The condo was spotless! It was cleaner than some 4 star hotels I’ve stayed in! The owner was courteous and kind and available for any questions I had🙂The view was spectacular! The building and the pool area were very clean and comfortable.

Our experience at the Viera exceeded our expectations. The condo is perfectly located in Lake Las Vegas Village with good restaurants and entertainment at the doorstep. The building is well-maintained and pool is lovely. Our condo was spacious with areas to spend time together in the comfortable living room or on the terrace and also provided privacy with bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the apartment. The kitchen was well-stocked and communication with the owner was excellent.

Beautiful condo. Everything you need. Comfy beds, plush towels. Nicely appointed. Even snacks! Don’t hesitate to stay here. Even great live music! Lots of yummy restaurants, too. Well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Nearby grocery store. Covered parking, as well.

Amazing property and surroundings! Had dinner in the village at sunset. When we found out pool was closed for maintenance Vera went out of her way to find us access to another property to get a "pool day" in! She, and the condo, get five-star recommendations!!

Amazing Place to Stay in Las Vegas
The Condo is outside of Las Vegas and a short drive from the strip. It has good restaurants in close proximity. The condo is well furnished and well maintained. Great for a small family. Easy access to the lake. Vera was a great host. Fast to response to our questions and accommodative.

Everything you can ask for
Very nice, well maintained building. Condo was well furnished; plenty of towels and blankets. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. It was fun being right above the village. Pools and hot tub area were nice and well maintained. Hot tub could have been a bit warmer but still nice. Staff very helpful. Air conditioning worked really well!

Perfect condo for our get away! The owners go over and beyond with amenities!!! Very impressive!
The only glitch we had was check in. We received check in instructions from Evolve claiming the keys were in a lock box. This is incorrect. We finally found an email from the owner with separate instructions. Very confusing but it finally got resolved and we were able to start our vacation!!!

The location is fabulous. Quiet and peaceful. Not far from strip. Check in was rough with the guy at the front desk but just know you csnt check in until 4:00 on the dot. Mexican restraunt was delicious. Needed extra towels and toilet paper but overall fabulous!

Great place to stay for a few days
We travel a ton and always prefer a condo type accommodations. Viera did not disappoint. Nice clean rooms. Large bedrooms and kitchen. And a great balcony with a nice view. My wife and teenagers had lots of room to spread out and the suite was very well equipped. Only con would be the lack of wine glasses (you need a proper set). Close to Hoover Dam and Las Vegas strip. The pool was great with lots of loungers and not too busy. The village was nice, but very quiet. Hopefully more businesses move into the area. We also thought they would have a outdoor BBQ on balcony or in the area by the pool. All in all a very great stay.

Absolutely Beautiful !!!!
We had an amazing time on our vacation. Coming back to a beautiful clean condo was nice after a long day of sightseeing.The condo was impeccable.The condo was incredible,very spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped. If I had any questions the owners replied very quickly. Location is great. Close to restaurants and shopping and the strip is about 15 minutes away. Hoover dam 20 minutes away. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood with great scenery. If you're looking for somewhere upscale, reasonable, and quiet this is your place. I highly recommend it and have already shared with many friends.

Great with Just a Couple of Issues
This place is perfect for adults and older kids but if you have young kids, you might want to pack some additional items. First, the PROS:
It is a beautiful location with a partial water view. The pool area is gorgeous and there is a small grocery right outside the parking garage. The beds are comfortable with hotel quality pillows. The condo is very clean and there is an adequate supply of kitchen supplies and towels. You can tell that they have put a lot of effort into decorating.
The CONS: There is only one parking space in the garage. If you have a second car, you have to fight for one of the few parking spaces outside of the garage. If you have small kids, you will want to bring DVDs. They don't get any kids channels and they have a DVD player, not a blue ray. The laundry is coin operated down next to the parking garage so pack accordingly.
There are a couple of things that need fixing but overall it was safe and clean.
One thing that I think is important to mention but the owners have no control over is the noise outside. Several of the older reviews said the condo was very quiet, but that wasn't our experience. It is possible that the bar across the way is new. From about 8pm till 11pm there was loud club style music. Every night, not just the weekends. It was loud enough to clearly hear over the tv. If you're a light sleeper, I suggest a sound machine or ear plugs.

Nice and clean
Room was excellent! Only thing I question is maintenance why they had to work on pools during hours of operation and not in the 4 hours of off time they had before pool opened. Overall everything was great.

Condo as advertised, would stay again.
The condo was just as advertised. The kitchen had some staples and they supplied coffeemate, dishwasher detergent, and there was coffee as well.
Our plane arrived late so we were unable to check in before 6 pm. We had difficulty with lock box and code. We were given wrong box and wrong code. There was a nice gentleman on site (spoke very little English) that had list of lock boxes and codes. Thank goodnes my son thought to check every box until he found our key. That was the only challenge we faced, the rest of the trip went smoothly.

Absolutely Lovely & Beautifully decorated
I returned to NC a few days ago from my West Coast trip and I have to tell you my cousin and I couldn’t of felt more at home in your lovely condo at Lake Las Vegas. It was so beautifully decorated, clean, and very peaceful. We also wanted to let you know we felt so comfortable in your lovely beds. I thought my husband and I had a nice mattress but I could of slept for days in yours in your condo. I will not hesitate to stay again. The location is perfume and the restaurants in the Village are fabulous. The store is very reasonably priced for grocery items. Love love love this place and the property own and landlord are easy to reach if we needed anything. Thank you again.

Loved this European Dream!
What a great experience we had staying at this condo. You feel as if you are in a European villa. The condo is decorated beautifully with Italian flare and Los Vegas bling. The beds are the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. Looking out the windows you do not feel like you are Las Vegas, but instead in a mountain lakeside retreat. Lake Las Vegas and the surrounding grounds of waterfalls and flowers were such a welcomed surprise at this oasis. We plan on visiting again and again!

Wonderful relaxing place
Our family decided to spend Christmas in Lake Las Vegas this year. This unit was perfect! The balcony overlooks the Village, although almost everything was closed or Vacant we still enjoyed the lack of crowds. We loved the Village clock that chimed and the music throughout the place. The décor was warm and had a feeling of being far away...... Could not get Hot water in the bathtub for some reason, so took a shower instead. The pool closest to us was shut down so we had to walk over to another building 7 minutes away, it made for a pretty walk but way too cold coming back at night. I would stay in this unit again, warm, inviting and a great comfortable Master bed. Linens are important and these did not disappoint. Complex was quiet and we enjoyed such a beautiful Christmas morning opening presents by the little fireplace heater! Thanks for making our holiday special! Would love to stay again in the summer!

Very nice Viera :)
We were mostly very pleased with our stay at Viera.
Comfy beds, nice veranda with charming jazz being played through the speakers on the walkway below, coffee provided free of charge, nice two bedroom condo, great swimming pool area with hot tub, adult pool and kids pool separate. Secure, covered parking underneath the building and fast elevators to your floor.
Some nice but a bit pricey restaurants just a short walk away. The local market is definitely pricey but quaint with some good pastries. Had some good entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights with a few more people but not overcrowded and then the rest of the week was a little more peaceful and private.
Just a few cons but not enough to keep us from going back:
Provide some fluffy pillows that don't go flat immediately when you lay your head down.
Wish there was a small washer & dryer in the room instead of the coin operated laundry only on the lower level (not a big deal but we've had them in other places we've stayed and kept us from having to take as much clothing with us).
The AC was out in the lobby and other common areas but the AC in the condo was great.
They closed the pool all day the last full day we were there to trim the trees. Wish they had done it on Friday when it's the main check out/check in day.
Still, a very nice stay and would recommend ****
