The location was perfect for our daughter’s visit to UT - close to so many great restaurants and just a short drive to campus. The host was quick to resolve a minor issue upon check-in and was great with communication. I would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in the Knoxville area.

The condo is well furnished and right on Market Square. You can walk just about anywhere for entertainment and food. If you have a large family it would be too small. But if you are traveling alone or with your spouse it is a perfect size. There is no parking included but the Market Square garage is a block away. On the average, it cost us less than $10 a day to park our car going in and out a few times per day.

I rented the Zen loft for my sister and nephew for the Tennessee Vanderbilt game. All though i did not sleep in the unit as i am from Knoxville I was impressed with it as I visited with them thru the weekend. Its close to everything in downtown Knoxville and The University of Tennessee. Perfect for a football weekend or any other reason if you want to stay downtown. 5 stars!!!

What a great place with an amazing location! The apartment was so clean and I loved the zen touches. The snacks were also a really great touch! The bed was comfortable, we had everything we needed and more, and you could literally walk downstairs and be in the middle of a ton of restaurants! The only suggestion I have is that there be a full length mirror somewhere. The only mirror was in the bathroom. Also, I’m partial to handheld showerheads. The one that’s in there is pretty high and hard to control the splash on my face since it’s stationary. But those are just minor suggestions that I would’ve liked. I would DEFINITELY stay here again! The apartment was mostly fine, good mattress, hot water, etc. However... We had questions for the host that went unanswered (one the day before we arrived, another the first day, and a third that we never asked because we never got a response for the first two). We didn't have wi-fi, despite my tech-inclined partner resetting the modem and router, so we ran out of cell data, which really stunk. And finally, the worst part of it all, was that the apartment was fragranced to the point where we were both sneezing and taking allergy medicine before we went to sleep. We found one source, which was an air freshener right on top of the furnace, but the other source was the towels and linens which reeked of scented detergents and fabric softeners. I've stayed in many short-term rentals and never ever encountered anything like this. Sometimes there's been a fragrance at other places (linens, cleaning products, etc), but this was beyond overload. The elevator, hallway to the building, and tiny lobby also had strong-smelling air fresheners, which made me wonder if there would otherwise have been some sort of bad smell from the building? In any case, we would never have rented this apartment if we knew all of this ahead of time.

I would book again if I come back to Knoxville. Great location, clean, and a ton of fun!

Stay was fine though when cold lost against the gators there was far too much commotion.

We stayed here for parents weekend. Great location, close to plenty of restaurant options. A fun farmers market on Saturday morning. Easy access to UT. Free parking in the garage close by (weekend). We chose to leave our car in the garage and Uber back and forth to campus. Overall a great experience! Would gladly stay again.

We stayed here while moving our daughter into UTK. It was a great location for us to enjoy Knoxville, but also be close to campus to help her. We were worried about parking, but it was not an issue at all. Loved that we could walk everywhere.

We had a great stay here. The property was everything advertised with additional nice touches here and there such as snacks, coffee and tea etc. Check-in was very easy with great instructions. The housekeeper was present on the property and we felt went above and beyond to be sure we were comfortable and had what we needed as well as just adding a friendly greeting and smile to our day. The location was great with so much to do on Market Square and proximity to Gay Street. Parking is a couple blocks away as noted in the description but easy, and we had no trouble finding a spot to load and unload our luggage. The side entrance is in a bit of a dark, isolated spot late at night, but the front entrance is well lit with great visibility. We stayed in the Market Square area but the location offered easy access to roads/highways had we ventured out further. Wonderful stay and we plan to return to this or one of the other apartments in the building whenever we visit! Highly reccomend!

Stayed for 2 nights while daughter did a college visit at UT. Property was perfect for the 2 of us - matched description. Location was easy to find and get to - close to shops and restaurants, and short drive to the campus. Downtown Knoxville was charming. Hoping UT makes the cut!

Prime location! Great restaurants within 5 minute walk. Well appointed apartment . Safe and clean. Cost was exceptional. Cozy comfort. Visited our daughter for UTK parents weekend. Very easy for her to get parking on Wall Street at parking garage to meet up with us. Gay Street one block away with more great food and bars. Walk to UTK main campus about 30 leisurely minutes. Would stay again! Thank you!

My wife and I loved this apartment. The location was perfect for the Knoxville Museum of Art, history museum and restaurants. It was very clean. I enjoyed the little snacks left for us. We would definitely stay here again!
