We had a wonderful time at your rental for our vacation. Property was beautiful as described and walking distance to the beach. A few upgrades would make it perfect. The mattresses could be replaced, they were very soft with no support. We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of room for us but the kitchen cookware didn't work for a large family. There were only small size pots/pans. Very difficult to cook for a large group. The shower heads had week pressure and could be upgraded. With these upgrades 5he rental would be perfect!

New mattresses in all the bedrooms are overdue and the showerheads should be replaced. The kitchen is well equipped, but the coffeemaker needs replaced. Those minor changes would make a major difference in the overall experience.

The door code was sent to me shortly after Noon the day of our arrival. You are asked to notify the agency upon arrival. We notified the company at about 4:15pm. We were told we could not enter until we received a message from them. We left to pick up our rented LSV. After waiting until about 5:00 we messaged the office about leaving the LSV on the property and about checking in. We were again told we could not check-in until we received a message from them with an ok to go in. We waited. Finally after 6:00pm I called the after hours number. They had to have someone call me back. Bottom line, we were finally allowed to go in at about 6:30pm. Mind you the outside light did not work so we were fumbling around in the dark. No apology and there had been no cleaning service there nor had anyone else been there while we waited and waited to get in. We were parked where we could see the property while we waited. Once inside, we saw blinds in the master bathroom broken right in front of the shower. The fireplace was not functional, and it was needed, which was included as an amenity. WiFi was not working nor were most of the TVs on the 2nd floor working and not because of the wifi. One of the amenities was extra blankets provided for guests. There were no blankets at all in the entire house. We had to go buy blankets for everyone. If the heat was turned up to warm the living room, the master bedroom was so hot it was unbreatheable! Because we had paid the entire amount for the rental, we did stay but the fireplace nor the blinds were ever repaired. The picture showed a large dining table with 8 chairs for seating. That didn't work. One chair was right next to the bar stool so it had to be moved to even get a round the table. The chair on the other end was so close to the wall only a small person could use it. The table could not be moved because there was no space to move it.

When I booked I spoke with Ashley she was wonderful. When I called about discounts for pontoon I asked for Ashley and was told she wasn't working there anymore. The location is great. That said the photos don't accurately represent the house. The house was dirty, screens broken with large holes and the upper deck had spindles on the railing loose that my 20 month old daughter could have fell through. When we turned on the master tub brown dirt came out which was clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival. Also, getting the property management team was like pulling teeth to get a response.

The house was clean and so were the pool and hot tub. Big living room was a great hangout space. 1 minute walk to public beach access

Down By The Sea was the perfect name for this rental. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach, and if you didn't want to go to the beach, there is a nice pool and hot tub to enjoy. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and lots to do in the area. The house itself, was as described. PERFECT!

Unable to use the pool, not open until May 1st. This property recently sided, debris all over the ground, the company should have cleaned better. Also speakers not hooked up for outside or in the game room. DVD was broke, but property replaced 2 days later. All as stated, heating and air worked well. Elevator worked well. Ample parking. The property was suitable for the family and served it's purpose. I would recommend it, but wait till later in May due to weather to book. Some cosmetics needed attention, I left a list loved keyless entry.

We rented this for Christmas 2021. The lay out of the house was great as far as the number of beds and baths. The elevator was awesome and helpful. The bad was the beds the master bedroom mattress had springs popping out we got NO SLEEP. The pots and pans were few and out dated and rusty. The pillows had slobber stains could not use them. Could not tell if the sheets were dingy our if they were off white. The carpet needs cleaning all the furniture needs to be replaced. I will not rent this house again. It was horrible. Not even sure if they cleaned the house. I found a old bottle of grape juice under the couch. Overall I give this house a 3.. Please do upgrades to this house especially the beds. No one wants to pay money and feel like they are in a motel 6.

Overall, the stay was great! The house was a comfortable fit for us. There was plenty of space for us to dine in and all bedrooms were comfortable. The pool was clean and it was a nice break from the beach. The only thing we were disappointed with was the grill. It needs a deep cleaning but we used it once and had brought grill grate covers so we did ok. We were within walking distance to the beach and eateries.
