Very clean and exactly what my family needed. Love the beach access and distance to downtown. We did not have any issues from being in the trailer park and it was quiet and beautiful. Clean property.

This rental property was one of the best we have stayed at. It was so clean and modern. It had beautiful decor, a wonderful bed, and luxurious towels. We never once said we were missing anything. The location was great and central to all of our excursions. It felt like home.

Beautiful view short stroll to the bay. Quiet neighborhood, cute, clean and cozy place. Host Dallas very friendly and helpful. When we go back to visit will definitely be trying to go here again.

This is a very comfortable.place with great amenities. Especially appreciated the whole bean coffee. Had to work from there one day and it was very quiet. Dallas was very responsive and helpful with some needed flexibility around checkin. The location was somewhat off from what I expected. It is close to the channel, in a manufactured home park, in which some of the neighboring places are in disrepair. Still the home felt private and safe. I will definitely stay again!

My mom, wife and I came down for a weekend ski trip at eaglecrest and this was a fantastic accommodation. Warm, comfortable and close to it all. My only small gripe would be the firmness of the mattress was a little too stiff for my wife and I but that pales in comparison to the rest of the stay. Would love to visit again in the future!

We had a layover in Juneau on the way to our new home in Angoon. There was an 11 day gap between ferry service. The rental was very nice, clean and updated and well stocked. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

The place is well stocked with almost anything we could want. Dallas replies very quickly to any communication, and offered to restock supplies during our 2 week stay. The bed is comfortable and doesn't transmit movement (I couldn't tell when my husband rolled over, or got up). Temp control is easy and was appreciated.

We stayed in the same place last year and enjoyed it so much we came back. It is close to lots of things and the owner Dallas is always quick to answer questions and to make sure everything is available and workable. Great scenery and lots of trails to hike nearby.

Dallas was helpful and accommodating when we made a mistake about the days on our end. The location was a bit far from town but we made it work. Dallas's property was in tiptop shape, clean, and comfortable. We did not realize it was a mobile home. The extra amenities were appreciated!

Dallas has done a terrific job with this rental. We own a vacation rental ourselves, and I picked up a few ideas. The attention to detail is what makes this a standout. The TV’s and internet were very easy to operate. The home was warm and dry. We appreciated the coffee station with tea and an electric kettle. The home was very well equipped and we weren’t missing anything during our two night stay. We hope to be able to stay longer next time, so we have time to play the provided board games and ride bikes. We arrived after dark, and Dallas was thoughtful enough to turn on all of the lights and open the blinds, so we could clearly find the right spot. Dallas is a great communicator and was very responsive to all of my questions during our stay. The location is close enough to enjoy downtown Juneau, and the views are great. Highly recommend!

The area was a trailer park which was unexpected, but this trailer was really nice, clean, fully stocked with kitchen appliances, washer/dryer. The owner was very responsive to questions. We enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice views of the mountains, right on the water, 15 minutes from the Eaglecrest Ski Area. The trailer is super clean, with lots of thoughtful amenities and comfy bed. We liked the open layout of the kitchen and living room. The only hiccup we had was the lock key pad glitched, and it took a little while to get back in. But we did and everything was ok. Might have been the batteries. Great place to stay.

This was a truly quiet and convenient place to stay. Dallas was helpful. My dogs loved it. A bit tricky to find initially. Would stay again.

Property is conveniently located a short distance from downtown. The house was clean and well stocked. Mountain bikes available makes getting around very easy. Nice place. I’d stay here again.

This was a clean, convenient, and quiet property with a comfortable bed. Place says it has three beds - two are pullouts and you have to get creative with arranging both pullout beds since there isn't space to have them both open at once.

The house was very well equipped and comfortable. I especially loved that the kitchen had some spices and cooking oils. Also having a dish washer and laundry machines was super convenient. Communication with Dallas was very prompt with accurate info. Plus he organized some tours for us, which was a bonus.

Beautiful mobile home. Beautiful! Nice place to be for a few day. Easy to bike into town. So the bikes were awesome.

We needed a two-night stay on short notice. Thia on a local celebration with no rooms available and if they were the prices would have been very high. Thr house was small but made good use of the space. We especially liked the french press and tghe whole bean coffee and grinder. We would highly recommend this for an extended stay.

Lovely remodeled trailer! Really enjoyed our stay here. We took advantage of the bicycles, highly recommend for biking into downtown or down to the Island Pub. Black out shades were a life saver. Dallas was easy to communicate with and very friendly. We would stay here again!
