and warm water is all New Englanders need!

This house was perfect for our family & friends vacation. We had 10 people and it was roomy, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It was also close to the theme parks (30 minutes-ish) and not far from the beach (Cocoa Beach about 1.5hrs) We highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

Great place to stay
My family loved the house. The location wasn’t far from all the activities we had planned-until you account for traffic. Traffic is horrendous if going to Orlando. Plan accordingly. The house itself was great. The pool was a plus. Slight issue with a water leak in the kitchen but Lynn was quick to respond. We had no issues. I definitely recommend.

Nice Stay for Extended Family Vacay
We really enjoyed our stay. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was fantastic for our situation, it's a nice open floor plan. And it was really nice to take a warm swim although the add-on was a little expensive. Property manager was prompt answering questions. House seemed fairly clean but not hotel level or anything. Beds seemed a little small for queens but the one king bed was nice. The biggest downside was the extensive checkout procedures. Washing all the sheets and towels in the house except 3 loads before leaving to avoid an extra charge was a lot to ask imo. Overall we really enjoyed the house and had a great time in the pool.

This was our 1st VRBO rental and it didn’t disappoint. Absolutely excellent property! From the security guarded gated entry to the home was all fabulous. The home was HUGE! The house pool was absolutely perfect!! The exercise equipment at the club house was all great! We did not use the pool at the clubhouse. Location is great, there’s a grocery store nearby as well as all of the Orlando attractions. We’ll definitely stay here again. You should too, you won’t be disappointed! Thanks Lynn!!!

Family Vacation
Our week long stay was great for the most part. Our first night the AC for the downstairs wasn’t working and it was 80 degrees at 11 pm. I sent a message to Lyn just to get a head start for the next morning. Much to my surprise she answered and even contacted AC service. Turned out that a refrigerant line had been cut and caused the issue. We were approx 20 hours without cool, but I must say Lyn was very attentive to the need and apologetic. Overall, we enjoyed our own pool, the community playground, and some attractions close by. Even took a two hour trip to Daytona Beach for the day. Would recommend this house to anyone.

Great Stay
Lynn was amazing and available every time i needed her. The house was beautiful and clean ! The neighbors are very nice ! The only problem was the 1st bedroom is very hot. Other than that everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Not as clean and updated as the pictures portray. I would stay somewhere different. Also had a problem and it didn’t get handled properly.

Excellent base for visiting Orlando
Took a party of 10 on vacation (2 couples with small children, 4 solo). Had plenty of room, nice pool and furnishings. Only small negatives are that the back door blinds are annoying to work with, and you can kind of see the age on some things (bedroom blinds are looking a little worn). The neighborhood is a little off the beaten track, but still close to food, groceries, etc.
Honestly, the place was clean and comfortable, held a bunch of people, had all the supplies we needed, and isn’t far from all the sites and parks in Orlando. We would happily stay here again.

We came From Belgium to Florida for 2 weeks and loved your property at Davenport.
Our family came from Belgium for a church conference in Orlando and a family vacation from July 27 to August 11, 2018; and enjoyed our stay to your property. The property was great. Everyone in the group loved it and said:" if available, next time when they will come to USA they will not hesitate to book the property again." It was what they were looking for. The air conditioning was perfect, the rooms were great, and the neighborhood was calm. The entire family was happy and will come again for sure! Thanks Lynn for making your house our home for two weeks!

Amazing Place To have a good time with family in Orlando.
This villa is excellent for a family group of 10 to 14 people, in our case we were four families that we settled perfectly there and enjoyed the villa to the fullest. The pool is amazing, the rooms comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet, perfect to rest and have a good time with family in Orlando.
Lynn maintained continuous communication with us and always responded quickly and timely to all our concerns and questions. Thanks, Lynn.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT STAY HERE!
PLEASE LOOK FOR ANOTHER RENTAL! When 1st arrived, we noticed baby roaches crawling around on the floor. There was also a card on the counter that said the villa was sprayed the day before we came. I called the owner, and she said she noticed roaches the day before, so that's why she called the exterminator. She said if we saw more to let her know. Late, my daughter was playing and she just on the couch. When it moved, 100's of roaches started running everywhere! We took a video, and it would make your skin crawl! My hubby who was sleeping upstairs, woke up to 2 roaches in the bed with him. My daughter os standing in the chair crying and afraid. I called the owner again, and she sent her brother. He offered to "clean" the roaches that night, and have us continue to stay there! We refused, our villa was a 6 bedroom with big beds because we had 7 adults in our group. She offered us replacement villas with 5 bedrooms and twins beds! We said no, b/c that is not what we paid for. Then she said give us a full refund, so we stayed. Even though we had grown men sleeping in twin beds with their feet hanging off the edge, we agreed because of the refund. I kept texting her asking when we would get the refund, and she kept putting me off. Then she said she'd refund us $500, and free pool heat(that we didn't ask for), late check out (we left at 8 am to pick up our dog), and a discount if we came back again(I'm not coming back to Florida anytime soon, and if I did, I wouldn't stay there). This was an insult! After all we've been through, this is what you offer us?! Turns out, there was a roach bed in the couch! How disgusting! There are so many other beautiful villas in the area. Pick another one. These people have poor customer service, and they are just not nice.

Perfect stay at this Villa
We stayed 4 adults there for a week and all was good. We had asked for heated pool and was nice and warm. We where there at the time where it was very cold for Florida, but pool was great. The house has plenty of space and all worked out just fine. We arrived late at night and Lynn had keep the light on in the house, so we felt us very welcome. Next time we need a Villa in that area, we will for sure try and book this place. THUMBS UP from us :-)

Good for the price...
We stayed in this home for one week with 13 people (4 kids and 9 adults). For the price, the home was good. It was a bit of a distance to Disney properties, which we were aware of when we booked. For an extra couple hundred dollars, a home in closer proximity to Disney (if that is what you are there for) might be worthwhile. The home was fairly clean- definitely needs some updates (painting, and possibly steam clean the carpet). Bed linens where clean and bathrooms as well which is the most important. When we arrived the pool was green and murky - we contacted Lynn and someone came several times over a few days. This was cleared up about day 4 into our trip, so that was a bit unfortunate but not much anyone could have done. The pool surface and stairs are very rough cement and we all had the skin shredded on our feet. There are two lounge chairs and also several chairs poolside as well as a child safety gate around the pool, which was nice. The neighbours were hardly ever out, it was very quiet and peaceful there. There are no beach towels provided, which would be a great addition- especially if people are flying, the added space a towel takes up in your suitcase would be great. There was a lot of space in the home - each bedroom was spacious and the common areas as well. The kitchen had the very basics provided and has a sad option for coffee maker. In a large home like this, it would be great to have a nice 12 cup coffee maker. The one provided is a little flimsy plastic thing that holds about 2-3 cups at most... we had to keep filling and were sitting waiting for morning coffee. For a few dollars, a couple of these details would improve the value of this rental quite a bit! We had 4 cars, 2 cars fit in the driveway and we were permitted to park one on the road in front of the house and one at the clubhouse which was great. There was an giant, old microwave sitting on the front lawn the entire time we were there which was strange and looked terrible. No recycle bins in the home provided and when we arrived the outdoor bins were overflowing but were emptied after a few days. There was a high chair, small umbrella stroller and pack-n-play that we had access to if you have small children. Lynn, the owner was very pleasant to deal with and always responded promptly when we had a concern. Again, the home was a good deal for the low price. I would give it 3.5-4 star.

A wonderful family vacation
We planned a family vacation to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The house was just as described. Lots of room to keep in your own space. Had a couple of issues, but Lynn responded immediately and all was well. I recommend a larger coffee pot. The coffee pot didn't work well, and for a large group......9 adults we kept the coffee pot busy every morning. Other than that it is a beautiful home and about 30 minutes from the theme parks. Fantastic golf vacation
Myself and wife as well as 4 other couples stayed for 11 nights in this very well kept home, the layout was fantastic to provide all with privacy and gathering around dinner tables, as well as the pool area, pool heat was welcomed and allowed us use of the pool in the late hours for socializing, golf game was so so but fun was had by all, we enjoyed the close proximity to several golf courses,
The home could use some extra beach type towels, and a good set of cutting knives, but overall the home was well equipped.

Wifes 60th birthday family vaction
We found this wonderful home on VRBO as we were looking for a home that could accommodate 14...Dealing with Lynn was wonderful. Always very quick to reply and everything went very smoothly . The beautiful home was just as pictured and described. It was clean the kitchen well stocked with all the plates, cups pans, appliances, etc and well cared for.. The bedrooms had comfy beds and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The pool was clean, clear, heated and the most popular hangout. Many also enjoyed the the pool table and air hockey...Not far from grocery stores and restaurants...All the family enjoyed themselves and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean and the pool was gorgeous.
My kids and the rest of the family was sad to leave the house.
When I asked them what was the most thing they miss of Orlando, they told me the house.
